Contact email for the company doesn't work so you can't get support and the email verification system doesn't work. Tried 2 different emails, 6 times, verified they were right, and checked spam folders. Cannot do anything with the app because they won't send the verification code.

Freezes and won't allow new receipts or VAT forms to be uploaded, even when given the 7 day grace period. Possibly losing up to $500 this last month, and even more this month. Hopefully this app did not waste a VAT.

founder is rude and very unprofessional. good luck dealing with them if you have any issues claiming receipts because they give very dismissive responses and seem to talk down at you if you experience any issues. not all companies give the option to put in address the exact way they want or provide invoices in PDF form. only use for getting your small micro purchases back but horrible service. definitely need to improve on their customer service and how they message back, at least.

This is one of the best apps I have used! it works as advertised, and it gives you directions along the way that are truly helpful. I have twice had a question that their customer service has been responsive in answering through chat, which is my favorite option for being able to speak with a company. Remonon very clearly works hard to keep their processes as straightforward and effective for customers as possible. I thought this refund process was too good to be true... but it's true!! :)

I'd rather go to the dentist than deal with these people. Absolutely intolerable, couldn't be less helpful. It's always a great app when you dread getting ANY communication from them. On top of that, it's not even worth the hassle because of how much they skim. Especially from your 7%.

I downloaded the app 2 days ago from Google play store and i got my IVN from VAT Office. It was Ok and i could see the opening registration page. I wait 24 hours to register. But today when i tried to open the app it was crashed and couldn't open the app. By the way i called some of my colleuagues if they have the same problem but they hadn't. What is the problem. Please help!!! Edit Released update fixed the problem.

freezes at times and won't let you upload more than 250$ a day from any one store on one receipt (example, I purchased a TV but couldn't upload the receipt b.c I spent 400$ but I didn't have the vat form on me in store that day)

so far, it's ok. the company can save comments like this is a tax form, treat it as such or other common sense ones. They could be a bit friendlier. other than the rude customer service, it's good.

Customer service is helpful but they have declined a cash payment. Great way to save a few Euro each month. our first reimbursement just arrived saved over 36 Euro. thanks

when it works it's great, but there are too many "scans not easily readable" as they want AI to do 100% of the work. I can easily read the scan in the app, but many receipts I have to scan 2-3 times for the AI to accept it. For the money they're making taking 30% off of every purchase, for every service member in Germany they should have more manual reviewers.

I like that we finally get some of the taxes back we pay in Germany. The app is well-made and easy to navigate. Support is also quick to answer any question.

we've been living in Germany since 8/2003. This app is a HUGE game changer on recouping tax paid during the month at stores that are a pain to take the VAT form in every time. We do most of our grocery shopping on the economy so this is perfect. App is very easy to use and the employees are very helpful. Just remember NO cash and no buying rationed things. They also accept restaurant bills. Amazing all around.

Not as good as advertised. It pockets half your VAT and the amount it says it has saved you over the term you are using it doesn't include the price of the 10 dollar VAT form you have to upload every month. They reject about half of the receipts you upload even when you follow their instructions perfectly. Not worth the time or the frustration.
