at first I found this racer difficult as the cornering needs to be accurate or you're easily overtaken. I'd say if anybody enjoys MXGP you will enjoy this. I remember playing Riptide on the snes and megadrive, a little easier using a control pad. Anyway is this racing game good? yes it is the graphics are detailed the water looks realistic. the controls are very responsive. learning tricks or upgrading your jet ski is earned with credits you earn for 1st, 2nd or third position on finishing race.

Only started playing today, and already love it. Very realistic, great controlling, love the tilt screen turn. It's been side by side action all the way which is what I want. Only thing I'd like to see, is a cockpit view installed, so it looks like we're actually riding the jet ski. Appart for that. Loving it, back to racing

Mainly down to the music, it feels very much like a Wipeout on water. The best controls without a gamepad are when you touch the side of the player to move left and right, identical to how you can control Beach Buggy Racing. Turning is a bit juddery, so it doesn't feel very satisfying to turn, and although it's on water and perhaps expected, it's not as smooth feeling to control as Wave Race 64, the most obvious game to compare it to, but it's still worth trying out

Best racing game I've ever played on mobile🔥🔥yes B.E.S.T. none gave me the satisfaction of pulling off a Rockstar while falling of a waterfall. Amazing graphics, smooth and intuitive controlls, less demanding performance wise. Finished the game TWICE(with 3yrs interval). Hint : I don't replay...ever.😂😂 any way this review is mostly valid for their 2019 edition, DK if any changes happened to the quality. Just leaving this out there cause I actually never reviewed on this masterpiece 😙

So far, so good. The menu interface is clear and understandable. Gameplay is easy to pick up and fun. Graphics could be sharper but that would require more from the phone; besides, you can always tweak that in the settings. I wish there was more given tools given in the start for players, otherwise they might lose interest in an otherwise enjoyable game.

Mediocre experience. The app starts well, then they make the levels impossible to pass on purpose so you have to pay money to be able to pass. Ads every now and then. The nitro does not refill only when you do stunts. You don't do a stunt, you just loose the level, which is ridiculous. The speed is very limited despite upgrading all of its levels. You always start last at the beginning and most of the time it is impossible to beat the two races in front. Also, it only two laps.

Such a great game! I love the satisfying stuns. However, after I played for a while (around when I'm on 2-4 level of 3rd series), there's usually a problem on the control. My vehicle be steering slightly to the left when I didn't tilt my device at all. As a tilt-device-type-user, it's really frustrating. I tried re-installing the game thrice but no difference. Otherwise, it's such a fun and satisfying game.

graphics may look a little dated in 2024, but they're still really nice looking, and gyroscope controls are perfect, making it feel highly playable. only fault I could pick is not having a bigger area on screen for accelerate and break, but that's pretty minor. all told, fantastic value, especially with playpass. highly recommended.

I love a straight load and play game. No ads, no messing around. Graphics do well when racing high speed, and the tilt is ultra responsive, which is great as I'm not on a high-end phone (Samsung A325g). My only gripe is using stunts while on nitro boost. I can manage about 6 different moves and that only gets me fourth place on freestyle tracks. Almost impossible. Races, hot laps and elimination races all excellent. Now plan to buy Renegade. Great job guys!

Interesting and fun 2 play, extremely challenging, even though I've used some tricks n won a couple of races; but it's not easy at all to win a race. It's nice when u're able 2 stunts n all that, but I that shouldn't be used as a boost. I've not reached many levels at the moment but after the stunts to boost, I'm still not even able to get to third with the current level when I race with computer opponents n that keeps making it boring. I downloaded it for someone but he'd to delete it. Flexible

I love this game! Simply the best one of its kind. My only concerns is making the online play available to play and making the bots not as difficult to race against. I earned enough points and money to buy the Switchblade, but I went back to the Beginner's Luck series to see how fast I was in comparison. A literal Photon beat me. Please decrease the bot difficulty just a tad. Otherwise this game is perfect!

Fun but pay to win. Playing this game normal without using the Google Play pass or buying extra money and stuff like that I only could get third place but once I spend money and bought all the cars and boosted all their stats it was pretty easy to get first place the most races and I suck at racing games. The game still fun as hell but don't expect to do very well without very good skills unless you're going to think a bunch of money into this game or play it through the Google Play pass.

Love it, great game!! My only complaint is that I have a hard time seeing the curves and sometimes mess up, but I race again bc I'm more familiar with the track... of course I do better! Finished 1st on every track, and only had to redo one race to take that 1st place finish from 2nd place! Thankful we can play a track more than once💯 🫡

It's a great game that has a lot to offer just for $2.99! Easily a $9.99 value game I would say! However, this game was indeed built for much older Android OS versions so a few or even some features may not function as intended. I am using an Android 9 and everything works for me (highest graphics possible in-game) except for the online multiplayer for me sadly. It's probably my account's function or some sort. If you want something more modern, try Riptide GP: Renegade! It's a few years old.

Pretty cool game I wish there was a better option for controls for players that don't want to tilt there phone. The option for the directional pad is really orthodox and hard to get the hang of. But honestly it just takes a couple of hours of practice nothing to impossible if u got that to spare. I was hoping there would be a way to knock off the other players just to make it a little more competitive.

The game is generic. It only has a few tracks. The graphics looks like a cartoon and is not up-to-date with today's standards. You cannot customize your vehicle, cannot add decals but you can change the color.. there is always a ad after the race which can be very annoying.. when you win the short season, you do not get any rewards.. looks like the game was made on unity games so I don't think the developer can do much with this game..

I bought this game originally when it still cost money. After it went free, the people who bought the game originally were told they no longer have ads. I played it for a while after that, and everything was fine. I bought a new phone recently and decided to redownload this game on it, but now I'm stuck with ads again. It's otherwise a fantastic game. Just a heads-up for people coming back to this game from before it was free that you'll need to contact support if the ads come up!
