I had a very disappointing experience with the Redbus app. I accidentally booked a ticket for 12 AM on the previous day instead of the next day. This was an honest mistake, but the app offered no option to change the date or cancel the ticket.Despite contacting customer support immediately and explaining my mistake, they refused to help or issue a refund for the Rs. 2000 I spent.This lack of flexibility and poor customer service is unacceptable. Redbus needs to improve its policies.Terrible app.

I had to travel tonight, since yesterday I am not able to book a ticket. Whenever I select the bus, and add required details; it doesn't go to payment page as usual. It shows unavailable, and sorry for inconvenience. Has been happening since yesterday, tried installing RedBus app on other phone, and still the same issue. Your customer care number is useless, no way to speak to a rep; just automated go rounds. Now the bus isn't available anymore. Thanks RedBus for ruining a perfectly fine app.

Redbus lacks crucial information about their buses. They don't provide accurate details on the bus location, pick-up and drop-off points, or the bus policies before booking tickets. This makes the booking process confusing and unreliable. It's essential for them to improve their information transparency to ensure a smoother experience for customers. The company's customer care is frustrating and unhelpful, often ending abruptly, showing a lack of customer value😡😡. Improvement is necessary.

recently had an awful experience using this bus application. Not only did the app fail to notify me about a route change, but my source and destination were changed without any prior notice. To make matters worse, I was forced to get down 100 kilometers before my intended destination on an extremely hot day. The behavior of the travel agents was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they were rude and dismissive.

Will not recommend to book rail tickets from redrail. The offers and deals are just waste. I have booked three times and when I need to cancel my tickets I understood how much chalak this app is in terms of earring revenue by giving offers. Recenty booked a train from Ahmedabad to Pachor Road by paying seat guarantee premium but as the train route got diverted I have to book tickets of another train. But the redbus app pathetic customer care did't even hear my queries for my refund.

This is the worst application for booking purpose. You don't get the option of tracking your bus. They don't have proper stops. And the worst case scenario is they don't have proper customer support. Just by watching your idol advertising the application, don't download ..

This app doesn't care about it's customers. They just connect with bus operators and share all your data. After that, the bus operator can change it's timings, boarding spots and these people don't take the responsibility of informing the passengers. I had booked a bus which left without picking me up. On raising the concern, "You blocked spam numbers, not our problem, bus driver changed the timings and tried to call you (from a spam number that gets automatically blocked)" NO REFUND AS WELL!

Do not book tickets from them. It's a scam app. Once you book your tickets they will not help you cancel. The numbers they provide are non-existent, and the chat is unhelpful. It's better to visit the travels website or book elsewhere.

They work on operator model so there is no guarantee of your life. They are not responsible for any safety of security of your life and luggage. I booked the best primo bus which they claimed the best on the app. My bus met with a serious accident and all passengers were injured because the bus driver was running very rushly and they denied to do anything. Even I didn't get any refund after raising it multiple times. Worst experience and App. Book if you don't care about your life.

Customer care is not supportive. Today I had a trip with redbus. Driver changed the drop location which was different from the actual and it was 10 km away. So many passengers faced issues as the new drop location was too far from all the major points in Ranchi. So i complained about it to customer care to just change the drop location in the app so that further no issues will come to any passenger. But the agent didn't care though i have shown all the google timeline and screenshot.

I'm writing to express my frustration with an issue I'm facing while trying to book a free bus ticket on the Redbus app. According to your promotion, I earned a free ticket after completing 4 trips from the same travel company. However, when I attempt to book my free ticket, the bus operator is not showing up in the search results, preventing me from completing the reservation. I contacted customer support hoping for a solution, but unfortunately, their responses haven't been helpful.

Absolutely horrible service. Never waste your time or your money taking a trip through RedBus. The booked bus was supposed to reach my destination at 7:45 am but only reached by 7:30 pm. A 12 hr delay. I was stuck in the bus for almost 24hrs without lunch or proper rest room breaks. They even denied dropping me at the location I booked the bus for and dropped me somewhere else. After all this, the declined on providing a complete refund for all this. RedBus does not care about their customers.

My experience with the Red Bus application has been extremely disappointing. The app crashes frequently, especially when I'm in the middle of booking, which is incredibly frustrating. Moreover, their customer care is unresponsive and lacks helpful solutions. They seem more interested in deflecting issues than actually resolving them. Overall, I would not recommend using the Red Bus app for booking tickets due to its unreliable service and poor customer support

I recently booked a ticket throug for RS 420 Unfortunately, I had to cancel the booking within 20 minutes. According to the refund policy, a cancellation fee of only ₹16 applies for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event. However, I was charged a whopping ₹140, leaving me with a measly refund of ₹282. This is a blatant disregard for their own advertised policy! It's frustrating and misleading for users who rely on the information provided.

My experience was extremely bad because they are manipulating with customer, when I was booked the ticket that time thair name was different and when it comes to bording point that time travels different please make sure if know some good travels and service and cleaness i recommend you contact directly and book that travels....

The chat option in the app and the customer care service sucks big time. I had to call three times to connect with someone who was able to be some sort of help. The first 2 people I connected with just hung up on me while I explaining that my bus (RKT TRAVELS) is delayed by 2 freaking hrs. Also the RKT TRAVELS had me waiting in the bus stop for 2 hours. When called, they mentioned they are late because the seats were still empty and will not come to my pickup point until its filled. Terrible exp

I had really bad experience using their app or the platform, the system have so many glitches, and yet I can't reach any live customer service, the bot customer service are useless, I tried to submit my problems but after awhile I just received "your ticket has been resolved and this ticket is now closed" email instead, huh???? Everything is so annoying and frustrating, bye

There support is pathetic. For a technical fault they are not ready to accept it. And it has costed me arround a ticket worth of price (1000-1400 Rs). Not sure what to do. I have reached there support three times and wasted time explaining issue the worst thing is that they don't keep track of your issue as well. Each time you have to explain full story. Probably there are other good services around to use like AbhiBus, FlixBus etc..

horrible customer service, I always have one or another issue with red bus. app interface annoys me so much can't even reach out to them or properly. my money got deducted twice for a bus ticket and they say it's my fault. It's because of a glitch in their app and they so strongly say it's not their mistake and it's mine. and now I can't reach them again and even if I do they're not helpful. I've just lost my money now.
