So Slow. Sometimes the app is taking more than 1 minute to open and sometimes it doesn't open actually, only the Reliance digital logo shows. What type of application developers have been hired by the Reliance industries, it is going out of my mind. Payment gateway is not working, tried 4-5 times then the payment was done. The delivery company they have hired, they gives just one missed call for 3-4 seconds, and they goes. So much of improvement needed, Really.

Worst online service platform. As I ordered a product on reliance digital online platform order. Which is promised to deliver on 19th Oct by 9pm. Later they're re-scheduled the actual delivery to 21st Oct by 9pm. Even though I have received out for delivery message from your team they didn't contact me for delivery perhaps they again rescheduled the delivery quoting request raised by the customer. It's totally false and they didn't even contact/ not attempted for delivery. Very disappointed.

worst experience ever. never buy anything with card offers. they'd waste your time for a few days and then cancel the order from their side.. recommended you to buy offline instead. this is just a scam. no refund initiated too, after they cancelled the order after 3 days of wasting my time.

Worst shopping app ever . I ordered headphones on October 17, and the delivery date was supposed to be October 22! It changed from the 22nd to the 24th, and now from the 24th to October 30! Are you guys even going to deliver the item or not? Now I can’t even cancel the order—this is the worst app for online shopping!

I purchased an item from this app a week ago, and they initially provided a delivery date. However, the item was not delivered on time, and they later extended the delivery date without any proper explanation. This lack of reliability and poor customer service is unacceptable. It's frustrating and disappointing to experience such delays. I would strongly recommend choosing other online shopping platforms that value their customers' time and deliver as promised

Terrible Ordered a smart watch. Order cancelled in 2 days as the watch was out of stock. Why was it even listed in the first place? Ordered again, a different variant. After 7 days, no sign of order and no response from customer care despite calling twice. Finally I had to cancel the order. Please shut down your e-commerce business if you can't fulfill simple orders.

Worst service. I was ordering a product and the payment was done succefully from my upi app. On their site it told the payment has failed. When I called them to report it, they told me to call again sometime. After sometime, the same thing was repeated. The reason, they were not able to open my details from their end due to some 'technical' issue. It was my first time ordering from you, a complete waste of time and energy, and you are never getting an order again from me. Pathetic. Just pathetic

Insta delivery (3 hour delivery) option does not work, received an sms saying that my product will be delivered after 24 hours . Also, there is no way to properly track the order. Spent so much of money on an apple product and I feel very scared due to the reviews about whether I will receive the order or not. Also did not receive any email confirming my order, just an sms. I just feel scared about my order now. it is a huge amount.

Absolutely worst, the app doesn't update about your orders, doesn't have any feature for tracking the order, no update about your order, replacement, and when you can't return the product through the app, and even after calling the customer care and writing numerous mails and constantly checking up, they only reply that the team is working on it and will be done asap. it's been more than 8 days since I returned my product which at the time of arrival was broken, hasn't been replaced or refunded.

Even after going through all the negative reviews, i thought of giving reliance digital a try. My mistake. They are all true regarding the delay in delivery and inconsistent tracking mechanism. Ordered something on 7th and the delivery date was 9th. Now the delivery date has been changed to 11th though the product was out for delivery on 9th morning. Please think twice before placing an order.

I had a very poor experience with the Reliance Digital app. My order delivery date was changed multiple times, and even after the revised date, the order was still not delivered. The app’s tracking system is almost useless, as it gives no clear updates, leaving customers in the dark. I purchased an Aquaguard from Reliance Digital, but due to a misunderstanding by the salesgirl, she gave me a model that works only up to 500 TDS. When I went to get it changed, they said it would be replaced only after approval. It has been 25 days now, but I haven’t received any response yet. My ₹10,000 has gone to waste. I will never suggest Reliance Digital to anyone.

The app is easy to use. it's just about layout. I mean it looks lit React Native application. but your developers forget about the new Android hing issue. I can definitely fix it for you. all search bar and account options go up into the notification panel and become untouchable.

Worst app ever! Ordered a product a month ago — delivery dates kept changing, then they returned it without even trying to deliver. No refund till now! Customer care is useless, repeating the same scripted nonsense and promising callbacks that never happen. It’s been pure mental torture dealing with this mess. Don’t waste your time, money, or sanity — this app is a total disaster! Avoid at all costs if u really need peace and ur money..Totally Unreliable for the name reliance though.
