I never get notifications of new gigs. I have to refresh manually every time. I miss gigs cause of this all the time. It should be able to do this on its own every 10-15 seconds? I would think. All my settngs are correct if that may be the issue but poking the screen until i see a gig is what im doing. All notifications are turned on always as well.

Absolutely horrible customer service as a potential driver, can't imagine what it's like doing or even offering a gig. Last year I got approved in a couple weeks, this year it's been a couple months and now I'm locked out of my account. The only feedback I get from support is "I'll forward it to management" then nothing after... EVER! After several attempts it's time to delete the app.

Things have changed. Only one delivery at a time. Starting gigs for 7$. They killed the app when they don't allow the driver to have multiple pick-ups at one location. I used to make 40$ 50$ picking up baggage from the airport 3-4 deliveries at the time. Items descriptions are just sooo inaccurate. You think you picking up one item, you end up with your car full of groceries 15 or 20 bags easy. Change those things this app will be great.

Constant glitches in the app affecting ability to accept gigs, complete pickups and deliveries, and lack of support for drivers. We also don't have the ability to see or acceot gigs while on a gig, which means much more down time in between. Instant pay fee is also way too high. If the bugs and other issues were fixed, it would be a much higher rating.

overall experience to be quite satisfactory. The platform is user-friendly and the process of picking up and delivering packages is straightforward. However, The customer service interactions lack professionalism. app during the delivery completion process. It tends to bug out when it’s time to take a picture or click ‘Complete Pick Up’ or ‘Delivery’. This can be quite inconvenient as it requires me to stay around for an extra minute or so until the app functions properly.

After 3 years this app is now so unbearable. If you have any problems during your delivery you have to stop what you are doing and text with support because they will no longer think and complete a delivery without speaking to you in the chat. Yet they continue to text me while I'm driving!! Completely unsafe. And they have less gigs than ever.

I really enjoy using this app to make some extra money. The only thing that I can think that would improve the experience would be if I could see a list of available trips near me and sort them by origination distance from my current location, size, and number of stops. Also, it would be nice to be able to get the origination address so that I can begin making my way towards the trip after I submit an offer. That could cut down on delay time or confusion if there are multiple of the same stores

Need to work on some things, like if you scan one item and if the store is missing one item it's almost to impossible to cancel the one order missing. The app won't let you cancel cuz you scan one item. Costumer support is horrible and some gigs are poorly paid they consider just the miles not how long of a trip. Theres no consistency on how really big is the gig the acceptance rate is a joke. I don't get accepted when 5 min away but will for 45 min away

I use Roadie more on the Huge/X-Large item size. I frequently bid jobs that I am capable of completing, but they will refuse to assign them to me and support can never provide an explanation beyond "it's the algorithm". I have watched jobs go uncompleted and the store close while I've had an open bid for 4 hours. I haven't found a way of providing feedback to the company, so this review is my best attempt. Please fix this! Also the general lack of driver support is incredibly frustrating.

This app has several issues, sometimes when im done with a gig it shows that I'm still working it. It takes a while for offers to be accepted and sometimes when it doesn't accept an order I selected it will repost the same one as if I didnt select it. Orders close by i never get but 30 mins drive away from my location with no pay will be assigned almost immediately. The algorithm of this app is upside down but it seems the company does not care, and the blocks don't work here for me.

So far the lack of live support is frustrating. I have only used the app for 4 hours 3 days in a row. Ive had 4 pickups where there was nothing to accept and no one to answer calls. The client, the purchasing company, the app. So as a driver you're stuck standing there with your hand out. Came back to tell people not to bother. Ignore the youtube videos. UPS purchased the company and immediately every pickup rate went down. They now expect you to drive from Brooklyn to NJ & CT for $30-40

Very cool app for Florida. You have to bid on orders. The first order is the hardest to get. Because you have to compete with other drivers that are closer to you or have better stats. But as soon as you complete your first order, they start giving you more and more orders back to back to accept. There are bubbles on your screen. Click on the bubble it shows you how long the order is, how much it pays, and if there are tips. Very consistent app. Good amount of orders.

I've done a few hundred deliveries through Roadie, but I'm about to be done. The app is so unstable, to the point where I can't even get it to open half the time now. It just loads and loads and loads, showing me nothing, with the loading circle spinning non-stop. Maybe half the time I can get it to load by force stopping and re-opening, but other times, I have to clear the cache or even uninstall. FIX THIS! I'd call support, but they don't even exist 🤷♀️

I contact rodie support. There app won't let me confirm delivery. Support ask for pictures of the drop off of the delivered items. I send the pictures. Support states it not clear what the drop off point is for identification. My pictures show clearly that the delivered items are directly in front of the address security gate of the location of delivery. No real help from rodie Support. This is not the first time the rodie app has had this issue.

Been using app for over 2 years. For the most part this is a good gig app. The BIGGEST pitfall Roadie has is their GPS tracking. I have been enroute or even at a pickup location and Roadie will message me saying "due to lack of progress you have been removed from the gig" they proceed to remove me not just from the specific gig but ALL gigs. Even though I am at a pickup location for one of the gigs. THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM IS BROKEN! ROADIE FIX THIS PROBLEM!

The app/work is fine. I prefer it over other gig work apps. However, the biggest issue, like most other gig apps, is the support. If you're on a gig they tend to respond fairly quickly most of the time, and if it's a typical issue it's resolved well. But if it's a unique situation or if you're trying to get help about your pay or anything if you're not on a gig, GOOD LUCK and pray to whoever your God is.

It is a little glitchy and there are times when I go through a communications dead zone/black hole, that it thinks I have turned off the app. I only turn off the app when it freezes which is only sometimes. Also, the initial pay for the gigs could stand to be maybe a bit higher. Also a system to prevent gig grabbing bots would be nice to level the playing field.

Could be better at giving you orders to do. It's pretty unreliable as to getting approved to do orders you selected to do. Like, you'd select to do an order and then often you get "sorry, you weren't selected to start this order". And support isn't really much help either. But ehh, it's still another gig option, as far as I'm concerned. Bottom line, it has no excuse and should be much better in terms of a gig app for drivers. Pretty disappointing as a roadie driver myself.

They probably aren't accepting new drivers anyway but OMG this app is frustrating and a huge time waster. I hadn't used it for 2 years, got back on just to give it another try. All the same glitches, all the same poorly designed features, all the same negatives that waste each driver's time...they are all still there. You might make a few bucks but you will spend waaaay too much time trying to do so. It's like it's been designed to extract maximum screentime from you: fbook style.

The app could be laid out better. It can be a bit confusing at times. I find that when taking the final confirmation photo, the screen does not fit my device display. Also, I only received new gig notifications the first day or two of using the app, but I have not received a single notification in weeks. Notifications are turned on in both app and device settings. So, you constantly have to view and refresh the app to find new gigs. Bringing these concerns up with support goes nowhere.
