Same complaint as many others. White screen on my OnePlus6. Does not work & is as frustrating as the train service itself. Lots of complaints about this app, you would think it would've been fixed by now. Just ridiculous.

I don't know why I bother with this app. Notifications on Sunday for planned maintenance? Check. Notifications for a whole line out of service? Eh, not so much. Just traveled 20 minutes to get a station, and oops! Service suspended today.

I downloaded this after the update earlier in the month(March '19) and it is simple and easy if you just want the arrival time for your train. Not always accurate but thats due to human error, not the apps fault.

Seems like a good app. Not sure if this is true but it seems that the maps can pull up according to the date/time which is neat. It seems like the app may be slow to open though which could use improvements

Why, for God's name it uses Paris time. Right now, 8:38PM and I can't see tonight schedule when searching for future trip - it shows me only tomorrow's schedule which o don't need it the moment. Also, when the app starts it takes some time to load, but real-time schedule is not loaded, it takes 20 seconds more. Honestly, Google maps directions gives you real time schedule faster which is a shame.

Poor UI, and entirely unnecessary notifications. Received about six notifications since installing yesterday, half of which were begging me to fill out a survey. I just want to be able to quickly check the schedule, that's all.

I have been using this app for quite some time now. I have not had one problem so far. Schedules are always on point. Favorites. Timetables..etc. always accurate. I have a business that I'm striving to get off the ground. I live in New York..however I have clientele in New Jersey so this app is a great help for me. If I didn't have this app traveling by train would definitely make me an unreliable business owner. Thanks RidePath for making my everyday commute better.

It would be nice if we could set more than two favorite stations and/or if it could just default to showing the closest station to my location. It would also be nice if delays on one line didn't prevent realtime data for other lines from being shown in the app.

Horribly slow. This should be a benchmark of how slow an app can be just to show the train schedule. Path system is one of the shortest commuter rail system in the world, yet in 2020 their mobile app takes 10+ seconds to load the times. Every few weeks it makes some superficial update that doesn't seem to help.

Extremely slow and almost useless. The quality of the app is just as bad as the quality of the path service. No idea what it's doing in a background to be so laggy for such trivial functionality.

Great app! It increases engagement by making me click the RealTime tab everytime I open the app. Even though they know that its the only useful feature here. Good thing I love waiting 30 mins at the path train just to know that the train that says Newark on it doesnt go to newark!

Come on guys, update this app already. It has worked previously, and was so helpful. But since the last update, Sept 2019 (just released) it opens to my favorite to/from choice which I can barely read through the 95% (?) white overlay. Then if I dare change the to/from realtime locations, the screen is 100% white and it has to be force closed before I can open again to get the unacceptable 95% white overly. Why do I bother with this?... because the app actually does giive accurate realtime info.

Not recommended. The app has gotten better over the last year (i.e. you no longer have to wait 5min to download 3MB of data updates each time you open the app) but it's not well maintained. Most of the app's functions link you to the website. The app's "service alerts" are surveys and daily maintenance reminders, not real time updates. For actual service alerts, follow their Twitter. 2 star rating because the real time schedules at least seem to work.

When I had a note 8 this app worked perfect, now with my new note 20 the app doesn't work properly. I can't see the schedule anymore or real time arriving or departing trains. It shows my favorite stations but can't toggle between the 2. Please fix it I don't want to have to go back and forth on website when the app worked perfect for what was needed.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still unable to see any of the timetables for my "favorites" or any other stations. The alerts tab is always blank so I have to rely on the desktop site opt-in notifications and constantly checking my email. You advertise this app as "official" on the trains, at least make sure it works, please. ToThePathAndBack app is more useful.

For some reason, I can't get this app to display any of the information that it's supposed to display. The timetables "load" to blank screens, same if I make a trip a favorite. Nothing, even after updating the schedules just now. Once in a blue moon, I'll get very faint greyed-out schedules, but the moment I switch to view something else, or switch apps, I lose it. I can't see any of the maps, any of the alerts... It's basically an empty app. I reported the issue to the developer and never heard back. It also likes to force quit itself. No idea why it won't work for me, but I'd love if the developer could make it work. Running it on a Galaxy S7 running the latest Oreo. Tried to get info to load on both Wifi and data connections.

I really want this app to be good but the UI is just not good. The home page is extremely cluttered. Selecting stations has a weird slow rolling interface. It's also not that fast which from talking to somebody the other day who made a widget for the path, They said the APIs are really good and fast. But the official app can't even take advantage of it, and on top of that it's underneath just a bad user interface. Please update this as we need this information in a better format.

After recent update, app isn't working. When starting app just shows white screen, waited few minutes to start and still nothing. Just like the train service this app is crappy, slow and unreliable. Just update/overhaul everything. Uninstalling app until it's fixed. How can I email if the app doesn't even load? Adjust the code to factor in Android 10 platforms.

App keeps crashing. Every time I try to open the app it just crashes. No reason or anything. Worked fine before the last update. Not happy 9/22/2022: the application still hasnt been updated despite the issues occuring. Something you added to the 8/15 build is causing the application to crash when started. PLEASE FIX!!! 10/26/2022 - once again the app has not been updated regardless all of the negative reviews indicating that it doesnt work. When you email the developer, the email doesnt work.
