Your reply is a cheat..I was asking audio aspect of player and audio tracks back up And you said only cloud...where is it ? Thanks for your reply but until you give Audio here my rating will be the same

This does not work. It just totally stopped. No matter how much I re-insall it. Exactly like 1andavia said. She couldn't have said it any better. I just cancelled mine right now.

I need to play a real audio "ra" streaming file and this doesn't do that although it's what the NY Times links to to listen to "ra" files. Useless.

Won't scan SD cards. Kind of useless when it won't scan photos or videos stored on your phones SD card. Why can't it when all others can?

I have had real Time video in the past and lost the app out of my phone and haven't been able to now to reinstall it I really enjoy real Time video to share with my friends.

I need a RealPlayer downloader for my Android phone. The website recommended this one, so I downloaded it, but there is not even an option for downloading videos, or am I missing it? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you. 🙂

Does as advertised! Little cheaper would be nice. I just reinstalled it and it continuously crashes. Will not stay open more than 1-2sec :(

I've been using the free desktop version for years. The free Real Times Android App is completely USELESS !! How this company company can pad their 4 plus star rating on Google Play is a mystery to me, but they've obviously figured out how to do it.

Not very functional. Player on my PC is great. This is a sad thing. It has no privacy settings and really can't make any videos except for the "Your Story" which is lame and useless to me.

In the beginning was wonderful worked on phone as well as computer not on phone any more they said to try the beta version but can't get it to work on phone either works great on Roku on the realplayer app just can't play on phone needs updates badly and soon

Poor features. This app could have been amazing if its creators just cared enough. Mindblowing how such an icon of a company can associate their name with such a poor product. It's as if their discernment dropped with 90% along with their business skills. It's a shame because I can remember how REAL used to be, I was always so impressed. But anyhow. Uninstalled.

I love this app. It uses pics that I have taken to make a story. And it can be edited also. I have liked every story. Had to reset my phone because of issues. Making sure this is still one of the apps installed!

I uninstalled in pc and android because they only use drop box and I couldn't be get drop box to be recognized. It kept saying Dropbox was connected to another account. I have thousands of photos and some videos. I use Amazon, Google, one drive and Dropbox. The real player spp didn't recognize any of my folders other than Dropbox or Facebook. What happened to real player? It used to be very good once upon a time. It's no longer user friendly. I just started using Dropbox. Duh!

The app looks promising, but the developers instructions are not very clear and it seems to take forever to start a video. The collage possibility is good, but I understood you could write a written story, can't seem to find that function. Giving it a try before I buy the pro.

This app continues to crash. Never opens I believe it's only worked once in the entire time I've had it. What's the point of paying $40. When I can use windows media player for free with no glitches? Come on guys this company is to bug for you guys to drop the ball like this.

this is useless hate it un installed because is useless. bring back the old versions from 5 years ago before the cloud versions were introduced, that was useful. it could find the videos that I actually wanted to look at. now I can't even find the folders that hold them because you have no search feature to find the ones I want to see. what makes you think I want look at contrived inventions of yours anyway?

I have been using the app in windows since it was the called Real Jukebox. Since before the turn of the century. That will tell you what i think of it. Now all i wish for is to be able to access all my MP3 Music tracks on any of my signed in and connected devices the same way that i can get to my Videos and pictures via the real cloud and my day will be complete. why is it no longer usefull as a music player that can be synced between android and windows ?

The worst experience ever.....I have been a costumer since 2014. Then I made a purchase with which I would be able to download music and videos that I can upload in CD and flash drives in my computer for that being the case I rate 5 stars. last year I purchased the updated version for 49.99 for more quality and convenient services, I cannot benefit from it for one year and now the same amount is being deducted from my account without any bill of accounts. I need an answer please. .

I had to cancel my premium membership because it's continually closing, I've uninstalled reinstalled and even cleared out my history to try and let it work and it's not working. As frustrating as it's been for 2 weeks it was the best video app ever for the last 4 years I've used it. Just very disappointed! I've sent feedback every single time and no one reaches out. I'm not sure what the feedback click does it if anyone even sees it.

Help! 1. I can't play any of the video stories. I get a popup that says, video error, unable to play content. 2. I tried to send you an email and listed email address doesn't work. 3. I previously paid to have watermark removed. Now the watermark is back. I had to remove app temporarily for phone storage. Now that added app again in my phone, it doesn't seem to "remember" that.
