The games alright but you get to a certain point where it's extremely difficult long range enemies don't have cool downs so they can shoot at you when ever charge enemies don't have cool down either and there's always a high number of them every level and before I even reach a level there some "ambush" it doesn't make the game fun it makes it repetitive and unsatisfying I paid for the full version and I'm met with disappointment

I can't play anymore. There's no way as far as I can tell to change the controller back to mobile touch controls. I started the app up again after a long hiatus and it's only giving me the gamepad option. I reset everything, hoping the tutorial would give me an option on which control scheme to use, and nothing. Its really inexcusable that theres no way to change this in the options menu. Please fix this, I love this game and want to continue playing.

This is an old classic. I've played through the entire campaign a few times, once on each device I've had over the years. The controls are super easy to learn and the animations and graphics are really nice. The story line is well thought out and there is plenty of unlocks and upgrades to choose from to fit your play styles.

Fun action slash 'em game. Controls are fairly simple. Let's you play up to level 10 (which is approximately 1/3 of the way finishing the game) before you have to purchase the full game. You can also reset your adventure so you can restart your game at anytime and get a chance to pick alternative choices in the game.

Very dark and cold world, tied together with interesting and empathetical characters. I like this a lot, as it makes you feel like you can't even trust your own character to not hurt these friends you've made. The gameplay is very smooth as well, and can get very difficult. It is skill based for sure, though having high stats and good skills is essential for making battles as managable as possible. I love the story so much and how the world and other people groups are affected by what goes on.

Single best mobile game. It's absolutely worth the $5 to unlock the full version and the Dark Harvest game mode. The story mode is amazing with a great balance of fun and challenge. The story itself isn't slacking either. I lost my old account and repurchased it as soon as I could. I recommend this to anyone and EVERYONE. No other game has come close to keeping me invested this long. 10/10!

I NEVER pay for games but I bought the biggest and best version of this game. Can't say enough good things about it! Awesome gameplay, humorous and sufficiently deep story, good twists and turns and the enemies are varied and hard without being impossible. Good job!! Edit: 3/19/21 SEVEN YEARS LATER and I'm playing it all over again now for the third time. This is what a mobile game or ANY game SHOULD be. Great job, Hexage!

Honestly amazing! The preview of the game is just the right length and shows you everything about the game to make your decision on whether or not to buy the game. The gameplay itself has a nice story along with addicting combat sessions with easy-to-learn controls. I honestly think that half of the bad reviews of this game are because it's too short, which is completely untrue! They are just too cheap to give a couple of bucks to the developers for the full game. And to think all of the features are available for as little as $5... awesome.

One of the best action-adventure games you can find here. The graphics are amazing and the sotoryline unique. Great if you like challenges or are your everyday binger. Easy and responsive controls and amazing gameplay. Purchasing the full version is totally worth it Best regards to the developers and the team, hope to see more content from you! :)

Really fun game. I love how there are no ads, and the upgrade is at a low price. I love the attack system and all the different enemies! One thing I don't really like though is that the coins will be unobtainable if they go out of the corner of the map. That is probably how the creators made it, but it sucks that I can't get the gold sometimes. Other than that, though, amazing game! I definitely suggest trying it out. The upgrade is really worth it.

I respect the minimalistic design, but some face-to-face interaction would have allowed for some character development. Also, the need to build up rage points puts a damper on the battles. Then, the first couple times I played I didn't have any issues, but now the game keeps shutting down like there's a resolution conflict. Still a pretty good adventure side-scroller.

There are so many unfair things about the game. Most enemy melee attacks are active the moment the animation starts: there is no actual windup, just the look of one. A lot also run too fast which is especially bad with enemies that use projectiles. Enemies also don't have any casting times and their projectiles come from the front of them. Projectiles stay active for FAR too long. Your only form of defense is to already be moving out of the way. It's ridiculous how little you can do defensively

After playing for couple days I can surely say that this is the game with the worst controls ever. You click jump and hero just swipes. You click on arrows and thet don't work. It's not noticable in early levels but after some time when you have to jump on huge falls and fight at the same time, it becomes unplayable. I am very disappointed because the game itself has big potential, but is you can't control your character you can't play the game.

Possibly one of the few games I've truly enjoyed playing. Good, decent story, love the artwork, graphics, animation, effects, controls work well...just everything about the game is awesome. The only con with playing this on a tablet or other portable device for me is that it occasionally lags and/or freezes at random moments, but it's a minor complaint.

I can't give this game enough compliments. Every single aspect of this game has been nailed by the creators, except for one oversight. Late in the game and story, it begins to become a chore to play. For casual and intermediate players, the late game battles are too difficult. You also might find yourself like me, stuck in a quest where I have to defeat difficult enemies before I can go anywhere, and unable to without endless grinding. It's really unfortunate, because I loved this game a lot.

This game is great. I played it back in 2014-ish and loved it. Just recently remembered it and redownloaded and it's just as fun this time around. Very aesthetic and stylish. Character design is awesome, and the controls are easy to pick up. The degree of difficulty increases naturally the further into the game you go. Some levels actually get quite challenging and take multiple tries to beat. The game is a great time killer. I recommend buying the full game. Great job by the creators!

Fighting and upgrading weapons & items as much as possible, I check the stores before I'm about to start a battle or a mission (and yes, sometimes there isn't anything worth your while) and sometimes there's an item that will give you an edge you were missing. Also love the metaphors for race, class struggle, oppression, and the communication breakdown that is always beneath the surface of any conflict. Smooth gameplay, simple controls, and a boatload of slashing and slicing enemies 😈!

Such a cool little game! Fun gameplay and a really neat concept. You're a grim reaper/mercenary. It has auto attack, but you also have manual attacks you can preform that build strength as you pull off auto attack moves. Not something I've ever seen before. Traditionally, I am opposed to auto attack features, but this one is really cleverly implemented and makes me not mind at all. Battles/levels are really short, though. I'd love to see a more fleshed out and immersive sequel for this!

Incredible game with a generous monetization scheme. There's quite a bit of content in the free trial, but vastly more with the full game. The artstyle is simple, but nice and even beautiful at times. Simple gameplay definitely gets tough at times. From what I remember the story is alright, with a couple decisions you can make along the way, but it has a habit of ending plotlines on downer notes, which can make kind decisions feel meaningless, so watch out if you get invested in npcs too easily.

A beautiful game. It has simple but beautiful graphics, and an amazing and engaging storyline. The game is truly a beauty. My only requests are to make the final boss fight a bit more interesting and complex, and for there to be an explanation or a guide for all the stats. I have one question as well: what is an "archemist"? The Ochori are described as archemists yet I still haven't been able to find a definition. Is it a typo of "alchemists" or is there another meaning to it? 10/10.
