Can't unsubscribe, signed up months ago and phone has been messed up since. Tapped the unsubscribe button and nothing happens and the frigging page is in yellow and you can't see anything but the word rebel! 🤬

Signing up for the app isn't enough. Gotta fill out a physical paper that only one employee has the ability to enter into their system.

Use it every time I go in to make any type of purchase. Love it! You don't need a card, or even need to scan a barcode off the app! Just type in your number and you're good to go!!

Flawed. Absolutely flawed. Can't sign in because it asks for an email when it should ask for phone number. Can't sign in or on because my number is registered already. IT and management, PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER......

I had to uninstall and reinstall because the login experience was confusing. However, the in-store signup was easy and they registered me.

Great app, features, offers, coupons, free merchandise, and discounts on smokes. I have not seen an app yet that gives you a discount on cigarettes. I love this app, features, and benefits. Thanks, Rebel...

Slow nothing loads.... laggs.... dont even start to try to using It to redeem points or even to check them. I'm a big fan of what they want to do but what they have is the worst app I have seen Top 2 bad apps Dennys is close 2nd and its is very difficult to get it to work when. Redeeming points employees see you coming up to check out using App and will roll there eyes and get mean. I cant blame them. THE ONES WHO BUILT THIS SHALL BE SHAMED.

It would be amazing if this apps location provided stores in Alaska . Does not apply and not available to Rebel Stores in Alaska. Don't waste your time getting it if you do live in Alaska as much as it may disappoint you that Alaskan residents are not able to use the rewards provided . I sure hope they fix this problem ASAP. As Alaskan resident I give 1 star sorry.

The rewards never work! The pumps at the gas stations don't acknowledge your member rewards number, and you don't get any points! Is the worst gasoline app!

My app has never worked I don't get my points except for my gas points. The point system is messed up, I've been being told almost a year that it will be fixed and never has. And to boot, The assistant manager at this Rebel is very rude and offers no help whatsoever when asked for it. she was too busy on her phone and talking to people she had visiting her, to do her job. And then was rude with me for taking her away from her personal life at work.

They make it looked like you download the app and get a free drink.Which is how every other gas station is?Which is why I have the other gas station's apps and why I go to those gas stations. But I just spent all this time.Downloading the app to find out.It's a free delivery of a fountain drink. So what the deal have it delivered to store so i can just get. Of course not. Your have no incentive for me to join your app and now I'm deleting your app

App is beyond laggy and slow and is *very* frustrating to use - and even more so since using the app is the only real way to unlock and use rewards. Love the stores, hate the app.

Tells you that you warn points with every dollar spent but even days later my balance shows as 0 points. First thing it wants is my location upon opening. Like I have a favorite store selected and I'm at that store here's an idea just let me share my code with the cashier so I can checkout. You don't need my location until I want to view offers so stuff it.

I wish I could leave less. Ever since becoming a reward member I have only gotten 2 punches for soft drinks. Every other time the system is down or it's not giving me my offers that the6 send me. I have yet been able to claim one offer. I have emailed them several times and gotten no response. Do t waste your time

Loyalty program is unavailable often. When it does work, the points earned do not transfer to this program. The items in the store are already extremely high compared to the gas stations in my area. This problem needs to be fixed.

App is incredibly slow and poorly optimized. I've got a flagship phone (S23 Ultra) that usually has no issue whatsoever with even resource intensive apps yet this app is incredibly laggy and unresponsive. Sign up screen is very glitchy and the links that open in some sort of in-app browser shell do not load, including the privacy policy and various brand related deals.

twice I go in thinking all right time to stack some points, but no both times I try for the deals advertised and both times I pay the whole price. what's up with that, I did save the receipts to see if the missing points part of your app will work but I'm not getting my hopes up. I'm not one to put down your app and the time or though you put into it. but come on it's got to be taken out back and put down. the rockstars were nice and cold though

was told if I register i would get posted discount of 3 waters for $6. I went through whole sign up process and still didn't discount. finally I said don't give deal for 3 bottles at 6, I would take 2. bottles of water at stated list price of $3.49 each. They then tried to charge me $8.50. when I argued that was more than $1 above list price, he just kept saying it was a great deal. I left with nothing rather than get scammed. I wonder how many people never look at receipt. South Las Vegas blvd.
