Everything looks good except the pause function doesn't work well, not as tv remote controller just click one time.

If I could leave a lower score, I would. Ad every 15 seconds even while using it to control the tv... horrible app. Do not use.

Wonderful, if you ever lose your remote or in my case if it stops functioning. This is the replacement . I've tried other apps and all they were were add fests. 10 stars

When it finally found my TV and I clicked it, a message pops up instantly saying, "Unable to establish connection with your TV device... Please try again." I tried again several times. Guess I am stuck watching Kitchen Nightmares for the time being.

Terrible connection. It constantly loses connection to my television. I can be lowering the volume and then all of a sudden it's asking to reconnect to the television. And reconnecting takes forever, it keeps failing to connect over and over. I'll have to close the app a couple of times and remove the device the list of connected devices on from the app then reconnect it and sometimes it can take several times of doing this before it works again. This app costs as much as a Samsung controller π

Never found the tv that was on, connected to the same wifi & 10 feet away. And now a generic response from the developer telling me to make sure I'm connected to the same wifi when I literally stated that I was in my original review.

Often doesn't work. Sometimes I need to reboot the app several times. Too many adds and they will pop up as you are trying to change channels and will bring you to a different website. Very frustrating

When you can not find the physical remote, you are left to download a secondary app that can connect to your sammy (sung) TV only to have them let you review ads for using their services. If you are in an emergency, like switching to the football channel.. you might loose a few seconds of the game by using this remote app.. but if you don't mind this is a quickest way to switch to your preferred channels instead of looking for the actual remote which always gets lost lol. Mixed feeling with app

This app is terrible. I downloaded to use because my physical remote broke. Because I didn't have my remote I couldn't allow my phone permission from the TV (it said I could use physical buttons on TV - but there is only a power button that didn't work to allow) so I had to plug in a USB keyboard to connect my phone. Now every time I try to connect I have to allow one access from the TV (grrrr). So I am deleting the app.

It's not great but you can use your TV without the remote. Lots of popup ads in the app and you have to get up and authorize it by pushing a button on your TV like every 20 minutes or so if your menu doesn't have a certain setting to "ask first time only" so not a solution for me.

Gave three stars only because it worked and it got me through when I didn't have a remote but I did eventually have to buy a remote because this app is extremely expensive. I hope you never have to use this app again but it does definitely work so if you need it I suggest this app but you do have to get through the ads which aren't very long maybe 10 seconds max. Most are immediately removable.

The whole reason I got this app is because my remote stopped working (third one to do that in less than a year), but the only way to pair with the TV is with a remote. Plus, I've never seen so many intrusive adds in such a short period of time before. You'll almost think you're phone has a virus. The only thing guaranteed from this is that I will never buy another Samsung tv again. They're garbage & so is this poorly thought out app.

Why the hell is it $70 for the ad-free version??? You can literally buy a new PHYSICAL Remote for less half! I think $5 is more than enough to cover an ad-free version for life. honestly it's BS that you don't get it for free since you bought a expensive TV to begin with. It's just scummy and dystopian AF. Hate it. Don't be dumb enough to pay that much for something like that.

App seems to work well for my Samsung TV so haven't had a problem with that. And the support seems to be responsive to reviews which is another positive. But even with all that, I just can't give it 5 stars. The ads aren't too bad and can be skipped, and I like to help out designers and purchase good apps. But they want $70 for the pro/ad-free version. That is insane for a television remote app.

Great controller works perfectly!! Few ads but can close them as soon as they pop up. Nothing other than same wifi connection as your TV! I downloaded the app and was using the remote In less than 15 seconds. Im pretty good at losing the remote for every television I have at some point in time. I've tried another and I mean alot of these remote apps. I truly have to say this one is in a class of its own. Perfect job to the guys who developed this one 2 thumbs up!!!!

When I first download this app, it worked perfectly. 100% functionality with my Samsung series 8 TV. Ads were a minor annoyance, but no big deal. Not sure if there was an update or something, but now not all of the buttons work correctly (example: volume stopped working). Very disappointed this app lost some functionality. Hopefully it can be patched.

The whole reason I'm trying to use this app is that my tv's only remote is broken. But at a certain point during the setup of this app I'm supposed to allow its attempt to connect to my tv BY USING MY TV'S REMOTE! Hmmm.... The app's setup suggests an alternative input method using a keyboard, but no explanation is offered as to how to get my wireless keyboard to work as an input device for my tv. I wish this app's setup offered adequate instructions for people like me who aren't very techy.

It works but it's annoying when using the remote and an add pops up and you click on the add because your in the middle of using the remote. Why make the adds pop up where you push buttons? Just keep the adds in the bottom of the app where it doesn't get in the way of actually utilizing the remote app. Otherwise the adds are just a nuisance. No one pays attention to annoying adds that get in the way. All that does is make me want to delete the app.

Good app. With some bugs. I just downloaded this app and it set up quickly and easily connected to my 55" Samsung tv. Most functions work well but a big problem is that the 4 arrows around the center button do not work so you can't control the cursor on the TV making it impossible to select anything. All other buttons/functions work properly .

Great app, ads ruin it. This app works really well. The ads are terrible. If, for example, you are tapping to fast forward or change a channel an ad will pop up and, since you are tapping, you'll tap the ad which launches a browser. You end up with many browser tabs open and then you must close them - this happens a lot! You may go ad free but it costs $35. I'd rather buy a real remote that others can use. Update: Now app won't connect to TV. Uninstalling.
