This app makes things much easier. Although having a direct link to customer care i.e. a chat function would be amazing.

Not customer friendly at all. I am trying to login, is telling me that my ID is my phone number, when I enter it is not recognized. No options to ask for help. Have no idea what to do in order to use it.

Sorry, but like all the french apps – not logical, buggy, not well tested. The support chat is nice, the services are ok, but the app is just disappointing.

I'm English and want ADSL in my French house but can I get through to anyone? I have a disconnected telephone line to the house but to get connected I need a French telephone number - classic Catch 22. Email would be nice but not available and when I say "je veux ADSL" in the chat the Arificial Moron that replies tells me it doesn't understand and that I should request a call back - to a French number. I am beginning to believe that I should try elsewhere.

This app is still quite useless. Getting service unavailable most of the time, and not being able to manage the account is cpunyer productive when all this could be done easily speaking directly with a kind human.

Useless app. When you have a problem the site tells you to install the app. Then, using the app to fix the problem will send you back to the site that sent you to the app.... and enfeitiçado starts again.

I am a bit disappointed as the app does not display all the offers available to customers. Actually, there is a 40Go/month offer at 10€, and it is not possible to access it via the app (updated Sat, Apr 11, 2020).

My experience ? Dont create an app-only invoice system if you cant maintain your app for god sake. I cant log in, its the most basic feature of any app. And obviously this company is stupid enough to design a system that is not allowing me access to my invoices on the website, on my personnal account. Geniuses at work.

App sometimes displays large ad on top of whatever you're doing. To be clear, this app displays an advertisement on top of other open apps, which I believe is a violation of Google's terms of service for the Play store.

The internet & cable TV support is circular to the App. The phone number presented in the App relies on an SFR number to validate. The worst App I ever used for support -apparently there is none. I have not had a working service since the day I ordered. They have my money and a circular reference App.

Good prices but the company keeps charging you more options without permission. You have to keep an eye all the time and very difficult to prevent them to change your pricing. Tiring and time consuming but good customer service reactivity.

Worse customer service ever by far! Application disfunctional with non existing options for monitoring the charges! Avoid, avoid, avoid! After failing to transfer the previous mobile number i had to their company now i gave them another chance to connect with a new number... The bundle was supposed to cover both France and Switzerland but when I crossed the borders no network! So contacted them to their messenger account only to be told that I had to find a compatible network in Switzerland (that was the first day). So found the network and registered o on it but the next day i received a message sfr saying that I had exideed the charges of my bundle by 38 euros (although they claimed my bundle was covering all the data and calls from and to Switzerland). USELESS!

If you are student and don't know french, please don't buy this sim card. The service of this company is average but the app interface is very poor. Customer service need to be communicated only on french. 😠😠 They don't afford to keep a customer care who knows English. This is trouble for every one. They keep charging me random price and it's unfair. Their link to sponsor new people gets down every time. Yes. Their poor internet also sucks. Tired of them.

Laughable. When logging in for the first time an advert for "Maxi Kiff" appears. I have 3 options [X] close the advert [✓] read the advert [✓] never see this advert again I check "never see this advert again" It's now a banner 25% of the screen every time I try to use the app, very intrusive, uninstalling

Red By SFR has is the operator with worst support service I have seen. It is only accessible by chat, they only answer after hours of waiting, you need to explain your request 10000 times because they don't really read your message (that is the only explanation) every time I need something from them I end up being furious. I highly recommend to use another Operator even if it is a bit more expensive.

Terrible customer support. Also no way to contact other than through app. Also as others said, additional services are automatically added without your permission or without your request. My line was "upgraded" automatically to a 5G line, even when my device doesn't support 5g. Had to unnecessarily pay extra and request to go back to original plan. So if you go with Red SFR, keep an eye on your plan.

From 1 star to 3 stars: customer service is great and the people are very friendly. But in regards to the app, it still needs a lot of fixing including the following: - Fixing Payments via Credit Cards - Enabling attachements when communicating with the service clients (the option is there, but doesn't function)

App is full of bugs: it is sùpposed to allow you to change the appointment date and it doesn't. It tells you to install the SFR app which in turn tells you to use the RED par SFR app. Neither of the two allow you to change the installation date. What's worse, even the RED par SFR website crashes when you try to confirm the new appointment day and time! About as useful as a chocolate teapot!

Beware of the hidden service cost. I thought I would just get cheap internet and could do without any service, since I can do most of the installation etc. myself. Well, now it is two years later and I am about to move to another country. I tried to cancel the service free of charge as is stated in their terms, but I just discovered that they still charge me 49 Euro for cancellation--even though I added a copy of my new rent contract. So what are my options? I now have to try to contact their customer service somehow which of course is only possible by phone and takes forever. Or I can just pay the 49 Euro and save my time. In any case: Do yourself a favor and pick another company with a more reliable customer service. You will save money in the long-term.

Terrible support. My RedbySFR SIM is not working abroad (both International roaming and voice not working, . no network). Of course international option was activated and I tried in 4 different countries with various partners. It just does not work. The SIM card only works in France while that same phone S9 is working perfectly well in all 4 countries with other operator (Bouygues, Vodafone and Telekom...)
