- Allows applications to open network sockets
- Allows an application to modify global audio settings
- Allows applications to perform I/O operations over NFC
- Allows a companion app to run in the background
- Allows using the device IR transmitter, if available
- Allows an app to use device-supported biometric modalities
- Allows access to the vibrator
- Inn-app purchase and subscription
- Allows an application to send SMS messages
- Allows an application to record audio
- Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call
- Access to precise location

Danger apps info are useless, because those permissions had not been granted already. This app doesn't help because ACTIVE permissions can't be shown correctly. I've other permission monitor to control over new permission enabled automatically.

Inaccurate!!!!!! The app said I had some high risk items. Went to them, looked at what it said, hit change permission and guess what??? There were no permissions to change

While Revo Uninstaller is a superb Programm, I am puzzeld why this app is reporting false: Even when all permissions are disabled or the dangerous app is frozen, it will still report it. Unfortunately, the app is not reading the permission. Please fix!

What manager is this when I can only view, cannot modify these permissions? This app and Revo uninstaller dont co-work. When I press "change permissions" in the Uninstaller, it opens download page, instead of opening the Manager app. Permissions cannot be changed in the Manager app, what is the purpose of this Manager app?

This app is a must use if you want to guage which apps on your phone is over reaching with permissions or have suspicious behaviours. I've deleted multiple apps on its recommendations. Stay safe out there, all is not as it seems.

It asks almost unlimited and undefined permissions. It seems like a Bulgarian company playing God. They misspell words in the Unfair "Legal" agreement and wasted my time by repeating terms they stated before. App just shows files, I couldn't find any that I could change permissions on, or delete. Dummy of a program. I used Revo for years on my PC with no problems. This seems like they sold the original company to a dictator company. I uninstalled it, I hope it's gone. Google allows this ?

[J7 Prime/ Android 8.1.0] The description is a lie! This app did NOT give me any more control over "all permissions" usurped by overly intrusive apps (which is most apps these days) than the native manager! It has an overly busy interface, takes up storage and memory, has ads. But the pathetic thing is, once I chose to manage any app's permission options, it did nothing more than OPEN THE NATIVE MANAGER! Totally useless to me! Why bother? This one deserves NEGATIVE 5-stars. I am unstalling!

Been using Windows app for years...THE best and most user-friendly of type on the market...(used other notables- free and paid)...Like other software types, it's good to have minor baseline knowledge- general pros and cons...With that, the depth of use of revo, as a whole, and the learning curve of its advanced features becomes shallow...frequent installs/uninstalls when just trying out or when updating software, programs, and apps while keeping a system updated and optimized makes it a must hav

I normally don't give a second look at apps with ratings lower than 4 but here is my first exception. The reason is the developers thoughtful response to comments. True this app doesn't have a magic wand to set your permissions because that in itself would be overreach. It's simply a tool to help you make decisions which it does very well.

I had really high hopes for this app because of the awesome Uninstaller program. When compared to other apps, this app does NOT identify all the permissions each app has. One in particular I knew to be high risk, but this app listed 4 permissions when there were 8. The 4 led to a rating of low risk when it should have been high - delete immediately.

Got conned into installing this app whilst using Revo uninstall app, which I paid for. Paid for full version of this app but it does nothing about changing permissions. It shows you them but if you want to change them, it just defaults back to the built-in settings/apps/ info, permissions etc, and still doesn't help with changing them. Wasted my money, deleting this. If I get my money back, then I'll change the ratings.

This app like many others cannot manage the permissions of some bloatware apps. One in particular wireless emergency alerts. I get it's "for emergency notifications" but it also acts as a track beacon. Rooting device is still needed to remove permissions and/or disable/uninstall it. Update: Thanks for the reply. Permission Management to me means turning off/on permissions. Despite it being an android set, rooting is required to get full contriol over such settings.

Terrible. First the interface is so poorly designed it makes websites from the 90's look sleek. Second it doesn't change permissions, just sends you to the permission page in your phone settings, making this app a pointless slow middle man. Third to make the second point worse it doesn't even accurately show permissions, it shows app having mic access even when they are denied and it shows apps that don't even request mic access as being "high risk" because of mic. Just dumb

I'm reviewing two apps. 1) Revo Uninstaller, I've used it for years (the free version) for so many years. Even though I'm low income, it's time I give back to these good people. It's a utility I've come to consider essential. 2) 'Revo Permissions Manager Pro, I've used it for a little while now. I see that this too will be an 'essential' utility for my Android phone. I've learned that setting permissions is important and this app allows me to manage it easily. That's all. Lee G

Although this app sounded good, before you use it you have to agree to all their terms and conditions and privacy invasions, yet offer no link to tell you what they are! So you have to agree, to whatever they want, and they won't tell you what that is! In addition almost all the features of importance are for the pro pay version only.

app lets you get to setting quickly. sometimes there is a discrepancy about what the questionable app reports that it can do. Revo will recommend you uninstall, if the app can't be trusted, or sloppy coding.: very nice. All that on 1st day and the free version. I will buy as soon as my device is clean. I.m very thorough with permissions, privacy and messy apps.

1st, it took 3 tries to open it. 2nd, it required me to install yet another app. 3rd, when I would like to look at permissions it said to open the your permissions app that was already open. 4th, when I would then go to your permissions app the app in question wasn't up and the search bar doesn't work. Every time I try to search it just clears. I will be uninstalling both apps.

it's good for quickly navigating through and analysing all app settings. problem is that it seems like 95% of the apps that i want to delete or change permissions to are system apps or partner apps. Even with both apps downloaded , I'm not noticing a single app that I'm now able to delete or change permissions that couldn't already be done with the apps. While I really like pc apps, the mobile ones just don't seem all that usfull
