It should allow customers score or give star for restaurants, I got spoiled bakery once and I cannot find the way to contact the restaurant. And I cannot save note/details for rider, every time they have to call me to ask for the house address in detail.

I have been using more 1 year but after 31 Jan 2022 update. App is requied email for registration to access such a idiot idea!!!. Slow , spinning all the time, increase minimum delivery fee from 10 to 15 Baht. Sometime delivery status just freezing at the store then jump up to front of my place with ramaining time 1 min.

Good delivery app with easy-to-use interface. ขอแนะนำเพิ่มตรง เพิ่มข้อความถึงคนขับ เมื่อไหร่จะเซฟใล้ได้ตลอดเหมือนแอพอื่นสะทีคะ สั่งกี่ครั้งต้องมาใส่ทุกครั้ง หรือมีแล้วแต่ผู้ใช้ไม่รู้ บอกหน่อยค่ะ

Once i forgot to rate score for food order more than 24 hr., the app always popup page and forced me rate score for that order. After i rated, it show they not allow me to rate for order after 24 hr. I can't go to another page. I'm still in app fool loop. To admin, if you need more information to improve better. Call me.

The service price is low, so do not expect an impressive experience over the application. The app has no instruction or payment conditions when making a booking (should notify user if ROBINHOOD and SCB app must be in the same device). Unable to change payment option once booking was made. Limited option to resolve the issue and require user to send email to confirm manual payment. What is the point of being ONLINE application when resolving issue still need customer to send email. DISAPPOINTED.

The app is absolutely easy to use and pay. Anyway it might be good if customer can tips to rider in the app and I think the chat room can help the rider to more save on their phone expense. It's would be good to see these in the next application update!!

Application is unstable. Theres error during transition of each page (from order to payment method and from payment method to SCB app) which took me 4 times to fill in my order. Its not convenient at all, if its during rush hour lunch. Looking forward for better improvement

Rufund issue is improved. Last time i gave one star because it was so difficult to get refund and no one answering me in line official. Now they just responed in a couple minutes! Still, i recommend not to take money before finding driver or at least send automatic message about refund in app so that we dont have to be worry about refund.

Are there any improvement team working due to the stability of the app itself? Since there are so many complain but nothing has changed. Today I got a special deal from this one restaurant and was about to hit promotion code on but the app keep saying that my phone is not connecting to the internet. Which clearly I can post this review here but cannot use the code due to no internet connection. Please fix it. The rate is good and all but if this keep happening, the app will have no user soon.

No notification setting. I got my phone alert from app's promotion notices every day that's annoying. At least have an option to dismiss the some kind of alert. If I disable notification from my phone setting It'd be affect the alert from important message like order updating.

Not reccommend at all. In case of order cancellation, refunding is very extremely bloody hard. หากจ่ายเงินแบบตัดบัญชีและมีการยกเลิก order จะด้วยยกเลิกเอง หรือหาคนขับไม่ได้ การขอคืนเงินยากมาก ลอง search เคสใน pantip หรือ internet ดู คนบ่นเยอะมาก และผมเจอมากับตัวแล้ว เงินไม่ได้ยอดเยอะ แต่ไม่สะดวกกับ user มากๆๆๆ ตอนนี้ยังไม่ได้คืนเลยแต่เริ่มทำใจไปแล้ว อยากลุ้นก็ลองดูครับ

What nonsense. I used to root for Robinhood for everything as it seemed like it was designed to support small businesses but with a recent Robinhood Express order, I tried to cancel as soon as I called the ride. The rider accepted it in 10 seconds (surprising for Robin hood) and I couldn't cancel it. I spent 2 minutes restarting the app trying to click a button that is there. It doesn't work. I call the rider and ask him to cancel, apparently he cannot either. No signposting incl for CC number.

This is my first time using the app and I got stuck. It keeps saying that location services are turned off while it's actually on. I tried killing the app, restarting the phone, but nothing changed. I enter the app again and again and it keeps showing this message and doesn't get me anywhere. Please do fix this.

I used Robinhood in the past even when there are some annoying bug as some great restaurant only available on them. However, it seem Robinhood doesn't want customer who used Sony Xperia phone to used their app anymore. I can't get the app open after 9 Dec 2023 and I have contact them to fixed it but it's still unusable until now. I see a lot of Sony Xperia user review that they no longer can use Robinhood too.

1.Location is not accurate when trying to pin delivery address 2.When browsing a shop that has several branches, the app shows long distances branches at the top and user has to scroll down to see nearer ones. It's not sorted in order of nearest distance. 3. Ordered for the 1st time time and failed terribly. Payment deducted from SCB savings account but when going back to the app the order didnt complete and the shop never received the order despite payment successful.

The best price for taxi by far. However the app really had problems with deducting money from the registered payment. Told me almost every time I had payment overdue. Plus if the driver cancelled the ride, we as a customer wouldn't see it and had to wait endlessly. You fix this then it's the best.

The last updated version. The app is totally broke. Cannot just simply open it. Tried everything including clear cache, clear data, and uninstall. Reading other comments, seems the issue is mass and occured for more than 2 months and still cannot doing anything on the issue...seems like someone in your dev team is the spy from competitors and try to push your customers to other apps instead. Well done..lol 🤣

Took as much of my personal information as possible went through the entire sign up process and only after searching for food did it tell me that it's not available in my area. i've done with food delivery apps this killed it for me. They are all about stealing your information and selling it
