You can adjust the volume of forest and music individually to find the ideal combination and so encourage a deep relaxation of the mind.
You can keep the app in the background in conjunction with other apps (for listening your favorite music, play games or browse the internet).
It is also possible to set a timer and turn off the screen. At the end of the set time, the sound fades gently and the app closes by itself, so you do not have to worry about close it if you fall asleep.

This app is beautiful. The world is so full of sounds, traffic, train whistles, sirens.... If one doesn't live in a wooded rual area, this app can help take you there. I love the birds, perhaps if those who did not enjoy them turn the volume down. GREAT App, thankyou!!!

Constant ads and switching off for no reason. Every time I have set this app to run, it has consistently shut down without any warning HOURS before it's been set to turn off, which if you're trying to have some white noise to make sleeping easier renders this app completely useless.

Doesn't really sound like they tried hard to make good sounds. Audio is poor, and the environments sound fake. Also, there are ads. What is the point of calming ambiance if every three or so tracks are inturrupted with some annoying ad? Try something else.

Lots of different sounds to choose from. Only occasional adverts which can be turned off after a few seconds. I like that you can alter the music and chosen nature sound separately; one can be louder than the other. I use this app most nights to fall asleep. Works every time.

I have been trying to figure out how to put relaxation music on my phone being technology illiterate and nobody to show me. I've just been suffering and out of the blue it aked me to download it. Just about to delete it something caught my eye it wasn't just pictures it was sounds and not just 1/ 13 to choose there all perfect you can have your preference eg. rainforest or woods at sunset or in autumn. Just perfect you can also choose between rain or ocean or forest many more than 13. Love it!!

Nice sound combination and volume levels regulation features. The app is very easy to use and doesn't requiremuch space. I also loooove the tranquil, relaxing nature sounds, like birds chirping in the woods, water flowing, etc, and the reiki and stress relief sounds. Thank you, Team. 🎁

I've been using this app (and the other apps of the developer) for so long now and it's such a shame I haven't taken the time to drop a review. This app is by far the best nature sound app for me. It has different types of sounds that can help you get into focus whether you want a quiet place like the lakeside, or a fauna oriented one like a forest . Love it!

So far so good and I love this app! I love that the ads are right at the beginning and doesn't disturb or interrupt throughout the entire experience. The free version only has a minimal selection of music and nature sounds, but they are doable. It is definitely encouraging me to get the upgrade for sure. I got a sound sleep last night listening to the music and nature sounds together and I'm impressed with it. Like I said before, so far so good and I love this app!

I've used this app for a while for free & liked it so much I just upgraded to premium. The sounds offered in this app really help me relax & fall asleep. I set the timer for 30 minutes & always fall asleep before it ends. Definitely recommend this app. Keep up the good work. Please add more sounds such as "brown, pink, etc" noise.

I love this!! My husband loves it! The sounds are perfect. What I enjoy the most is that there are no interruptions and the sound you choose is constant for as long as you have it on. My phone can go into sleep mode and this will still play. Best 8 hours of sleep we've had in a long time. I highly suggest this free wonderful app.

I needed something to help drown out the annoying outside noise at night, and the occassional "clanking" radiator noise from inside my apartment, so that I could get a decent nights sleep. This is one of those truly good apps. These sounds are SO-OO RELAXING! No joke! I use it even when it's completely "noise free"! I can drift away into a peaceful slumber, and wake gently in the morning feeling..."smooth"😎. Lol. Thank you very much for the sounds. I appreciate y'all.

this is one of the better apps ive found for relaxing and then sleeping. You say your new? This app is excellant. Keep it up. Some varing Rain sounds plus a intermitant pauses or lowering of rain would be great. More realistic. This comes from a person who has horrible insomnia. Before smart phones (just got a new LGStylos phone ) I had to rely on crappy CDs that had the music added. But with Lake sounds always add a choice of Loons. They are specific birds to lakes.

Good app for chilling or falling asleep to. There are plenty of different sounds to choose from. Ads are not intrusive. The only very small criticism I have is that instead of background music option, I would have preferred light rain or rustling leaves and the like which would have fit the theme better. But I would recommend it.

Other apps I tried, you had to pay if you wanted to use features like setting a timer for it to shut off. I like that you don't have to pay to use this app's good features and the nature sounds are very relaxing. Yes, there are a few adds, but not in the middle of while you are playing nature sounds, and adds are to be expected when using any free app. They also have pretty nature pictures that go with the sound you are listening too. I would recomend this app to any of my friends.

wow... the best, deepest sleep I've had in a long time. I'm an over the road truck driver, and having the forest stream with the piano playing through my stereo speakers was so relaxing and it drowned out all of the noise around me. SOOOOO calming, SOOOOO relaxing. it is so smart that the app gives YOU control of the volume levels so you can make that perfect mix of calming music and white noise. 1st night using it... but I LOOOOVVED IT!!!!

This app helps me to overcome tinnitus by masking it with soothing sounds. It would help if there were more choices of sounds. The timer would be better if it was a simple digital selection instead of the circle feature. 8 Nov 23 Update, I had to explore this app to find the library of different forest tunes. There are quite a few. I am very satisfied now!

The updated Creek in the Forest is perfect now. It is complex and sounds like my favorite little creek in Yosemite. It no longer skips at the end of the loop. The selection of Forest Sounds is not very long, but, unlike some apps, it is complete without lots of sounds that are essentially the same. The user interface's big sliders are easy to use. Paying $3 is definitely worth it to get rid of the ads and have it open to the last sound selected.

So far I'm liking the app. Great job on the collection of sounds! Someone mentioned a fading out of the sounds. I'm listening to Chirping In The Woods (#1) and am noticing (toward the end) what appears to be brief silent breaks in the continuity of the chirping. My only disappointment is that the in-app sounds aren't very loud on my phone (which has lower than normal playback audio). I like nature sounds to be loud as if I'm surrounded by them. Thank you 4 the app! Will check out the rest.
