I'm paying a weekly subscription fee but the game hasn't changed?! The Brooms port has had "coming soon" on it since the day I downloaded it. When is it coming? Why am I paying so much??

I really, really love watching this show even if I'm still not familiar with it; but I was hoping to do rescues with ALL of the robocars; the app only includes Roy, Amber, & Helly. Please, please, PLEASE remember to include Poli; he's the leader after all!!!

They charge your credit card after a few days even if app doesn't work some how they already had my cars on file which I didnt do and now they charged. My credit card and I will be calling my credit cars company tomrrow

They did not give me a free 3 day trial and charged me for the weekly fee, and the Brooms level has said coming soon for so long my son has given up on this game completely. Very bad

Paid for app to no longer have ads and open another section less than 6 months ago. Since update the new section can not be accessed without a subscription. Disappointing and waste of my money

very bad experience, this game make me pay even after my son uninstall the game. the total sum of IDR 5 million and make me have to block my own credit card to stop the payment! very disappointing since I don't know who to claim on the forced payment that I must made. I am very afraid because this game jus rip me off money without any informed consent. people should not be force to pay before they agree on the price!

The game looks good and is quite simple to use but asking for £2.09 a week for add free is a bit steep. Can you not just purchase the game 1 off payment? But that said my son does enjoy the game.

The best Robocar Poli game I played in my life! I love the new location, but there is one problem is that I don't like it because the subscription is very expensive. Please make the subscription a bit cheaper.

very disappointed.. my son liked the 1st level for free. so I bought. in the hope of fire missions with Roy his favourite character. there was 1 fire mission and then no more.. with just repetative levels after that cleaning cars. we need some fire missions and new levels created to make it worth anything.

Actually my son love this game.. The reason for the low rating is because i actually paid for the full version before they upgrade the app. After upgrading, i could not play and i was asked to pay again for membership or something which i find it extremely unfair as i had already paid for the full version n now i could not play. Very upset and angry

Feel like I'm being cheated. After I paid the subscription (which is not cheap at all), there's nothing new! No new stages or new games. Everything is the same as not paid. The new stage "Broom's Port" has been stuck in "coming soon" mode for so long and it never comes out! PLEASE ADD SOMETHING NEW! Or refund the subscription!

Not a game at all. This is only an ad you download to purchase the game. This new tactic by many game developers is extremely frustrating and they are following suit. If it is a subscription service it show be listed as such. Not "free with in-app purchases" Are you referring to the free 3 day trial? Because you cannot play this game without money...

BEWARE, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! Downloaded this to keep the kids entertained during the quarantine and I am not pleased at all. The game itself is a scam (seriously, it is just a bunch of cheap puzzles with the robocars), and it is basically a succession of ads. I paid the 4.99 they asked for the "No Adds" version, but it only blocks third part advertising. The app will still show an overwhelming amount of ads for the rest its content, what makes impossible for kids to play without assistance.
