They've helped me so much and it's kind of like car insurance. You may never have to use it someday but they are awesome to have on your side for if you need them.

Free questions, what a joke! As soon as you click, ask, anything outside of what the app lists as fields for documents, it says for 39.99 you can ask any questions you want, discount for legal services, and create free documents. The app literally advertises free documents but now you have to pay for them for $39.99 a month. Talk about false advertisement!

Your app needs a total user interface redesign! It is not user friendly. It is not efficient. It keeps crashing when clicking the link to print my new LLC biz details, for example. The app is incredibly slow too and I find the browser more helpful than the app. This needs a major overhaul.

The site has lots of useless & helped me in writing a Breach of Contract letter .You can also get answers to legal questions and help preparing business letters .And a complete list of legal terms and definitions. They offer a 7 day free trail. You have canceled your 7 day membership , are they will charge you $39.99 / mon. Membership fee.

Great App/Tool for someone that Buys & Sells anything that needs an official proof of Sale/Purchase, Example: Vehicles, Firearms, 4x4 toys,Jet Skis, Etc. Also great for rent & leasing agreements, and those are just a few things....this app has pretty much any type of pre-written, Law binding, Contracts/Proof or sale/Purchase forms and more. Thanks! I found this app at random, and now it's a must have for me. It made getting the documents I needed easy, and affordable. I fully recommend Rocket Lawyer to everyone. As soon as they took my 40 dollar membership fee I've asked several important questions regarding legal issues I've had with employment agencies and I have been completely ignored. I think an AI legal app is where I should have gone. I don't recommend this app! Save your money

After a search for legal docs I was offered a $5 trial do I decided to gove it a try. 7 hours later I'm wondering why I ever thought it would be a good idea! At first it worked great. Then it started cancelling the printing because of a "data conversion error" . Really. No other info. No suggestions to fix it. No way to contact them because the CLOSE at 6pm. Wow. Then after a couple more hours the site and the app won't open because it cannot connect to the server. Funny. Every other thing does.

after a miss understanding with a subscription I was worried I would never see my money again but luckily Rocket lawyers excellent customer service was able to refund my money. besides that the service was great the app is intuitive and it provided me with everything I needed during the trial subscription will definitely re-subscribe in the future.

works great, but, overall, outside of nothings free, I don't see any long-term reason to keep this app. definitely not used enough to warrant subscription or paying multiple fees. which is sad because the apps are really awesome and could help a vast variety of people, but it's just paying to find something/one you will have to pay for again. there's not much to explore or varify without paying for premium. great app, just pay $ then more $ followed by more $!

Best legal doc app out there! I was looking for an app to make a single, VERY basic contract, but EVERY single app & website had either a far too complicated process, an expensive subscription requirement, or both. While RL does require a subscription, the 7 day free trial & ease of use made it the best option. I never intended to subscribe, but after seeing the HUGE variety of document templates & awesome extra features (& ALL included with the $1/month plan!) it was a no-brainer to keep!

Please fix the signatures. I'm signing a lease and sending to a tenant in the app which would be great. After I sign, I can't save/submit because zoom in/out arrows are right on top of the button. My only option is to cancel. It's definitely a programming error. Looking forward to the fix and I'll update my review
