So....apparently this is a rental app ONLY for New York. Seeing as I live in WI it was useless to me.

Very poor rental app I have been looking for places to rent for almost 6 months dead ends they're really needs to be more apartments at a low rent level for people who live on SSDI and do not have somebody who lives on SSDI pay $50 for an application fee that is ridiculous and that's all you find on these rentals apps

I really loved this app when I first downloaded it. Had to yank 2 stars because the realtors stopped responding when they found out I was using a voucher. So disappointing! Again!😒

It logged me out for no reason very often and it doesn't remember your credentials so I have to put them every time when I log in. Also, it doesn't give you the right notifications and texting in the app is horrible

They contact you about a search you are interested in by email. Then when you attempt to get a hold of the agent they want phone confirmation. They are sending a code. The code never comes. In order to locate the broker, agent ect. You have to write down their name and the agency and Google the company renting the apartment to get the agents phone number. It is great Refferal App but for instant responses it doesn't work. When you go back to the app to see the listing on the email, nothing.

1 STAR WAS MISTAKE. Somehow i have an agent account instead of renter...for 2 DIFFERENT accounts. No. I did not make the same mistake twice. No way to delete account when you are done. O...you can send request to them. All searches are high to low prices. You do get a crapload to sort thru yourself. Above are my issues. Try it if you will. Hope it works for you. I see the same listings in NYC on ALL of these sites so picking the one or two that work for you is best.

Major Bait and Switch site. Everytime I inquire about a listing, I get the runaround and told about other listings. The one I inquire about is never available. I hate that the site allows Realtors/Brokers to not list physical property address. That is usually the sign of a bait and switch. Multiple Brokers advertising the same "listing." Incredibly unreliable and annoying.

I like rent hop as a whole, but the app has some bad functions. Your max rent should be more specific-- I should be able to see apartments for 1,850 if I wanted to instead of having to chose between 1750 and 2000-- that's a big difference that adds up over a lease-term. The map function is annoying-- if I want to back track and look at other apartments nearby on the map, I have to exit and return back to the filters page. Going back SHOULD take me to map

Definitely the worst app for potential renters. No options. Setting your precise budget, rather than a random number in increments of 250, requires you to tap through multiple menus (another reviewer doesn't even know they can do that because it's so hidden), as does any other key requirements like bedroom count. Both UI and apartment listings are lacking (for a month, no hits where other apps have many).
