This runs so slow. Every time I open the app it will sit there forever saying "customizing your experience" but I have to shut it down and reopen it to get it to go to my account. This is very frustrating and doesn't leave me confident in it's security and efficacy.

When I first downloaded the app and signed in it took me to a black screen and it stayed that way for a good week or so. I uninstalled it from my phone and now some weeks later after reinstalling it works. I might just go back to the website after reading all of the reviews if I have any problems.

This app won't even open! On my current cell phone, it will however open on my old broken one. Doesn't make sense! Autopayment sucks! Because if your unable to pay full amount, your automatically charged NSF fees, late fees and the entire reason you can't pay in full is because you don't have, so additional charges such as that, make it impossible to even catch up! With cost of everything now, this is just absurd! Especially with low income single parents!! Hate this app!

Never had issues with app folio. To pay rent. Since the new owners took over.we have to use this .app. an since August apparently my payments had or have issues.but theres no information in app or site.plus my payment method wouldn't of went through at all if a problem existed. I wouldn't of been able to process it.my payment says paid thank you.for payment. I am not gonna keep dulling 360.oo each month twice.owners didnt provide proof of rejection of payment.

This app would be a user friendlier if allowed to make multiple payments that would equal the total amount due. It's the worst for individuals who may have to make payments from two different accounts. There are individuals who may want to pay using multiple debit and/or multiple credit cards that would equal the total due for payment

The worst app I've ever used!! Says my password is wrong and that I'll get a new one via email...IT NEVER COME!!! I've gone through this MULTIPLE TIMES. Worst app ever!!!! Oh, and be wary, it took forever to download and my Google security popped up saying the reason I'm having issues MAY be because this isn't a secure app. I'm not saying that's the issue, I'm just saying that's what my Google security said may be the reasons for the problems.

It's unfortunate every time you try to sign into this app. It tells you there's an error with the username or password. And you know you are who you are. When you signed up and you keep half and renew everything. It is ridiculous.

There's really no use for the app other than if you were needing to make a quick payment you can get that done only the fees are extremely high. The only use I get from it is it tells me that my mailed payment has been received but I find it is just taking up space on my phone that I need for other reasons I don't like this app. I don't recommend it. One idea I have would to be able to gmessages to the people in charge of handling your rent or the owner

This app simply does not allow for multiple people to set up accounts to make payments. So if you have a housemate, you will constantly be changing and adding payment information. It has been a debacle since our property manager changed payment.

This is a horrible app. I was trying to reset my password which I never got the email to reset it. I had to contact my landlord and he had to reset it from his side. Which he tried to send me the emails which I was never getting. So we changed my email to go to my other email. Finally got it. Can you guys please put a button beside where you type in your password so you can see what you're typing! And make it to where we don't have to keep putting the stupid thing in!

Bad design. When you reinstall the app on any device you have to enter your landlord's ID again, thus having to bother them to get it. Why not just give the option to log in? I mean, the user ID us unique so just do the database off of that. Lazy programming. I gave 2 stars because once you get in it's ok. All data was still intact such as service issues.

The app was easy enough to install and set up. Unfortunately, I forgot my passsword and Lastpass didn't catch it. Their password recovery doesen't seem to work. It asks for your email but never sends the recovery email. And, yes, I checked the 'spam' box. So it's kinda useless to me. My address is associated with this account so I can't just set it up again.

I've been attempting to pay my rent since the 3rd. It's vow the 8th, and I still can't get it to work. It's now added over $60 in fees. Why is it my fault that the app has some type of error? And... Going to the cash pay at Walmart isn't an option for me due to being housebound on oxygen. However on previous issues, management has been very accommodating so I'm hoping they read their feedback.
