The best place online, and in the world in my opinion, to buy and sale musical equipment. I would not have access to the instruments that I have bought without reverb. It's such an easy process I honestly think I have more fun buying, saling, and trading these instruments than actually playing them! And the consumer service is always on point and readily available. Thank you reverb and reverb staff!!!

Well organized, I can search, follow and compare products quickly and easily! Now, the whole point of this platform is to PURCHASE & SELL items. My offer was accepted, but every time I tried paying with PayPal, the transaction wouldn't go through!! After 5 attempts I jumped to a laptop to finally place my order. If I can't make a simple purchase, what's the point of the app??

Prices were the same as I found on Ebay, Amazon, and other online websites for the 4 pairs of studio speakers I was interested in. I think you would get a better deal by finding someone local and not having to pay shipping costs commonly over $100. I'll need to do some more price comparisons before I decide to purchase an item from the Reverb App. Overall I think it is a great app. I spent 5 hours searching for speakers the first day I downloaded it....so be prepared to get distracted.

OK app for browsing their listings but lacks important features only to be found on full website. Latest version ALWAYS crashes when "Sold Items" is added to item search parameters. Pointed this out to Reverb at least a month ago, still crashes !! It's important for item value research, should be fixed ASAP. They also removed displaying how long an item is listed. Again, valuable information when engaging on a purchase, no longer avalable. Are you deliberately trying to devalue your app ?

Update: Still a great app. Currently they're having a problem with overpriced horns. I don't need recommendations about the $14,000 instrument I need to buy. I wish they would fix this. I've never bought a horn anywhere close to this price on reverb. Two multi hundred dollar purchases with this app. Both have been very easy. This app makes it easy to search for what you want. It does good job suggesting items too.

I rely on Reverb to buy and sell my gear, and I do so pretty often. Previous versions of the app were great. It could be more robust, more versatile, and more flexible, but it was fine, good enough. The new version since the last update is not. It's not ok. It always crashes. Not "sometimes." Not when something odd happens. Not when I do something wrong. Always. Always always. Here's what you do. Open app, find something to buy, open the picture to full screen, crash.

App is well-designed, if you just want to price. Almost every time I went to my feed and saw great prices, the item had been sold. If an item isn't available, take the listing down from feeds. One time I found a great price on something and the transaction wouldn't complete. Item eventually sold, but frustration from the lost deal finally made me delete.

I had seen listings on Reverb for a while but didn't start using it personally until a few months ago. It's a great place to find instruments, equipment, and parts both new and used. Tons of sellers, both private and businesses, who have high ratings and ship quickly. I have not used it to sell anything yet myself but can imagine it would be fairly easy. The offer/counter-offer part is really cool. You can barter back and forth and get some really good deals as a buyer.

pretty easy to use, they should have a "save item for later" feature in your cart like amazon so u don't forget about items you want but aren't quite ready to commit to. also charges for sellers could be a few basis points lower. i wish the reverb bump cost percentage was understandable, it's very nebulous and difficult to comprehend, but it does get your gear sold super fast.

I love the app but i just wish the search option was more flexible. An 'advance search' option would be extremely useful since some of us want something specific as were browing for products. Things such as type of wood on guitars/basses or guitars already installed with specific pickups can really come in useful as part of an advance search option . Crossing my fingers that this will happen.

A couple of suggestions: 1) make the capacity of the "recently viewed" items longer! This is the easiest way to glance back at things quickly and it's very short. 2) watch list ended items is nice, but please sort that by date ended vs date watched. If an item I watched 6 months ago ended yesterday, it should be at the top of the ended items list not buried! 3) could the search option which recently added "sold listings" be expanded to capture "ended" items as well?

Extremely buggy app and poor user experience REPLY > The curated list will randomly display older items not in order. When an Item has sold it sometimes still shows in the curated list leading to confusion. The wishlist feature is completely broken on there is not way to un favorite an item. There is no sort functionality within the wishlist (WHY?!). There are times when the curated feed will completely go blank leaving nothing to browse, there are other times when a seller will lower the price of an item on a wishlist but the buyer, is never notified therefore the buyer misses the deal There is no way to modify a review after a buyer rips off a seller. Many items will list for $0.99 and when clicking on this item it is revealed that the item listing has ended but because of Reverbs sloppy app it shows up still in the feed leading to more confusion and wasted time. The app is a mess

Reverb is great for finding unique gear, however the feeds that are curated for the user feel like an unorganized mess of promoted listings from across the world. This leads to many items being extremely overpriced after shipping costs and many listings being written in various languages. The app is OK for finding items when you know what you want, and the tools available to find a decent price (estimates, histories, and other available items) are nice, but I typically purchase elsewhere.

To be completely clear, I love Reverb I use it all the time. I just have 2 issues that I'm finding really frustrating at the moment that I'm hoping can be fixed. Whenever I finish making a new listing, the app will advance to a screen that has an option to "create another listing" Every time I press this option, the app advances to a blank screen. I've had to reset the app for every new listing I make. Also the app crashes every time I try to send a picture in chat it will start upload but crash

Best app for getting music gear, hands down. Connects you to people and deals you'd never otherwise meet. My ONLY critique is that on the website, not the app, you see the shipping price posted right on the listing which is super helpful. For whatever reason, however, in the app you have to add it to cart and start checkout to see the shipping cost. I actually deleted the app so i could factor shipping into pricing faster. It seems totally unreasonanle to take that out of the app.

The app is using massive amounts of my mobile data (over 1gb in the last 4 days!). Also, Reverb needs to settle on consistent terms for the various functions/menu items between the app and the web page. 3/27/19 update Thanks for checking into that. I also recently started seeing an error screen when I go to the Browse page. It tells me I have a lost connection even though all the other pages are updating just fine.

Reverb is a good service and you get good deals on used gear there, but the app feels like it works against you oftentimes. You cannot filter out "local pickup only" listings, which are just filler on the page if you can't get to them. There is also no way to filter out international listings, either. They recently pushed an update so that it doesn't show shipping price/availability of any kind in the search results, which it used to, now you must view the listing to see the shipping.

Lots of great stuff on Reverb, but support is a joke. Issues are dealt with from a chat center somewhere in South Asia, and the chat app is designed to drop your chat session the instant you leave the app in the background. Took HOURS to resolve a very simple issue. Chat support seems, at best, to be an afterthought... at worst, it could be designed to frustrate pesky customers seeking the attention of an actual person.

I've only had a positive experience shopping with Reverb. All sellers have been quick to reply and purchases arrive in good packaging. Addition. 2 years using the app and after most recent update I only get an Android icon when trying to open the app. Have deleted and reinstalled and still same problem.

There's a very annoying bug where when you zoom in on pictures, it won't let you pan left or right and instead moves to the next picture. This makes it very hard to get a closer look at the condition of used gear. The app should not allow you to change pics when zoomed in. I have no complaints besides that, and I overall like the app and enjoy using it.
