I originally rated this app a 5 star. I'm now rating it a zero due to the fact it never opens and when it rarely does it has far fewer listings than Redfin. I get notifications every day from my saved searches but, the app won't open 9 out of 10 times. I've updated it plenty of times and it still doesn't work. I don't know what has happened in the past few months but, there are major issues now.

Features don't work, slow, not intuitive. Can't search for custom tags like "property on slope" or "only those NOT in a flood plane or tsunami plane". Needs finesse/polishing. Needs serious feedback corrections, not just 1 or 2 individuals that think they know better than everyone else. Certainly is good enough for a large section of population but absolutely not a world-class product. Also, it is easy to see that they don't want to give you a good tool; they want to drive you to a realtor.

Edit: They have added a filter option to hide 55+ neighborhoods and I have it selected and all yes all of my search results are nothing but 55+ neighborhoods!!!! I CAN NOT LOVE THERE!! WHY OFFER FILTER OPTIONS IF THEY DONT WORK??? Good app easy to use... Just wish there was a filter to keep the 55+ houses from showing up in searches.. very frustrating to constantly see homes that I am not allowed to live in for another 20 years...

This app does not save my preferences. It gives me notifications on properties I don't want notifications about. I cannot even find an option to update what I get notifications on. I gave my boyfriend the log in information for the account and none of my homes are saved. It must only save to MY device. What's the point of having an account if it's not consistent?

I've been using this app for years and really like it. I use it often to follow the market in my area, keep an eye out for friends and family, and generally just look at great houses near me or other areas of interest. But this latest update has rendered the app useless. The search function, map mode, and even my saved searches, just spins it's wheels and does absolutely nothing after several minutes. I've tried using the app several times over the last few weeks with no success.

It's a great app, but never in the history of apps has one needed a night mode/dark mode so badly. Also, the search function is good, but zooming in or out resets the search to the area you've zoomed on, and then when you zoom back out it doesn't keep the search within your defined area. Dark mode would be 5 stars, search fix is just icing.

Dreadful app for home buyers. I am receiving notifications for a search I did years ago in another city and it's not even a saved search. I have no idea why and i cant turn it off. There's no home page to the app. Upon opening, I get a map of available properties that are outside my saved search criteria. None of the tabs take me to my saved searches. If I go to My Listings, I can see a button for my Saved Searches. I truly loathe this app.

Update: your response says you need more info. Program will allow me to respond. This used to be a great app till a couple of weeks ago! Now it crashes, says the app is not responding, goes to a black screen, locks up, map won't move. You name it! Pretty much worthless!! I'm right in the middle of searching for a home. I can't access my favorites, can't get the map to move to continue searching, difficulty opening the ones I want to look at. I'm not the only person having trouble with the app.

Easy, Pretty, Helpful... Easy to use, aesthetically appealing and easy to navigate, helpful and efficient filters for searches. Have found many homes on this app. Only reason I give it four stars is because the notification settings are not customizable. You get notifications for everything... Sales, rentals, updates, new postings, even if they don't fit what you're looking for. There is no way to set push or email notifications for only things that are relevant to you.

Only recently, the app is slow and crashes often. There is a significant delay when attempting to navigate in the map view. Delays in just about all other navigation and tapping (favoriting a property is like a mini game of patience). I receive several "the app has stopped" messages and am prompted to "close app" or "wait". This is from an Android device. Still my preferred realty app but is currently buggy. I am unable to leave feedback via the app. I get an error when attempting to submit.

Commute option fails 80% of the time For Dev: This happened when I would search in a city then change the commute distance. Would center on a town farther out in stead of the city. If I tried again, it would move out again. Would have to close the app to fix. The app failed its intended use, uninstalled while I find something more functional.

Their app is completely useless! If I could give it a negative 5 star I would! You set filters for a specific type and size of home you set filters for your price range and it's constantly sending you notifications for homes or condos that you have filtered out! Price ranges that are way over what you put in and every time you go on the app you have to add all your filters back in.

Buggy. Property search and filters don't always work properly. And properties listed on Zillow in the same filter are not listed on realtor unless you search by MLS. I also keep getting notifications for rental listings when I don't have any saved rental searches. There's no clear indication on how to stop that from happening. It seems to me that the app used to be better and has gotten worse over time.

App dowa not work properly. I want to look specifically in one town , and it keeps defaulting to give me it twice for multiple town's. I select "expand Search area": None and I have to select it twice before it filters correctly. When I go back again to do the same search, it doesn't keep my default values. This is very annoying. I don't want to see hundreds or thousands of listings.

It works well for the things it purports to do, but it does have problems and glitches. I cannot delete one of my saved searches. I've clicked on it multiple times to delete it, but it remains on my saved searches and I get daily notifications pertaining to it. Very annoying. I also get daily notifications based on random searches that aren't even saved. Also, super annoying.

It needs to be setup with better search options! After reviewing homes for future purchase in different regions, the realtors and or the app in general repping the homes tend to block me from seeing them. They are not under contract. We are talking about a mass blackout. I don't mind using a different app to decide on what I want. So I guess this one's out.

Great, except...unethical rating practices. they redirect me here AFTER asking me if I like the app. Otherwise, I love the saved searches, details, pics, maps, filters, etc. I wish I could exclude certain neighborhoods in larger cities (lots of people near the county dump are selling, hmm) by drawing a border or something around exclusion areas, or tapping a location and radius, etc.
