Spam app that I didn't want or even know was put on my phone. It's unfortunate that developers have such little confidence in the products they create that they cut a deal to force people to get their app who don't want or need it. Maybe instead the app could be made well enough to fill a need people have that it could stand on its own and succeed based on its value to the customer. Maybe try that.

Worst experience. I have bought Nord ce phone 2 months ago and after the update one plus launcher is completely not working. I tried reaching out to customer care but dint get any help. They assured assistant in 24 hours but today is the third day and I have not yet received any support. My phone is not in working conditions for the past week. This is really frustrating as within the 2 months I have faced this issue. Not going or suggesting one plus again.

I have my first Oneplus, it's 8 Pro. When I try to link the device from settings, it appears "user.area mismatch" error. Also when I enter in app from decide settings (since there's no app listed), it shows a quick message about language. I'll appreciate receiving any help to solve this issue. Thanks. Regards.

Don't use apps that you have to update every two days. Useless app. Updated on 08/08/24. Then asked for update on 08/09/24. Why asking for update everyday. Answer I question or I will turn it over to my attorneys office to begin a lawsuit.

It kept giving a "user.area.mismatch" error when I tried to link my device. I had to change my device language to get rid of the error and do the linking successfully. It still gives a "system is busy" error when browsing the menus, so the app is unusable anyway. It's also idiotic to have to change the language on the whole device just to access the app.

I don't know how this app got installed on my phone but I never did it. I didn't even know what this was when I happened to go through the downloads. That's terrifying.

Not useful. No product available for rcc coin. This app is just for waste your time. Even when product is available in rcc coin it get out of stock in second. What is meaning of rcc point if it is expires without using it? 😞

App is redundant. It shows my device is linked in some areas, but in other areas, I am asked to link my device. Just combine your Red Cable Club app, One Plus Membership App, and the store app into one all encompassing app.

This app has auto-registered me to the UK, where I've never even been. Everything is in English. The store and everything else is in Dutch as it should. I want to participate in the limited-edition Watch 2 event, and when I press to pay the 1euro I have to give my adress. All fields are empty and fillable with my adress except it says [GB]United Kingdom in grey and can only select English Counties...Meaning I can't participate now because they say adress cannot be changed afterwards...How 2 fix?

I'm registered in the United States, but I live in Spain. When I got to the one plus store or website it is the correct country. Very strange and I can't seem to change it.

It's assigned me to India even though I don't live there and have never been there. It won't let me change my country. It also won't let me register my device. When I log in online it shows the right country but won't let me participate in the RCC day because the option doesn't show. Does anyone know how to correct the country? It's really frustrating.

I followed the instructions to look for it, but it is either not there, or maybe doesn't work on my phone like it's Compatability since it's a One Plus Nord 10 5G, suppose to be located in settings but once I go on there, it's just like Nothing Exist? It just shows me the same thing my regular account and stuff, that's it! I was hoping it's a continuation of the former One Plus Account App that couldn't update anymore since it now states my phone is No Longer Compatible with it? What happened?
