The worst service, do not use them the stress I not even worth. You would send money and they hold on it, takes over 24 hours to send money to Senegal to a wave wallet. They continue to lie and when you ask them to cancel they continue to make different excuses. It's easy for them to take your money and refuses to cancel and send a refund. They sales people continue to call and promise that it will be better only to continue to have the same services. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The process was easy. I find remit choice better than other like remitly and wise. The exchange rate in remit choice is comparatively high than others. I have made a transaction last night and it didn't went through because of my address issue. I contacted to the remit choice and they immediately responded to me, which I was very happy with that. I was worried about my transaction, but it did went through well. Thank you for your help and support (RUBAB)

Despite the fact that sometimes it takes longer for the money to arrive to the person it always does. They have the best rate of the market. They have a top class customer service that always pick up the phone and helped promptly. I had an issue with a transaction and after dealing with ALI RASA it was sorted within 5 min of receiving my documentation. Their customer service is amazing and up the roof . I will definitely recommend them.

This is the worst app I have ever used. Thank God i just tried with small sum of money and it took over 4 days to send £6. Anyone there better use sendwave, worldremit or NALA are faster than this tripe. They know that they are bad that's why they offer good rate

Is a good app and it's fast in responding to customer but I don't like the fact that each time they keep asking for document mean while they're having all your documents when you were setting up the app.but thanks to Haram for quick response, action.

I was happy amaze by this app and the support. This morning I was followed by a personal of support service Fatima Zahid. It was excellent the follow up to my transaction when to the destination. It was very efficient. From now I am only going to use this app for my future transaction.

Easy to use and has a high conversation rate. I had a problem with my transfer, and I talked with one of the staff ( Zunaira Saeed ) who was very helpful and responsive and solved my problem and assisted me accordingly. I highly recommend to everyone to go for it .

Sometimes, a payment delay of one week. It is too much. Money transfer is not only a matter of the rate. It is also the QOS. Most of the time, they are experiencing technical problems. No reliable at final.

It's very frustrating. They took my money and then said they weren't licensed in my state , I have now to wait for 5 business days to get it back, yet the money was needed urgently. If they knew they were only approved in 2 states why allow people from other states register to the extent of even taking their money only to inform them later that you're not licensed in their state. Disappointed.

It got better, but my last 2 transfers said my transaction was declined, yet it still takes money out of my account and send it --- First time user. Sent money yesterday and recipient has yet to recieve the money. Great rates but coming from sendin money in minutes with other apps to hours/days with this app? If you could sort out this part, I think it'll be great app to use. Disappointing 😞

The Remit Choice app is legit. I have used it a couple of times now. They are quite particular with recipients address and verifications and will put your transaction on hold till you get it right. However, they are ready to support you once you contact them. I chatted with RUBAB and he was quite helpful in sorting me out. The best thing about this app is that they have the best exchange rate for my country. I will definitely share with family and friends.
