App doesn't work on Pixel 8. Home page is blank. Logging in and searching for booking crashes the app. Only promotional notifications work. Ended up using website to book and saving QR code to Google Wallet.

The current version doesn't work well. No results are shown in the mobile app when doing a trip search. No where to input promotion code to get any discounts.

When I select an open route and search buses, the results are there but "invisible". Not an issue on PC. This is a new problem as the app has historical been great.

Just updated the app. Brings me to a white screen with a green bubble. I press back button on my phone, brings me to ourbus homepage. I try to input bus route information and the app force closes everytime. APP IS BROKEN

I loved the service when the bus left from the queens mall to Atlantic City. Hopefully that service will start again. Even though that I have to travel to Manhattan l must say that the majority of the time is fast and confortable. The staff and bus drivers are very helpful and curtious.

I updated the app a couple of months ago and there was a glitch where after selecting the departure/return dates, the screen would go blank so you'd be unable to select a ride. I reinstalled the app today and the issue finally seems to have been resolved, but I don't think I'll ever update the app again.

The app is broken. I did the update, and all I get is blank, but if I hit the back button, then I can see the app. It wouldn't let me sign in and book the trip. The app would close when I pressed the botton to book the trip after completing the trip schedule.

They provided my with non working discount code. I wrote to the assistant about the issue and they haven't done anything to provide me a new one, so basically I had to pay full price. The app itself is good, and I love this bus company, but their attitude toward clients is inappropriate.

There are lots that need to be fixed with this service: Firstly, the price is waaaaay over the top!The cost for a ROUND trip to Cape May with NJT from NYC costs less than half of what Our Bus costs for the same trip ONE way. They did not include in their email that I would have to transfer to an Uber when I arrived at Galloway. I tried to call and kept reaching a bot that couldn't understand a word I was saying when I attempted to give my details. /2

Booking is easy, buses are clean, drivers are great. Changing a trip is inconvenient and expensive. The price they show based on the date of travel is not available, it's always more expensive. Their pricing is not transparent. The low price they show is to a different stop. Their pricing policies make it impossible to know the real cost of traveling. Ourbus, do better, know the customer experience.

While I would usually give this app a 3- or 4-star rating, it gets 1-star because of the continual pop up notifications telling you to share the service with friends. That is just so annoying. Also, they group all the notifications so you can't just turn off the ads without losing the others. As far as the rest of the app goes, it's fine, but could use improvements. The app constantly signs you out which is annoying. Bus tracking had worked only about 1 out of 7 trips. But all tickets show up.

From most of the reviews, I feel like I dodged a bullet. I downloaded the app, selected the "to" and "from", tried to select a departure date, and the "done" button doesn't work. I tried multiple destinations, passengers, all different dates, and nope. If this is how you run your app, I don't even want to see how you run your actual busses. Uninstalling.
