Love this game! Wish you could do races on the track with bots. Would make the game alot more fun I think. Adding crash damage and engine wear would be cool too. Just little things to make the cars in your garage more interesting and a bit more fun to play with and give you more insensitive to get new cars to beat the AI. But you have to keep your cars in good condition when racing. Or spend the entire time seeing just how much damage a car can take before it won't move anymore.

I really like this game, but there's a few issues. If you are doing a lot there is lag and sometimes it crashes. Some ads cause it to crash. There needs to be more than one type of race track, at least two more and hopefully one is off road. Also, the engine symptoms are very basic, either it runs, or it doesn't, having a single slightly damaged engine part doesn't make the whole engine not start at all, part of being a mechanic is being able to tell the symptoms of what is wrong with an engine.

The game is very great, however, you should get money for winning drag races. So at the moment, there is no point in keeping cars in your garage Also I want to add that I would love to support the game, but the advertisements are so buggy that I prefer to turn on airplane mode and play without them, for example I watch them and the game stays on the "commercial break" screen" If these issues are fixed this would be a 10/10 game

This is a great game to learn basics about car structures and mechanics! I haven't done much yet with the racing, but the concept is awesome, simple, and definitely educational. Great job! One thing I wanted to say, is it would be awesome to have a tutorial called "apprentice" where you don't make money (or lose money) but just help the "head mechanic" as you learn about car disassembly and gameplay features.

Pretty much spot on with the repair and tuning, but with the driving part the shifting, when recorded as "perfect", seems to slow you down more than the competitor. Also, drifting with the handbrake on the track makes you end up in the grass a lot more commonly when performed well. Otherwise if you're here for the repair part it's challenging and curiosity-sparking. I enjoyed doing some of the later cars' engines.

I have way more hours in similar games on PC than I should. You get customers bringing cars in for repairs, "barn finds" in the form of sellers popping up on the world map, a track on which to drive your repaired vehicles, all the core elements of more in depth sims. Disassembly repair, reassembly, and painting are all present of a bit simplified. Best of all, any in app purchase disables the "required" ads, though you can still choose to watch ads for rewards. Good game, recommended.

I played this game when it released as a littler kid, I always enjoyed seeing different cars from my hometown American classics, but being able to make them just as great. I love Car Mechanic Sim, but the mobile version is horrible, this is the next best thing. Was so excited when I saw you still updated it and I reinstalled, new vehicles are really cool. Maybe add big rigs/trailers? Could also have some more optional tutorials. Besides that it great, keep working.

You need your cars to have tighter shifting and an option for automatic transmission like you used to, the auto transmission was amazing because you didn't have to shift gears manually, that doesn't mean getting rid of the manual transmission. I like both transmissions and the game needs both of them, for beginner players, automatic, for more experienced players, manual. #bring the auto transmission back. Thanks for a great game!

Thanks so much for the updates!! Definitely 5 stars!! This game is my little escape from my busy challenging days. I love it and thankful for it being able to take a little bit of time to myself and rescue cars from the junkyard. and build into something amazing then race with the best. Or taking on the challenge of beating the clock and throwing the wrenches down and fixing cars and getting those bonuses. Huge thank you and looking forward to whatever y'all come up with next.😉 Ps more levels.

Amazing game ---- but have also had bug. ----------------- Four engines have disappeared -----------when sitting in inventory / when swapping out / assembling new engines. Love the game, and how each car is different to work on. Racing guys on the track or racing ghosts would be cool. Drag racing could be for money or unlocking more car parts.

This is an amazing game! A couple of suggestions though... -I would love to see the ability to add forced induction (ex: turbo chargers and superchargers) to engines -With the new feature of engine swaps, I would also love to see the ability to get race parts for an engine or get a powerful engine all together - I would like to see sportier/faster cars -And lastly with the introduction of the port I would love to see Japanese cars added into this game Otherwise amazing game!

I don't think adding AI for track would be good, too glitchy and easy to win. Instead maybe a multiplayer version for racing, some basic damage physics, more mods for cars, more cars (import as well), and an ability do do wierd engine swaps/mods. Keep the game pretty basic so it works well. Add more racetracks and offroad tracks. And maybe for import cars to be able to import parts for the cars the same way we import cars because I have to order 3 cars to make 1. Otherwise it's the best game.

After playing for awhile and comparing to other mechanic games, this by far is the most fun and engaging, but simple. Yes, it does take Abit to level up eventually but with the ability to have your own cars, customize, and make unique vehicles out of the parts given, I love it. Accurate motors, cars, and years of said cars. Being able to build that V8 using junkyard parts and seeing it makes a whole difference when you engine swap, or building a time attack car, I can't wait for more updates!

If I could give this game 6 stars, I absolutely would. I've been playing it for maybe half a year now, it's it's just clear how well made it is. The developer cares about their game, posts consistent leaks and updates. The overall gameplay is simple, but the cusomizations can be as difficult or easy as you'd like it to be. Hands down the best mobile game I've ever played. Love the classic cars, love the mechanics, and love the racing. I cant wait to see where this game goes. Props.

This game is awesome I been playing it for a while and I thought there was bugs in the game but it turns out it was just me not knowing how to play the game lol. Anyway it's fun and challenging and even better when you get to customize cars and drive them and race in them. Overall I recommend this game especially when your bored. It would be nice if you guys can add more cars in the game 👌

I downloaded this game almost a year ago, and I still play it today. In fact, I'd say that "Retro Garage" is an example of what Google Play Store games SHOULD be like. There are ads, but only at the end of the day and after time trials. Want to get rid of ads? It's 99 cents for the cheapest option. Plenty of cars, trucks, 4x4s, and even buses. Easy and endless customization. The 50s-era GAZ-24 is both beautiful and realistically frustrating to find parts for. All in all, I love it. Keep it up!

Overall positive experience. Started playing late 2023 and enjoyed. Got a new phone and data reset ( not developer fault ) and enjoyed the grind. Good for basic mechanics and people looking to learn about cars. Suggestion for developer: add an off-road/ dirtmap for some of the SUV in the game with rally mods for some of the more road oriented cars.
