Currently I use real me narzo n53 phon, my phon have some major issues after update.. 1. battery drain very fast, 2. some bugs in set lockscreen wallpaper and clock, 3. during tha call display and contect photo not show properly, 4. Bluetooth not working, not transmit audio in my ear buds .Plz fix it soon

The overall usability of this application is pretty good. Just need to work on the interface and make it a little bit simpler so that it attracts all kinds of customers and not one or two segments. There are some bugs here and there but yeah even Gpay has that. If ot works on that, it can compete with the competitors in the market.

Stupid and useless app. Can't enter details for phone exchange. Always showing network timed out please try later. How many times I login again it showed same thing. No response from your side. Pathetic customer service support.

In this app all over experience is good but in lottery section it scam with us for giving phone in lottery but they didn't give phones they give only 100 coins and 200

Very bad products , please don't buy ..... I bought mobile and its camera is not working in just 4 months without any physical damage to mobile , and also they are not considering it in warranty I have to pay money .... Very bad experience

Not able to login ...what's the issue ...I dont know...trying to buy realme gt6 with initial bank offer ....but after entering the debit or credit card as per their allowed banking info couldn't complete the payment also....so frustrated..bank offer is going to end soon also... anybody got any tips to buy gt6 within 28/6/2024 with bank offer

I have been using realme note pro 7 since 3 years now , but after the update of latest version the phone has become slow and take too much time to charge even after using superdart charger . Need to fix it . Thanks

Using the app mostly is a hit or miss, sometimes lags like hell, may i know what could i do with all the coins i have in my account..?? No redemption of coins can be done, earlier there was an option, now not any more, supermarket has very little products and that too mostly out of stock, i have now 5 lac plus coins, unable to redeem Frustrating and pathetic experience.

In February 2024, I bought a Realme 12 Pro Plus (12+256). When the phone's camera was still rather good, I was able to take clear pictures of the moon with it. However, I've recently encountered problems with the camera. For example, occasionally the camera freezes, and when I record a video, the video also freezes and restarts. Help me to correct it, please.

Realme is a scam. They fish customer with heavy hardware but unable to provide updates and quality user experience. Rather software downgrade with every update. My half a lakh gt2pro didn't last 2 years. Softwrese update gives you Green line issue and they demands hefty 13k for replacement for their own mistake. Gimmick company.
