Everytime I put in the promo code, app tells me 'hmm something went wrong, please try again later!' Totally useless have now bought 2 eSIMs from Airalo instead!

Very glitchy to the extent now that the app won't even open and crashes with the message something went wrong so completely unreliable. Will be looking for an alternative.

Easy to install and eSIM setup seemed to work well. However, Country search is broken (when searching for a country, clicking on it causes the app to crash), and despite installing the SIM and getting bars, I wasn't able to get data. I also noticed that there is a version of this app provided by Redbull, and this one provided by A1 Telekom? Doesn't seem to be any reviews for their apps, so I'd be weary of downloading this.

Cannot verify my email. Tried several times with the app open, closed and reinstalled each time it fails to verify. Perhaps I need to use my Google account, if so remove the option to use a separate email. Can't see how I can rely on a service with these basic problems.

You should make it clear which devices are supported before people download the app. The idea is great although the pricing for Asian countries is ridiculous. Better get a local e sim if you are planning to go there.

Glitchy app: It does not work with a Xiaomi 13. Please give me an email for your bug tracker: 1. the Esim installation via the app fails, only the error "something went wrong" appears. 2. A manual app installation fails "Esim of the provider not ready". 3. discovered several problems with the app: - Live chat doesn't scale on Xiaomi, you can't read the text you type - Screenshot upload does not work in the chat on the Android Xiaomi - Google Login (automatic login) works on the Xiaomi Andro
