finally a good update. in this days, ui plays an important role. but you have to keep going. like material view. most of the apps use it now. also you can also implement some cool features like figure print log in and more. there are many players like bkash, nagad in the market . to compete with them you have to create your own space.

I have used the rocket account for very long time but suddenly they have deactivated my account. They are saying to go mobile banking agent with nid and photos but they give the support in the app don't need to go to the agent. Hope they will consider it. Thanks

I am a rocket app user since a long time. I face a common problem to inter pin number, i mean when i want to login my app, i have to inter pin, there is no option for fingerprint. Intering pin is easily visible to other person, please add fingerprint unlock option as soon as possible. Thank you.

In the latest update, The app is not opening... it says I can't use this app on my rooted device!!! What the heck!!! My device, my wish, I will root my phone or not. You thought from rooted device someone could hack your app and database???!!! What poor knowledge of developer we have in our country, pity you who made this decision of blocking rooted device from using this necessary app. Shame . 👎🏼

Could not log in to my account after installing 3.0. When I am trying to input my password, after input one number couldn't input the rest.. Any solution for this issue? Update : Problem solved, have to use built-in keyboard. Third-party keyboard are not acceptable.

This is my 1 st time on rocket , when i try to update my KYC I can't update it. I'm giving them accurate info but this app showing me failed, I ask tha company to solve this problem.

Bad apps. Worst app I've ever seen. Updating your profile will make your whole head spin. Their type of work is street tapping.

The new update has so many bugs. The recipt of transaction can not be downloaded. Profile picture is not showing.

Too bad, it's not working on rooted devices! So I don't need to use rocket anymore. Because MFS has many more uses. But there are some useful things on my device which don't work without root. So bye bye rocket!

Completely disaster! Recent update has disgustingly poor UI. Icons look cheap. The previous very of the app was decent enough. Try to bring back the older version or update it like "Upay App".

Got an UX issue that is when enter 4 digit pin the keyboard layout get disappeared. Instead the keyboard layout should be visible with next CTA button. tnx

After update this app using feel worse then worse and icons are very bold it looks experts didn't check properly or after this update didn't add money from my link account. I hope DBBL work fast on fixed all problem.

There's bug or sth, after holding send button, it's loading no fund transfer actually. Please fix this. In the new update Rocket 3.0.1, the after login app interface become worse than before. Now, it looks like cartoon or oldish interface.

Such a nice app!! I have been using this app for a long time. You can send money to bank account, mobile recharge, e-commerce, bill payment, e-toll, balance inquiry, get mini statement and so on through the app.

After update this app using feel worse then worse. Bank Transfer option does not work properly. Money deduct from Rocket Account but didn't credit to Bank Account after while reverse the amount. it looks experts didn't check properly. I hope DBBL work fast on fixed all problem.

Please add BPDB prepaid as well .. and also try to update all the bills regularly. I couldn't pay my last two months wasa bill through this app.Newly added complain option is actually useless, never working.Other than that it was a good update. The UI is much better now. Oh, I forgot to mention there should be some other option available to contact support rather than just calling. Such as Messenger, email, or live chat because the calling rate on such numbers is just too high .

Much more worst than third class app. The app doesn't work properly, not even the least. After trying to complete a task several times but failed, I went to feedback option to provide a feedback about my experience but, with my utmost surprise, what happened next is unbelievable; I tapped the submit button and it says 'session timed out'! What a ridicule!!! Hope the owner of the app won't ask me to contact via email and do something by themselves. Thank you.
