I like the layout and the overall design and the spending and net worth features. Also customer service is top notch and very responsive. But my accounts are constantly disconnecting. Especially American Express. For that reason I don't think I can stick around. *Update* As of April American Express accounts are still disconnecting. Nothing changed in 4 months

Honestly, just take my money. The budgeting aspect alone is amazing. I haven't tried the other features yet, but I was able to categorize all my charges, get comparisons on my month to month spending, and name those with odd labels so I don't have to remember what store the charge to "hwldocbrid.Xoxjdnels.gez" was from; one rename and a rule, and all future charges are easily tracked. It's truly innovative.

Seems like a great tool, but is it not fully functional if your phone is older? I have attempted to sign up for the free 7-day trial but can't get beyond the confirm start page. It won't scroll all the way to the bottom and cuts off where it tells you the trial end date 🤷🏽♂️. I have a Galaxy S10e, so I'm definitely due for an upgrade, but I am stuck essentially.

Edit: Gave it a month, after numerous tickets and tutorials I've deleted this. It's lacking even basic functions like average payments. The assumptions it makes are always wrong. While It's kind of nice to have all the transactions on a single app, just a spreadsheet is waaaaay more useful. If you have no idea how to use a spreadsheet then maybe this app is for you. End of edit. Absolutely terrible. Complete waste of time

The app is mostly locked behind a paywall for most features. It had problems connecting accounts. And wouldn't link with PayPal properly. It didn't detect all my subscriptions. Overall, pretty meh and didn't work well enough for a subscription. Oh, and they request you to rate the app inside the app, and if you rate poorly, they present a feedback form, and if you rate well, they beg you to write a review. Gross.

Great app. It's not perfect, but it alerts me of transactions on my linked accounts, which is super helpful. Rocket Money notified me of a late fee of $30 that I was charged on my credit card, plus another $13 in interest, and I was able to get both refunded within minutes by using the app. Top notch, this has already saved me a decent amount of money and I plan to continue using it.

I'm only a few months in and am loving this tool My favorite feature is the automatic and customizable smart savings accounts. I have 3 going right now for different things and it's really nice to know that money is automatically going into them without me having to remember to do so. I also like the credit report tool as well as the student loan feature. It actually helps me visualize my student loan payment progress easier than through my loan provider. So far loving it!

Ads made it seem like there is a free option but it will not let you register without a CC. Total BS. If you can't tell when money gets deducted from your account that's kind of a personal problem that you absolutely should not pay money to fix. Also the "auto cancel" is not available unless you pay for it and it shows multiple charges I know I already cancelled and was not charged for. Huge scam. Just track your own money like an adult.

I've been looking for a budgeting app that would pull past and current data and keep it updated, even when I'm busy. No more sitting down on a day off to pour over the budget. No more stressing over it. I even enjoyed setting up the app. While there are a few improvements that could be made, they made requesting them very easy. My accounts stay connected for a few days and then ask to be reconnected, but it only takes a minute since I just have to do the 2 factor authentication.

One good pro, and the main reason why I got this was to see my subscriptions to know what to cancel. Love that it tells me when I have an upcoming payment. My issue is that the link has stopped a few months back, and I can't get it fixed without having to start over. It's really difficult when I'm trying to budget, and it won't sync right.

Good app I switched to this from mint. Mint was not as accurate and had to resync many times. The only thing holding me back from the 5 stars, I so want it, is the need of widgets. Few glitches here and there but that's with every app. Other than that, this app has helped me pay off 2 credit cards, constant monitoring makes a huge difference. You are missing a few cards but keep at it.

I was not able to do the following without a subscription: add notes to transactions, split transactions, and add cash transactions. I was planning to use this as a budgeting app but the charts and budgets produced by the app are inaccurate because I do not have the ability to edit anything. I can't even track my net worth without paying. Unfortunately I think I am stuck with spreadsheets for budgeting I wish it had been made more clear to me that the free version would not be good for budgets.

So I am terrible at keeping track of things, and finances are certainly no exception. Rocket Money is giving me everything I could need in one app, and they are doing it in a way that honestly makes it all SO EASY! Credit score, budgeting, keeping track of recurring bills - heck it even helped me catch fraudulent activity! 10/10 would recommend, especially for people with ADHD.

I love this app, it's exactly what we have been looking for to track our spending. The visualizations are beautiful, the UI is super intuitive, the categories are great and rules make it easy to classify transactions. Only drawback is that it has a lot of syncing issues, so often transactions are delayed up to a few weeks, so it's probably not the best for real time data.

Does everything that I need and more at a very reasonable price. I am able to track all of my purchases, bills, and income. Super easy to create a budget that automatically categorizes all of my purchases. It makes understanding your purchases across cards and cash easy and transparent. You can also track your net worth, including property, which it automatically calculates mortgages, payments, interest, and home value based on the address. Simply the best budgeting app I've ever used.

This app had potential and I had the paid subscription. I'm moving on to another service because you can't change your paycheck date. I get paid 1st of the month and it occasionally gets paid end of the previous month. This throws off the budget for the next month which is a horrible feature to have. EDIT: I reached out to the email provided and you told me I will not actually get refunded. Rating downgraded to 1 star for misleading customer support response on a public review.

I love this app. It's great as a free app and the options for premium are fantastic. The way they have it set up with multiple options for what you need is really helpful and nice not to have to pay for things you don't need! Highly recommend this app if you need a budgeting app or even just somewhere to check what bills and when they are coming up :)

I'd imagine this is good for budgeting, but the main selling point for me was managing subscriptions. It's advertised as being able to automatically cancel subscriptions on your behalf, but for most subscriptions it just gives you instructions on how to manually cancel them. Another issue is that it isn't good at detecting all subscriptions on your accounts. It only got around half of mine. If that's your main reason for using this app, you might as well not get it.

I really like this app. I'm was a prism user. And with it shutting down. I'm was looking for an alternative. Rocket money is the closest app to that. I wish the due dates could be shown. Things like utilities could automatically aggregate. I hope that they could come up with this feature. No one could beat it. It's a pretty solid with a no-nonsense interface.

Really nice app. This morning it alerted me to a $400 fraudulent transaction and I was able to get the money back after contacting my bank. Disregarding the subscriptions I was able to cancel in the beginning, it has paid for itself multiple times over. I am removing one star for the following reasons: - The app cannot handle more than one reoccurring paycheck. I have two jobs and the app can only recognize one of them as my paycheck. - The app lags behind real-time transactions by about 24h.
