Locally owned & operated fleets of GOAT scooters are available in cities and campuses across America. By empowering local owner/operators, GOAT brings dockless electric scooters to locations where larger ride share companies aren’t yet available.
Just download the GOAT app, find a scooter near you and start your ride!
To initiate your ride:
Locate a GOAT nearby and start the ride using your app. To begin forward motion, place one foot on the footboard and use the other foot to push off from the ground 2-3 times while pressing down on the accelerator.
Keep your left hand on the break lever ready to push down, at all times, should you need to slow down or stop. Keep both feet on the footboard while riding.
Ride responsibly using bike lanes when available.
Once your ride is complete, lock your GOAT using the app by ""ending your ride"". Please be sure to leave your GOAT in a safe, visible place in the upright position, out of the way for pedestrians and those with mobility issues.

Scooters worked well but wish the app had an option for Google Pay, rather than having to pre-load money.

Contacted them about 2 faulty bikes. Promised refund but only got 1 of 2. Tried to follow up on refund #2 but got ignored despite multiple attempts.

GOAT has a franchisee in my town, and I just wanted to see if the locations were close by my home. Before you can see where the scooters are located, you have to sign up first. I guess I'll just buy a scooter instead.

Scam don't use this ap. Doesn't work false charges. Makes you pay for download credits to pay off your balance even though you didn't use it.

Wouldn't end ride once I was done.....prolly would've saved a bit if app worked properly. Or, maybe, just maybe it's set up to work that way?

Constant Java convert errors then it says my session expired and kicks me. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck. Can't even stay logged in long enough to do anything.

Scooter did not work. Loaded 15 into the wallet and would not let me pause the ride or end the ride because the scooter went offline immediately after unlocking. The phone number for support had been disconnected. Horrible experience, would give zero stars if possible.

Charges 3 extra dollars for nothing and won't let you stop your ride. It glitches out every time im not paying almost 30 dollars to not even ride for a full hour.. its junk. Mabey 15 but thats not the case..You'll never make any money off of burning holes in pockets. The cheaper the ride the more people ride..the more money you get...the more expensive the less they are ridden and eventually nobody will ride them..

Unavailable. Spent 15 minutes trying to get one to start. Added more money on my wallet. App just kept taking my back to add money, half a dozen times. Walked 30 feet and a Bird scooter started right up for me.

They picked up the scooters for charging while we were in the store and drove off leaving us STRANDED also the app and price was too high and confusing and there was no phone number to call and i got charged twice for my trip and its SUPER EXPENSIVE .20cents a minute and it charges u while ur at ur destination. But when i on the scooter it was pretty fun and cool tho but everything else made it not worth it

Do not use this app, I ended the ride and took a photo. 2 hours later, I received a message from my bank that I had a $60 charge from them. I messaged support, who just gave me credits to ride again. However, I don't live in an area they service. I asked for a cash 6 they said they have to charge me 10% in order to give me a refund. Seems like a scam.

The app very easily starts the timer when selecting and powering up a scooter, but absolutely could not connect in order to shut off the timer when I parked and had to provide a photo to stop it. I uninstalled, hopefully that stopped the timer :/ Edit: It has not stopped.

I liked it at first, however it ALWAYS ends up charging me more than what it should. The $5 charge has been constant. I understand the charge, however when the app glitches and I have to reclick the authorization, it charges me multiple $5 fees. The first time it happened, they gave me money back. But it's happened YET another time and I'm just really tired of it. My friends have had the same issue.

could not sign up through the app. Said I needed a username but did not give me an option to put one in (the username space was just not there). Went online to sign up and filled out the form and the computer wheel just went round and round and round and round. Not very convenient for something that is strictly for convenience. Needless to say, I never got to ride to ride one as the sign up is 100% faulty. Can't imagine what the scooters or billing must be like LOL
