Worst experience... they took more than a week for my transfer to Canada. After a week, I canceled my transfer. They asked for verification, and I sent my driving license, and whenever I call them to check the status of that verification, they said it's in a process, and it will take another 24 hours. Horrible experience. Don't use this ria for making you transfer. You will definitely regret it.

Processes and procedures are archaic at best. Why offer an option for a debit card transaction with cash pick up if you're just going to cancel it anyway?Frustrated is at the low end of the spectrum of how i feel after using your services. Many other apps put there which do a much better job. Don't waste your time like I did.

I made a payment It went through Something went wrong Tried to look for tracking number but could not find it. I also went on recipient's profile and there is no records of payment made to hi. Previously or today . The apps design is very difficult to follow. There should be alternate way to search a transfer via name amount date if the tracking number has not been sent

Very bad app where I can't login anymore or reset the password. Get error messages that doesn't make sense. No codes are sent to either phone number or email. Site is also completely lacking for my region. Also not possible to reach support for this issue. Badly designed website, which most of the people vote all the articles I've seen as not helpful, so it is not uncommon!

Application had issues on the last update. I tried to send to a family member and it did not send, It gave me an error so I sent again, it sent though I was charged twice. Later after I requested to cancel it showed as sent. I contacted an agent and was told he can't do anything, I said to please help me or I would have to try a different application. Days later I decided to give them another try, only I was removed from their system🙃 No problem, I am now on Remitly and they are a lot better!

This app is a fraud. When you try to send money 💰 there, it won't indicate the limit, and when you send it, it will show transaction successfully, but the system will cancel it later and get your account blocked indefinitely. And if you try to call them, they'll tell you they can't do anything about it, but they will direct you go to their location in your area so that they can charge you more. PURE FRAUD ... PATHETIC SERVICE

Always getting couldn't verify you message, even after providing correct information. Reached support team but no use or helpful. Useless app without proper error information. Able use other apps Remetly,xe. Couldn't understand how it works, able to send through other apps, trying to send through ria more than 1000 since couple of months. No proper error message why it couldn't verify my identity (Data is correct as per the ID). Anyway I don't want to spend much more time on this. Uninstalling.

The app and website are good when it works. I have reported issues on app and website earlier and they don't take it seriously. For example, on the home page of the website, if you change country from USA to UK, it still shows the calculations in dollar amounts instead of pounds. It is on their *home* page. This is a prime example of how ill tested their site and app is.

Not able to verify identity though I mentioned correct information. Tried 3-4 times to enter the details and then they locked the account. When I called customer care they said they cannot verify on phone and I need to use app to do so. After a week I tried to enter the details again and this time it showed a mesage that details are verified. And when I tried to transfer money it again shows that your identity can not be verified. Worst experience ever.

Not a dependable app, it has a lot of problems to open and it's frustrating to use. Update 02/10/22- I switched from website to app and now it's efficient and reliable to use but two suggestions: 1. There should be a mobile top off feature like in other similar companies and 2. App needs to be more intuitive and easier to navigate.

I have been using this service for a few years, and they have been efficient, helpful, and fast. I continue to use their services, and their efficiency continues to impress me. Thank you! RIA. As of Wed, September 20,2023. When you check the value of one country exchange, it shows a value that after you sign in to continue the transfer, the value changes, and then before you confirm your transfer, the exchange value changes again and is usually lower. I haven't seen this before. Can you check?

I am/was a new user. Very disappointed. The interface/overall vibe is friendly, and the fees are not too bad. However, the options for destination city within Maryland didn't include Baltimore, so I couldn't enter the correct city. Not surprisingly, they rejected the tranfer. Their email communication was OK, though it's not clear from the app or email whether my account is permanently locked for online transfers. Anyway, at the least, it appears the app needs to improve its U.S. city database.

Uploading and setting up the app was easy on my end. However, receiving money through the app onto the bank card seems impossible. For the second day, the person I sent money to is trying to access the status of the transfer and only seeing the message about too many people using the service and being asked to try later. Unacceptable. I won't use it again and won't recommend it.

I would statistically say that the app is 99% reliable and significantly easy to operate. However, in a few cases. One would have to sign into the app twice. In the middle of a transaction, the app would close down. There was a time when the app closed abruptly without indicating that the transaction was successfull so I went ahead to repeat the same transaction only to realize that the first transaction was successful. I was a little embarrassed when I checked my account

so far I'm pleased with ria's service good exchange rate and the transfer fee it's reasonable I'll update in a year or so. It's been a year and overall my experience has been great, except on the last month's transactions and this month's, the app it's been misbehaving to the point that I have not been able to send money to my parents, when I attempt to make a transfer it keeps thinking and it won't move, will have to uninstall it and install it again see what happens.

Having bad experience with transfer times lately. It used to be much quicker but now even after 4 days no update on the transfer. And when asked with a customer support person, they mentioned on random basis they select transfer times on each txn. The customer service representative was not even willing to listen when asked to add a estimated deposit date, so that the end customer is not kept guessing. I can't recommend people to deal with this randomness, would rather expect consistency.

The app worked well for a few months, now every single transfer gets cancelled for no reason. I tried using a different card with enough money on it, it still gets cancelled. I made sure everything was fine with the recipent's bank, it still gets cancelled. I contact customer service and they swear it's not an issue on their end. Meanwhile I'm unistalling and taking my buisness back to Remitly since I know the money will go through.... Horrible service.

Why have the option to send money to someone via debit card for cash pickup if you are just going to cancel it because it's "suspicious." No calls, no emails, no "Hey share your ID for verification." Every single time, you keep doing this. Just remove the option and make people go in person. You are just wasting people's time, and then also their money because it costs more to do it in person than it does from the app.

Have been using the app for over a year now. Has been giving the best rates so far. The main problem is the app still has issues. The recipient information constantly gets mixed up even after I update it every single time. I have to pull in all the information to update every 2 weeks. Inhave raised it with support team and they literally don't have an answer. Will look for other alternatives.

Good app, awesome rates. One issue I noticed is that an error message keeps popping up, and when I close the app and reopen, it forgets my log in info, and the error message also keep popping up with each windows I open. You guys are doing a good job, but to get a great one, you really need to fix this. It gets annoying to use.
