This has worked really well for a long time, giving me the possibility to have a really obnoxious reminder for a weekly appointment I cannot miss. However, lately, it has been failing - the reminder comes after the said time meaning it does not do anything useful. I looked at other reviews and saw that others have had a similar issue. Not sure if it can be related to android update to android 10? In short while, it should go off again. Holding my thumbs that it works this week.

I initially liked the flexibility of this app but when I had to change phones, I discovered that the backup and restore functions just do not work. I lost all of my reminders. The app indicated that manual backups were being made but when I went to do a restore "no backup can be found". Similarly, the automatic backups (which are apparently designed to happen on some random schedule that the user can't control) never took place either. The backup and restore functionality is crucial for an app of this kind, so this issue makes this app a non-starter for me. I contacted the developer to try and sort this out but they were unable to offer any meaningful assistance.

It's broken. Alarms only go off when you unlock your phone. If you have an alarm set for, say 10am, it just won't go off. The next time you unlock your phone the alarm will then go off. This makes the app pretty useless. I've checked permissions, nothing in there to help. *Update* doesnt work at all now, notifications don't go off at all. Just awful. Uninstalled.

Absolutely brilliant little program. It has a nice well laid out widget, is easy to use and the popup that appears when a reminder is due is great, dead center, in your face! - you have to interact with it (snooze or dismiss) before you can use your phone further. And same when the phone screen is off.. lights up and BOOM, YOU HAVE A REMINDER FOR etc. and the damn thing buzzes and vibrates like hell until you turn it off. Some reminders and alarms are easy to miss, a bit sotto voce. This isn't!

CERTAINLY the best reminder app! There are LOTS of customisation options, and it works great. The reminder comes as a pop-up, which is espescially useful. There is also the advanced reminder option, which allows you to keep a reminder ahead of the main one; and you can keep reminders like "every first Saturday", or "every last Tuesday", which also is useful for me. The main highlight is, all for FREE! Keep up the great work. 👍

This is a very good app, but it is very important to add some features to it, without which this app is incomplete. For example, I set a reminder for a task and I want that reminder to ring more than once. For example, I want this reminder to ring 10 times a day, but it does not have this option, that is, to put a specification number in it, how many times it should ring. In addition, please add the option of minutes for the duration of the reminder. Thank you.

The app performs well, & it includes the option to specify the "Day of the Week in a Month." Some areas may benefit from enhancement. 1) The "REPEAT" function needs an option to set the time in Minutes. 2) The "ADV. REMINDER" function could benefit from a Custom option. 3) Adding more Categories & Color options would be useful too. Is there email support?

I want reminders to seek my attention like an alarm and this app exactly does that. Few improvement suggestions: Skip next run requires multiple clicks and often skip next run for multiple reminders and it can be tiring. Fewer clicks or better UX is desirable. I am a power user. Configurable shortcuts will help manage reminders quicker. have a few more suggestions. sent an email as well. Please have a look.

If you expect this app to work with a smartwatch, don't waste your time. Devs haven't responded, so it's likely abandonware at this point.

I have emailed you as my app has stopped working altogether and I am getting a message that it has a bug now. Please can you sort this as I use this app everyday and love it. It seems to be since your last update. I just need it working again as it suits me and is easy to use. I have downloaded the free version for now but need my ad free back. I have had it for years and do not want to change and it would be nice to have more colours to change too. Thank you.

A great and very useful Alarm and Reminder App. • Please provide "Minutes Repetition", at least an hour and a half (30 minutes) option could be available for repeating the more intensive medication or many other dense activities. • The depth of the repeat option in hours, which is rarely found in other similar Apps, is really helpful especially for medication, cooking, and many more tasks. one remaining missing rating star🌟 will be rewarded for the "minutes repetition" option. This actually works well, biggest problem for me, is that if you move between time zones, the notification time moves forwards/backwards, if I set a time of 14.00, that needs to stay whichever time zone I am in.

Unfortunately it has become entirely unreliable. Items get completed without me even seeing them. Probably related to my phones notification management, but this mustn't happen! Please stop enforcing portrait orientation. It's "Pro", so it should have a master / slave view for landscape where the list of reminders is on the left and details on the right. Update 2025: it's still enforcing portrait orientation and fails to reliably show notifications on my Oppo device 😕

Don't like this as well as the basic version, which left the notification there until you deleted it. Everytime I picked up my phone, I immediately saw my pending tasks... great! It was a great 'to-do' list for the day. Now each task disappears after one view... not helpful. Am I missing something? Looked at all the settings but nothing stood out.

Notifications never go off. I've used a multitude of reminder apps, and I know how to fix the settings to ensure they work— yet this app does not (sure uses my battery though). Repeating task reminders simply hit and pass the set date without so much as a peep to alert you. Waste of time and your money, and not sure why it is still rated as high as it is.

When multiple alarms appear at the same time, only one of them pops up. The other one makes the phone vibrate continuously until you open the app. But that doesn't help because there's no "missed alarms" option within the app, so you have to get the missed alarm from the notification bar on the phone. And today I have 7 snoozed alarms that it stopped snoozing. It's smart enough to show 7 on the icon, but it won't display popups for them? Weird.

Reminder Pro is a must have App. Great for appointments, upcoming events, birthdays etc. Also tells you have many days are left. Good color themes to choose from. Good options for color categories. Pop up reminders are clean and clear also has a number of options for snooze. I use it daily, a very well designed app. Great Widget. I've used and tested many reminder apps and this one is my goto app for reminders. Also has backup option.
