Amazing app.. no matter where in the USA you search it will find the deed owner and appraised value of a property. Has much more info if you pay. For a free app and without annoying ads you just can't beat it. I'm super impressed and you will be too! Do not hesitate to get this app. It's incredible!

I used the free version and it does not contain accurate information. Land that was sold over 5 years ago still lists the previous owners instead of the current owner. It's using a very outdated map and won't show property owner if the property is flooded. I needed to look up an 80 acre plot of farmland but since their outdated map has flood water it only shows 37 acres as owned. It does not list any owner at all for the rest of the property that is under water.

I have been using the Pro version for a few months and I have a love/hate for it. I have a difficult time using it when offline, where the competition shows me what I need. I Like to be sure I am on the parcel I am looking for so I wish there was a driving map, where I could sorta do like G does and gives me a directions option. Suddenly today I cannot see the Parcel # on my APN searches. useless at this point. I don't want to have to go to the competition but looking like it.

I love this app. I use it a few times a week.. it's awesome for checking out property lines and ownership info. I saw another review about it not being updated but when we moved, our property was updated pretty quickly. Super easy to use even if you're not familiar with these kind of maps. The free version gives you all the basics, and the Pro upgrade adds handy tools like measuring, overlays, and property updates. Super easy to use, even if you’re not a map or GIS person.

2 star. it works but horizontal lines are WAY OFF.. 1 extra star for vertical lines are within a couple/few feet but horizontal lines are like 20+ feet off and make it impossible to find the North+South property edges. perhaps devs and make an adjustment to the grid data so that it's at least 5feet maximum 10ft off. with 6 people looking using regrid - we all decided it's too far off for any actual use... we are all looking for a new app that has better accuracy. horizontally it's AWFUL!!!!!

I work for a lawn care and landscaping company and this app comes in handy when I'm having trouble determining property lines. I find this app very helpful and useful. However one thing I do find a lil upsetting is when I'm zooming in it's blurry. Actually for the most part the entire map/picture is blurry other than that I like the app. I still recommend it to others.

this has quickly become a go to for surveyors. the property lines are so clearly visible, making this and property corners are generally within 5ft roughly of narrowing a search for a missing property corner iron. Regrid is well designed and greatly appreciated.

I've given up, no matter what information I put into this app, I can't find anything. I only wanted an overview of my property, but it's NOT on this app I used the GIS map via my county office, for FREE, and found everything for my properties I didn't pay for this, thankfully, but what a complete waste of my valuable time

Regrid’s customer service has been very disappointing. I have reached out four separate times over the past seven days, and I still have not received a single reply. For a platform that provides paid data services, this level of support is unacceptable. I expected at least an acknowledgment or update, but instead I’ve been left waiting with no response at all. I hope they improve their communication and customer support, because right now, it reflects very poorly on the company.

Very useful when exploring abandoned, unoccupied, and vacant lots. whether trying to obtain information or permission from a land owner, you can access some relevant facts regarding address or market value and property boundaries. with a earthview type map and GPS. Dont think it's worth the monthly premium for premium. Still, it has been somewhat helpful several times.

Love the app, the interface is great, easy to use with a lot of info when you click on a parcel. The major issue seams to be looking up a parcel as I have noticed in other reviews. I am working in a zone that a lot of properties don't have an address, so I use an APN. Searching for an APN has never worked. Usually I have a general idea where it should be, so I click through the properties until I find it. Then I see that the APN it lists is the same I searched for.

This might be the only 100% free app that allows you to view an unlimited amount of parcels with info on ownership and what not. My only 3 complaints is that... 1) You cannot copy and paste any of the info. 2) The search doesn't work at all, so you have to manually find a location in the map. 3) No option to get the lat/lon nor to open in Google Maps for directions since not every property has numerical address. Other than that, I love this app as an urban Explorer and drone pilot.

Regrid is a fantastic tool for many things. I originally got it for finding my exact property line which you can easily do without a subscription. The app seems to be fairly accurate when it comes to this. If you want more information on properties then you may want a subscription but they do offer a free 7 day trial so you can figure out if that's something you would want.

Great Detail on property parcels. However, today I finally had my first issue with the app. I was automatically logged out this morning, and when trying to log back in, I got an error saying "Network request failed". I'm able to log into the website web version, but can no longer log into the app. Otherwise, very handy app and nothing else beats it.
