Thanks for your latest update which created an icon to sit on the screen, that was part of my suggestion in my post to you. But you still need to do more work with the app. (1) The icon is supposed to go off once the app is deactivated. But now even when you deactivate the icon remains on the screen. (2) Please find a way to filter ride suggestions to drivers within 3/4 kilometers from the rider. Sometimes ride requests of riders who are 10 - 15 kilometers come. Thanks.

App is slow, when you order a ride it takes an hour to arrive, the drivers are somewhat not polite, not ready to drive, always with a strong expression, you can't see when it's coming, car not comfortable, no AC, not developed, needs a location first before working, though its kinda cheap, not that upgraded but still a bit good. However, I wouldn't recommend it for some people, I prefer UBER or BOLT, I'm going back to them, I don't care about the price.

I am a driver using this app. At first this app was okay but recently it started acting up like showing "No Connection" and I have a very strong network. Also error message like "server not responding, try again later" will appear, thereby making men lose the chance to accept the ride. Please work on your app otherwise I will delete and close my account

The app has a lot of problems. First of all the estimated time is always the same because the map isn't linked to the traffic data and it only shows one route. Also the facts that the app can't function without the location of the phone being turned on is absurd. Lastly the UI/UX design needs a serious upgrade. The app looks like it was one of the first made without any upgrade

Used the app a couple of times but I was always getting horrible rides and at a point all drivers refused to use their ACs. I also priced a certain amount for a 20minutes distance journey with no traffic and when I got there,the money increased by 1300 from 3700 which was initially priced. Why advertise that it's what you price you will pay when you get to your destination when you guys clearly cheat people and add extra on top.

I keep getting charged for trips that was cancelled. And likewise trips I accepted by mistake and had to cancel because I couldn't fulfil. The app should be able to effect immediate refund without allowing it to linger for 24hrs. That's very exhausting

Drivers are unprofessional. The kind of cars on the app are not fit for the road. Windshield all cracked, no A.C, dented car body, dirty interior, the list is endless. I'm sure cars and drivers were not assessed before activating them on the app. No reporting channel for driver misconduct. Although, the idea of negotiating price is good but it can be better.

Worst ehailing app.Ridiculous prices. I really pitied drivers using this app. How do they maintain their cars and fueling? The map is so tiny that you can hardly zoom it. I would have love to rate this app minus zero. You can't see the rida's name nor know exactly where he or she is going to through the map You can't zoom the map,such an annoying app.Nonsensical 🙄

This is an extremely useless app... I decided to try the app today and got matched with a driver after waiting for several minutes. The driver cancelled the trip and it kept showing me that the driver was getting close to my location. The first flaw of the app is it doesn't tell you how far or near the driver is. It just tells you that the driver is close so the passenger is left in the dark.

I'm giving the app 3starts because I see little improvement. If you can pay attention to the following: 1. A request shouldn't ring more than 3 times and it should be short like 15 to 20 seconds otherwise what you have is "noise" 2. The grid lines from point A to B should contain location informations just like that of indrive, this will enable the driver to spot exact location of rider. 3. The request tone is too loud and impossible to control using the volume button on the phone.

It's like the map is not updated, I always have problems entering my exact location. You type in a location, it'll change most times to just Lagos. I wonder where Lagos is. My location never shows, it makes booking a ride frustrating or the drivers insisting that the location you inputted is not where you're going, so they'll raise the fare ridiculously higher

Very noisy app. The developers did a terrible job. When a driver skips a ride, such ride still appears. Connect drivers with closest riders and not random riders far away from them. There should be a radius adjuster for this. Again, drivers can't go offline. Always online. There should be a button for this as well. Overall, the app is 20% complete and 100% terrible.

The distance the driver will go and pick the passenger is always longer then the distance he go with the passenger. Before the drive, the passenger will change mind, that s why I don't always accept such trips. You should consider traffic n respect of the charges. Thanks for the listening ear.

was able to book a ride for my Dad to go to work while I'm overseas. It was fast , easy , not to mention cheap. Convenient. that's the word I was going for😂

Terrible experience. All the drivers are requesting more money than what the app is showing. If the trip says $6, be prepared to receive a call from the driver asking for $8 or $10.
