Get someone who knows what they are doing to redo your website because you obviously don't. Why would you have 1 picture for some of your products? Just the outside of a fridge or range for example. Dont you think people want to know what the inside looks like? Or have your filter options that actually pertained to what someone is looking at or looking for? That would be too helpful tho right? How about link next to ea item so it can be easily shared like every other business selling stuff does.

Bad business, was in treatment and missed a payment. After using their "insurance " they charged an additional $400 and after spending $1200 on a used laptop they came and took it with only a few payments left. You'd think they'd work with you after having been loyal customers for several years and spending thousands with them. But instead they're busy worrying about their own Gain. They're going to turn around and resell the same laptop and get another $1200. Crooked!!!

Great Guys that helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Did the application, they navigated through the calling my references, verifying my job, just overall 100% satisfaction. Oh, and when I could no longer make the payment they were very respectful and when they came and got my Xbox they said when I get on my feet I can come back and get it again. Much respect.

Needs to be fixed!!! Everyone you login to try and make a payment it bounces back to the previous screen. It seriously takes me multiple tries before I can make the payment and it should only take less than two minutes not even!!! With the pandemic going on this is an easier and safer way to pay!!! PLEASE FIX YOUR DAMN APP

The app used to be great. Was able to pay on the app with no issues. Now can't even see the balance on items that I'm paying for. And now I get told that the company is auto pay only on all new accounts. My wife and I have been loyal customers for years and have paid off multiple items. At this rate we won't be doing anymore business with them once our items are paid off. Said to say, I feel they have forgotten their customers and what made them a company to enjoy doing business with.

I like using Rent A Center for the fact that you can pay off the items so it is the same as cash. What I don't like is that you will get a used item that should be discounted but isn't. The second reason i dont like them is that the item could be something that is now worth 900 dollars, but they use the price of the item when it first come out, so you still have to 1,349 dollars for something that is not worth that much anymore. Other than that, the customer service is excellent.

Slowest and most buggy app of all time. I have to call the store to try and figure out a number they have for me in the system to even use this app. I should just be able to type in a little normal info not have to do all the extra work to use an extremely slow app that crashes on my S23. Still can't get logged in. What a joke get it together!

helpful but has errors. Ive been with rac for 5 years and im delighted with the customer service. There is time's though when in a crunch we have to pay through the app, no biggie. My issue is when you give us a receipt it shows the new balance for early buy out option. Also would like the option to pay additional amounts when im able, but sometimes the app will bring up the weekly payment instead. All the app shows is the remaining time in contract, the product,and the cost.

This ap used to be great I loved it. I could pay online no late fees and see hos much i had left to pay. For the past 2 months i cant even get the app to open. Luckily i can still get online from a browser and pay my bill. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still doesnt work. The last update messed up the whole app and now it sucks! I even sent in feedback when it crashed and told the manager at the store about it.

Pretty good app easy to use interface and Relatively easy to use, I use it to pay my Bi weekly bill On my rented product And works great for that However, when I was shopping for a different product It was not in sync with the store that I selected. And that the product that I selected wasn't available in store even though the application said that it was.

Two months straight the app has NOT WORKED! It's updated, but yet I still can't log in to make a payment. They told me to call in a payment (yeah and get charged for it) or go online. I installed the app so I wouldn't have to do that, especially if I'm at work or if the internet is down. I don't drive, so going to the store is an issue. Either fix the app or waive the remaining balance on my account!

The app is pointless. Unable to change to pay a higher amount then the predetermined agreement amount, when you go in person to pay extra towards your agreement they act like they have to override their entire system and extend your due dates. Absolutely not designed to be paid off within the agreement period. Disappointing experience with the app and store, and I've successfully done business through them before.

I like the app I just don't like that u can not choose an amount that you want to pay on your account/bill, it makes u pay the full amount and sometimes people don't have the full amount but want to be able to pay something so the phone calls that come every single day will decrease atleast to maybe like once a week, but you don't have that option on the app.

I loved using the app and the store, but the Manager at the time broke one of the legs on the TV while moving it in and told me that he would either find me a replacement, or just another tv for the same price, but Nothing was ever done while I was paying for it. I am very happy with everything, I just wish they could have still helped me. My TV now has to rest against my wall.

Just downloaded the app didn't know they had one. I Rate the store Manager Tony in Mccomb, MS a 5⭐ , and Cass they have excellent customer service 💯 . However I have an issue with the unwanted phone calls I get when I'm not late. They call it reminders. Sometimes the app can be confusing. But overall. I'd recommend rent a center for all household furnishings for ppl who can't afford to pay full price at one time.

I am on a weekly plan since I Uber/Lyft. I want to pay a month in advance. The sales manager at my location said on this app it would be impossible. I tried it anyway and it did allow me to make a more then one payment in advanced. The catch is I can only make one extra payment at a time once a day. So to pay a months worth, I would have to pay once a day over the course of four days. I thought the app was for convenience. That doesn't seem to convenient to me. For that, I give it two stars.

This app bugged out on me so bad. I've uninstalled and re-downloaded the app, cleared my cached, reset everything, and when I open the app, it still looks like a web page from the early 90s. I've been using the app just fine for a while, but due to it not being usable around the times when I need to make payments but I can't see my due dates or even an option to actually make a payment bc the app is clearly messed up, 1 star. It'll change when the app is fixed.

Absolutely the most horrible customer service experience I've ever had. The first item I've ordered, as a returning customer, was delayed for a month. The automated system is sub par at best. You get a bot sending messages all to tell you that they set up a phone appointment with your local store. The call never comes. Finally I received my item with more sun par service. They actually dropped the TV while I was filling out the paperwork....and so much more...

So far it is reliable, will know more at ending payment. Update: Finalized payment, smooth exit. So far haven't heard of any problem with product, was a given gift. It works fine. It was just mentioned by recipient that the lock feature didn't allow them to add fabric softener. Thank You Rent-A-Center. I didn't have app, ordered over phone, the app came later, but I didn't have trouble with app.
