Worst experience, 1st of all drivers charge extra, Driver charged me 50 rupees extra. Already the fares are too high and on that drivers insisting and forcing the passengers to charge high. 2nd is this app doesn't provide an expected or approximate fare. They directly charge on high note. Really 1st time is my last time.

Worst service. The cab drivers have too much attitude and moreover the customer care guys omg, they have too much attitude that they are Speaking against the customer. The service is good and smooth in Coimbatore. Other places it's worse. Need to improve their service and they have to train customer care guys how to speak to customer.

Service is much better than ola and uber. Typical Chennai problem is that in spite of knowing English or Hindi driver will talk with you in Tamil only. If you told them to talk in English or Hindi language that will use vulgar language and become aggressive. Few driver's very arrogant. In spite of pre-book in some cases cabs are not come in time. Initially red taxi started with low fares. Now they are increasing fares day by day like his competitor's.

I had booked red taxi from Coimbatore to my hometown at Kerala. Since,we have to reach our house immediately due to some health issue of my wife, boarded the taxi and started the journey. Had the driver informed me about the permit/toll issue, l might have changed my mind. Because, when I booked the taxi that time the amount was shown as Rs 1371 to the booked destination. It was embraced me a lot as I had to pay Rs 2200 on reaching the destination. Please look into the matter 🙏

They said 900 initially they collected 1290 finally because of the drive mistake. Case opened but no proper solution. they are bargaining to give 100 rs as a refund. Highly cheating taxi booking app. I have all the proofs.

I have been in to coimbatore for a short visit after a long time and experienced the best fleet service by red taxi . The best thing is that all cabs assigned for the service are very neat and clean, and all the cab drivers are very professional and friendly.

Terrible experience. Customer support takes side of driver and penalised the customers. We were charged 90 ruppees extra even though the driver was at fault and he was late to pick us up but we got penalised. Kept getting incessant calls at airport also but they wont pick our calls. Definitely will never use this app. Recommend to others: to avoid headache NEVER USE THIS APP

Today I had a worst experience with red taxi in madurai. Booked taxi through App. Waited more than 45 mins and called to driver 3-4 times no response from him. I called to red taxi customer care number 2 times they said they will follow and no response from them also. ATLAST CANCELLED THE RIDE.

Don't choose red taxi. There drivers always deny pick up if amount is less. They didn't worry about passenger situation and safety. Kindly train the drivers properly.Worst management.

Some times the taxi driver accept the call and not turned to pick up telling some excuses and delaying our time. Normally we call after reaching the location and continue to stand more than 30 minutes. You have to debar such drivers from your firm. Normally customer cancell the call and they enjoy the benefits. Otherwise the service is very good and helpful

A useless app as well as Taxi service. Service is very poor. The company seems to have no control over the drivers. After accepting the trip with the company the drivers create all sorts of problems to the passengers and even refuse the completion of the trip. There is always a risk of your trip getting cancelled either totally or partially. RED means DANGER. Use this service at your risk.

Worst application. I tried to schedule cab. It showed it will share driver and cab details few minutes before pickup. Even after crossing the pickup time I gave it didn't show me any message like delayed or any other status.

Never trust call center blindly. They book wrong destinations and say that they can only book approximately and we won't get actual location they booked either in app or in sms. Actual distance 32 km. Cab booked for 35 km. Total travelled 42 km. 200 extra for sedan which was fine and another 250 for extra distance which due to wrong location. Call center team cant even copy same location what I gave in app.

I just booked a ride through this app my ride was completed but the bill didn't generated it's been 2hrs but till the bill didn't received worst app don't book taxi in this app and the customer support sucks & also you have to wait for the pickup more than 15mins and sometime driver will response you lately so don't use this app

Thanks for arranging a vehicle by your customer care. But the inside of the vehicle was fowl smelling. Also it had some lateral shake,may be air pressure difference in the tyres or so. Service was good.

Worst customer support. They loot your money like anything. They charged me nearly 300rs extra. I came to know after getting all the proof of tollfree tickets and temp permit docs. They even agreed that it is their mistake but no proper action taken against their cab vendor and no refund has been issued yet after several followups. Guys there are many best taxis in coimbatore. Do not go for this scammers anymore.

I recently faced a frustrating issue with Red Taxi. They didn't allow me to pay more than 500 rupees using my Red Wallet, and Paytm wasn't working. My bill exceeded 500 rupees, so the money wasn't deducted from my wallet, wasting my 500 rupees. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they refused and just apologized. This lack of flexibility and support is disappointing. Red Taxi needs to improve their payment systems and customer service to avoid such issues in the future.

It was a very bad experience. They gave an estimated amount but the actual amount was twice the time and they insisted to book via call rather than the app and customer support didn't respond well and also was blaming us saying that we didn't enquire properly. One of the worst experience from a reputed company.

I booked an SUV for an outstation trip one day before the trip.. The cab driver didnt turn up to my location even after one hour of scheduled time.. also asked red taxi customer care to arrange some other cab after half an hour from my scheduled time.. but the response was poor which made me cancel the cab. Didn't expect this kind of a bad service from red taxi.. Worst experience ever

This app failed to work when it was most required. Trying to book and call the chauffeur but the connection was abruptly cut everytime I placed the call. It was 1030 in the night, I was traveling alone. Struggled with the app for more than 20 mins, three bookings were confirmed, but none could reach on time, it got cancelled on it's own. Such a pathetic experience. The company should work more on the software.
