Conch Connect Key West: Waiting times go for over an hour. The whole project doesn't make sense. Seems like the rich playing humble for reasons we all suspect plus all that speech of welcoming everybody to work with them regardless of race, nationality, color, ethnicity and all that yada yada don't apply if the person interviewing you doesn't feel like doing it. They took the time to translate to spanish their job pages but as soon as you speak spanish to them the turn you down, coherence? 0 ⭐️

terrible ridesharing, no communication, bad interface, and they just keep canceling the ride without even trying to pick you up. trust me it's free for a reason don't waste your time with it

When I first downloaded the app in the summer of 2023 the wait times were acceptable for a free app. But recently you should expect wait times of around 40-120 minutes which makes it completely unviable as a way to get around the city. Please invest in more drivers, this is unacceptable

doses not have drivers available to be a functional system or drivers only exist in popular areas either way was unable to use app due to lack of drivers in area app says drivers are available

I can't rate the app cause I can't figure out how to use it. You press on the icon. Nothing. There is nowhere to open the app.

I have been using ride Freebee since mid-March of 2019, and I have enjoyed meeting the drivers and residents in the area. I am happy with the new hours of operation and the new van TOML acquired. I hope Palm Spring North follows suit. All the drivers are professional and welcoming, making the ride a fun and safe experience. I highly recommend using Ride Freebee anywhere is provided.

Can't login. I clicked, forgot password and still can't login. I changed password twice and always copied/pasted and confirmed it pated correctly. I then tried to create a new account and that failed too! Worthless app!

The wait times are ridiculous and you can be down to one minute wait time and then all of a sudden you're back up to 45 minutes. The app is horrible and even the drivers agree. If you're going to provide a service at least have it run efficiently with enough cars in the area to handle busy times. Hour waiting time is ridiculous.

This app sucks. When it's not busy, it's usable, but otherwise, it won't connect you with a driver and will just keep saying "due to high demand, you may experience some delays" for hours. On top of that, it does not give you an ETA of your driver in the very rare instance that you get one.

If the service itself were bad, and if Google permitted, I would give this app zero stars. When I replaced my phone, I could not access the app. I have tried uninstalling, unsubscribing...nothing. I have attempted many times to change passwords. Nothing. Nothing. NOTHING. If you can't help me start again, I don't know what else to do or say.

Downloaded app. Can't get an account. Keeps telling me my email is not valid. Uninstalled tried again. Same issue. Had to use phone number. Defeated the purpose of real app driven microtransit service. Long delay. Really wanted it to be a great experience... a car-free way to get around. Hope my experience was one off.

The drivers are kind, however, the app is very bad. It disconnects you from the driver and you are left hanging and waiting. You have to at a point cancel the trip and start over. It has happened so often that I had to write about it. It is a shame that when people who do not have access to a car have to struggle extra when their city intends so well by offering a free service. I believe that messages like this one should be heard and the issues resolved.

Freebee is new to Key West and is operated under the name Conch Connect. It's is $2 per rider. I was able to download app, and request a ride no issues. The issue came when the driver eta kept increasing as the car got closer, then on the map the driver started heading further away from me. Eta for a ride started at 25 mins then jumped to 45. I ended up walking instead and made it to my destination in 20mins. System may need some work. I hope to attempt again some day.

Using at the FIU campus and waiting times are too long even when there isn't a lot of people using it. You can't see where you're at in the quene so they can just not pick you up and wait for you to cancel. I remember one time when I made a request, the freebee was right by the store. The guy accepted it, cancelled it, and took off. It happens way more than it should. A change needs to happen.

The app is user friendly, the drivers are always so kind and helpful. But the wait times express we need more drivers on the roads. I really feel like anything past 30 minutes is excessive to just go not to far for some people. Or maybe get cars the go shorter distances and cars that go longer distances if possible. I'm sure they are coming together to strategically make the app better. I would hope!
