I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and the app doesn't even make it past the login screen. It just sits on the white screen with the red heart icon for more than a minute. If it ever makes it any further into the login process, it's only to the next blurry screen where no login portal ever loads. This is super frustrating.

Used to work fine a month ago, now it doesn't open to the main page. It opens to a screen saying that it needs to find my property, and when I put the name in, or even just the city, nothing comes up. Been using it since our complex got setup with it, and was able to at least send in maintenance requests. Now nothing.

App is designed nice but unnecessary really since the payment option redirects you to the old website we were told we can't use anymore. Not sure if a ploy to get app downloads or what but useless aside from maintenance requests which could have just been done on the old website. Hopefully, actual in app payments will come soon so I quit getting redirected.

I am having multiple recurring problems of getting the Resident App to recognize my email after the initial sign up. It has happened so many times with so many attempts I gave up for a long time. I just called SightPlan and left a message slong with my name and phone number. I am hoping to find a way to resolve this issue. I will follow up with what happens. 06/15/22

As others have mentioned, the app does not recognize either your email or mobile number and will not let you log on, even though both are correct on the Avalon access site. I'm not wasting my time anymore with an app that tells you your credentials aren't on file, when I can switch over to my computer and see my credentials on file.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the 'Resident App' a few times and it 'still' doesn't work correctly. It worked great for 2 years...unfortunately this is the designated app that my apartment complex 'requires' that we use to submit maintenance request. I've even reached out to the site 3 days ago...I'm told that it's "pending"... and the app 'still' doesn't work...WOW ! I'm frustrated and very disappointed. This is "NOT" good customer service !

One of the worst and poorly developed apps out there. The login never works. Pathetic. I can login from web but never from the app. I waited for few months before posting review hoping they'd fix the issue. The app still has issues as of today. Do better.

Why is it set up so that hitting the return button on my keyboard submits the request? My intention was to make a line break, but to my surprise, it submitted my request. So I ended up submitting an incomplete request. Disable that functionality. Also, please provide the ability to delete an unassigned request or to edit an unassigned request.

I reinstalled this app on a new phone and now it's doing the thing again where it says it doesn't recognize my email address. I've had this issue with this app before and wrote a review to get some help. It was fixed after that but now it saying it doesn't recognize my email address again when I try to log in. I reset my password and it still doesn't work. After I fail to log in once, though, my account comes up if I hit the back key. It's really weird. And frustrating

Service requests work well. I like how I get written feedback from the maintenance guys in my building. I'd rate it higher if the app allowed pictures from my camera roll to be attached to service requests. I can take a new photo and add it to my request, but I cannot attach a photo already stored on my phone. Seems like a mistake to me.

There should be an option to attach pictures instead of only real time photos, for situations when you are away from home. Edit: The company responds to my message, recommends that I contact them for support, I reach out, only to wait just to find out that my problem does not have a solution, when I already know there is not an option on the app to upload photos, only take them in real-time.

This app is garbage because you cannot create a report by attaching a photo that you took, OR, after you took a photo in a no-internet environment, you cannot continue the report or submit the report after having reconnected to the internet. Update March 5, 2024 -- still garbage. Can only submit 1 photo for each entry/report. Still useless without internet (can't even load into the form). Does not support video or multiple photos.

I get brought to a search page that doesn't even have my complex even though my complex has been using this platform since it opened. Can't even log in. No customer support or anything available. What an atrocious app

It's been months since I've requested assistance with this app. My app went into Spanish mode and I'm unable to reset back to default to English. It's unbelievable that customer service experience. I have yet to receive feedback as to how set it back to English. I've even had the manager of the complex reach out and nothing. So horrible and inexcusable. ESPECIALLY during covid-19 when we all rely on contactless ways of dealings. So unacceptable!

This app was fine until my complex changed their name. Now it won't let me associate with my complex's new name, has me associated with the old non-existent one, and won't accept my password. I can login via my phone's web browser, but yeah the app doesn't work and I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Clearly other people have similar issues so this needs to be fixed.

This is absolutely the worst app ever! I have installed it and uninstalled it several times and I still can't login. I have been sent several codes to my phone and get an error message EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I put in my email address, twice, thinking maybe that code will work; I haven't even received a code. I need to put in a service request and can't do it because this app won't let me. Absolutely the worst app ever!!! I truly hope Avalon gets rid of it, because this is nonsense.

Useless. Will not let me reset my password or even set up an account. Using my email that's on file will let me in, but I have to go through the whole signing process every time. When I get the email for resetting the password, I hit the accept button and it takes me to a blank page. If I give it my mobile number, it sends a code, and when I enter the code it just gives an error. There's a water leak in my apartment that I can't report on. Great app.
