They want to charge money to report on-time payments to the credit agencies. They really ought to do that for free.

It makes it so much easier to pay rent and get in touch with my Property manager. I definitely would recommend landlords to use this

it's convenient. but if you have a problem, customer service is only geared for management, not for the renter. if you're a renter having a problem with there app they are useless.

This app is stupid and unnecessary and I'm pretty sure I'm only being forced to use it because my slumlord is somehow connected to the developer. Due to having to use this idiotic thing I now have to pay an additional $1.25 "service charge" any time I make a payment, to which my slumlord said "It's only $1.25" but didn't appreciate ME replying with THEN YOU PAY IT! Just another example of what happens when stupid people get technology in their hands.

Takes forever to launch, confirmation emails are quick but receipt emails come days later. No notification - email or otherwise, if a payment has been reversed or not-completed whatsoever.

It would be quicker to payment if it had a debit card option. but only has the bank option which takes 2 to 3 days to clear. with a debit card it comes out the minute you pay rental ways prioritize and be wise.

Resident Center is an absolutely fantastic and thoughtfully designed app. For all of my needs as a renter, from paying rent and utilities, to submitting any maintenance requests, it's just an excellent system. horrible since downloading this app to pay rent , I've had rent sent back to me 2 separate times, my roommate had is say it accepted her payment but was never deducted out her account..cannot get in contact with anyone to understand why this is happening and, being threatened the late fee that my property management team has put in the system... have to pay a fee of 27.99 for debit or credit payments.will be asking my property team to look for a different renters app portal

I did like this app, I've been using for probably a year to pay my rent but for the first time ever it won't allow me to make a payment saying I exceeded my online payments. I wasn't aware you're only allowed so many times to make payments online, that doesn't make any sense when this is where you're supposed to make your rent payments. Now I'm late got a late fee and still can't pay.

Does not even give the option to make a payment!! This is for my daughter's apt...then I downloaded it to try it and still no option to make a payment. Also tried on my laptop...again...no option!! Now her pmt is late with a $95 fee and she's now driving over an hour to drop off the damn pmt!! Looks like she'll be doing the old mail order I the mail payments. Smh. Very frustrating.

It was great until about a month and a half ago!! It claims I have a negative balance but I don't and it doesn't update. It's very confusing!!! Makes things so much more difficult. Loved it before then. I have to go to the website to see my accurate balance which very much defeats the purpose of having an app!!!!

Constantly does not recognize either my email or password and Will Not allow password changes. This issue has been ongoing for at least 3 years and there hasn't seem to have been any changes At All. The app is substandard and needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom.

I absolutely love this app! I can pay my rent in just a few seconds with either my bank routing and account number or a debit or credit card. They charge a fee to use a debit or credit but that's because of the convenience of making a payment immediately! The bank account info you use to make your payments is only a 50 cent fee! I love this! And I love using apps for everything, it makes life so simple! Thank you so much Resident Center!

For the most part, it is a simple app and I have no issues. I have a few complaints. First I used to be able to see my history, now I can only see last 3 charges so unable to view my last payments. I would also like to be able to pick the amt of the last payment made so I don't have to figure it out each time before the property management company puts in the charges. Third, I can't find anywhere to talk to customer service or provide feedback.
