Broken App I paid for Pro and I CONTINUE to get ads (which are long and plenty by the way.) Aside from that, the app removed a lot of the older features that were very useful for photo enhancement and restoration. I have tried to contact the support regarding these issues, namely the ads, and I continue to get blown off. Very disappointing as I used to use this app daily.

This app is incredibly annoying. Every time I upload a photo to enhance, I'm forced to watch an ad. I wouldn’t mind if it worked, but after watching multiple absurd ads, I always get a "something went wrong" error and can't enhance my photo. Additionally, the app is very laggy and unresponsive on my phone. I would never recommend this app to anyone. There are much better alternatives out there.

Nice try, but sometimes it tries to inblur bohkeh effect and make things horrible, adds theeth to a new born, and on top of all you can't retain exif information which means all of your information is gone from the picture, so if you have a photo management tool or cloud service it wouldn't be able to sort you pictures based on date, location or anything else. Total failure.

I paid for a year. I love this and the ai is so fun! However with the most recent update, the app deleted half of the templates! Some of the best ones are gone! Doesn't make any sense.When the app is done generating photos I always get the screen that says oops something went wrong, try again, but every single time I click try again it uploads the pics immediately. I don't have the issues that others have. I can generate or edit as many photos as I want. Bring back the missing templates for ai!

WTH?! So, been paying for this app for more than a year, and it is just they clearly don't have it together, changes they make cause problems. I have a yellow warning box at the top "we're experiencing unusually high traffic" and it doesn't work at all for me! I find it ridiculous for what you all charge for this app to ever have these type of issues! How about fix it, or refund me all these months that it has been working sub-par at best!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND installing this app. It used to be great, even free. You'd get an ad per photo done and only a couple per day. Now you get multiple full screen ads (even if you dont edit anything) that are not only unskippable, but it also will install a game in the background. It has an automatic filter that usually overexposes the photo and you have to watch another ad just to remove it, another to save. Stay away and find a better app!

The app does great work, but I paid for it weekly for two months, and it would not let me use ANY of my premium features. It would just ask me to purchase premium. I tried to restore my purchase over and over, but an error message would come up. I love the app. The AI photos are extraordinary, and the photo enhancer is awesome... But I've paid over $20 for features I still had to watch ads to access.

This is one is the strangest apps I've ever used. When I started using it over and years and half ago, it did the job well. As time passed, it started getting worse. Now, any face you ask it to sharpen has their bleached and turned into unrecognizable version of the original. Very disappointing. And the free version is worse as it completely breaks the bargain one makes with ad-supported apps. When an ad starts before you get to use the app, it never stops. Simply ridiculous.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! This app was perfection. Now, they took away all the couples' editions, and I also cannot access my paid app. Also I've uploaded, re-uploaded, uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted profile, and the Ai profile keeps the same pictures, and you can't add another one. Whoever was working the app before did a great job. Now, this person in charge does not know how to manage an app. I want the yearly membership but can't even buy it. Customer service is TERRIBLE!

I don't know what happened to this app. It use to be good now all the images are poor quality, unrecognisable from original image and glitches when trying to change models. I am utterly disappointed because it use to be so good now I'm forced to cancel and find s a different service. I guess they say good things don't last. 🤷🏾♂️ If they ever get back to where they were i will try again but at this point I'm just wasting time.

Wish you could adjust levels. Not sure if that's possible but the face tuning it does now is very heavy. Is used to just fix the blurry photo and it was awesome. Now it way over edits your face and it looks so fake and over edited. I wish there was like a slider or something to lower the softening it does. It's great for fixing blurry pics, but be ready for it to look super edited and softened. Like a Snapchat filter was put on.

CONSTANTLY prompts to purchase. Couldn't figure out how to enhance an image without reducing the resolution. Needed an HD image greater than 1.5MB for a magazine and enhancement turned a 3.8MB image into a 79KB image. Not worth $40 to $50 per month or $80/year. Poor instructions. Cannot try trial version without giving them a credit card number. Other reviews say it's hard to get them to stop billing you after you give them a credit card number. Uninstalling. Won't try this one again.

Remini has doubled how many times they are charging for my account, as if my account has two subscriptions for the same service. There were 7 "weekly" charges in March. There's no contact for them here my. I cancelled "both" of my accounts! It was a fun program, but double dipping into my finances is not copesetic. It would probably be easy enough to sort out with a quick dialogue, but there's no contact listed. Your mileage may vary.

You know at first I gave this thing four stars because it did what other apps failed to do with one exception it turned well let's put it this way it bleached all the photos even dark complected people were all the sudden white. Now it is nothing but adsI can't even work on a picture without an ad then another ad then getting stuck on an ad page that you cannot get off of without having to close the app clear the cache and reload it and then the add start up again! Good riddance!!!

I have tried dozens of apps of this type and found most to be ad-scams, ineffective or they make the photo even worse. The few that weren't, made changes that looked unnatural or almost seem like a different person. NONE of them did anything as good as their ads portrayed .... UNTIL THIS ONE!!! I was extremely & pleasantly surprised to find this is everything it was advertised to be, does a marvelous job, & it's ridiculously easy to use. It's also not plagued full of ads. THANK YOU DEVELOPERS!

This was my favorite editing tool. However, it currently has a glitch so that about 90% of the time you are only able to Enhance without the option of shifting the color or beautification levels, etc. Meanwhile, the "Enhancement" is nothing more than what the most basic built-in features of my phone's photo editing tool does. Would NOT recommend until this glitch is fixed. I also bought the laptop version and am cancelling that subscription. Save your money!

I like what the app does, I just have 2 complaints. 1) After you enhance a photo it goes back to the top of your photo gallery instead of where you left off. 2) there is no scroll bar for your gallery. As someone with thousands of photos my thumb get tired of trying to scroll back to where I was because it starts you back at the top everytime. If these issues are fixed or added I would consider purchasing the app. Until then I will not be moving past the free trial.

Well, just can't seem to get it right. This is the second review I have for Remini, once a great photo editing app. Last time, they removed all of the paid functionality and features and left us with a shell of an app. I guess now with the AI diffusion tech, they decided to come back. But beware, they give you the option to delete AI Profile....but it doesn't actually work. I've deleted my profile so many times and yet, they never give you the option to rebuild your new model, it's still there.

It used to be awesome, but now it's now just way too many ads. Every selection is an ad. For example: Before you select a photo, it's an ad. Once you select a photo, it's an ad. Every editing click, it's an ad. For example: Blur is an ad. Clicking no blur option is an ad. After editing, it's also an ad before you can download your edited copy.

I used to Love this app & I gladly paid for premium. I had so much fun using the Ai feature to see the way it could produce results that actually looked like me, but in different situations & outfits. I have had bright purple hair for years, & remini would take that & all my other unique features, from the photos I provided & those would be in the results. Now every AI result has me with brown hair, a weird orange red lip, nothing like me. It is worthless to me. I'm canceling, don't waste ur $$
