Love the app when allowed to access it. Can you please refund my money, as I have not been able to access my account, and there is no response from the inquiry. Please cancel my account once the refund has been processed. I will truly miss this service, but it now causes more anxiety than is palatable due to lack of access and customer service.

Perfect and super useful. It is great value for money and super convenient being able to read on the go (Had a problem with the app and contacted support - it turned out I had done something myself to cause the issue which I promptly resolved following their instructions)

With the enormous price hike of around 30% recently I looked elsewhere and you can basically get the same thing from your public library though pressreader of Libby free if you're in the UK. Readly is a very good app, but charging a 30% price rise and justifying it by saying they added Podcasts is ridiculous. It seems this is the new corporate trend with Spotify doing it as well, add something you may or may not want and charge you more for it. Why not add it as a chargable option?

Thanks for responding. That may make sense when you are on the smartphone and would have to zoom endlessly to read the PDF (the actual newspaper) , but is - as previously mentioned - irritating when you are on a tablet, large enough to actually read the PDF easily. So it would be useful to be able to select for each device individually if you wanted to read the original newspaper or the text version.

This app goes from bad to worse. It used to be when you finished reading a magazine and exited to the general list of all magazines and you could go on to the next read. Some iterations ago if the app updated it 'forgot' where you were. With the latest iteration, when you exit from a specific magazine you get taken to the top of the list. I now spend more time looking for where I want to be than actually reading. It is very frustrating and I am pretty certain I am going to cancel my sub.

This used to be an excellent app, for a very reasonable price. Used to be able to download as long as had Internet then read when didn't, but doesn't work as well now. The app often crashes, which is frustrating. The price hike is shocking, so cancelling. This used to be an excellent way to read magazine for a very reasonable price. From £7.99 a few years ago, all of went up to £9.99 very recently, now gone up yet again to £12.99. It's a shocking price now.

Love it! Have always love a great magazine but stopped buying them because well they add up $$$ but this app is the bomb! For the cost of one good mag a month you have access to sooo many magazines from all around the world 🌍 from finance to cross stitch, photography to patchwork, gardening to home style and architecture, antiques and interior design, arts and crafts...there's something for everyone ❤️

I like the concept but it's poorly executed, especially the UX. Inconsistency between how different digital media/papers are handled in app, some articles are not OCR'd correctly or fully, meaning you have to view the scanned page content, which often times cannot be zoomed in to read said content. Devs could really improve app by intelligently "hyperlinking" article page linking within the newspaper view. Still seems like a beta product.

Something must have changed in an update because now when I'm doing a crossword, say I get the thing half done, put my phone down, pick it back up... And the screen orientation has changed - all of the words I've put in completely disappear. The same happens if you part finish a crossword and return to it later - all your progress has disappeared. 5 star app when this is sorted

I actually like the app and I think it is a good replacement for Texture for Android users. However, I wish the magazine collection is "better" (not necessarily larger- given currently 4500+ magazines are supported I recently noticed 'The Atlantic' was dropped. Also, can 'Money', 'The Economist' be added to the collection?

Since Apple went and purchased Texture and promptly killed it, and then announced that they wouldn't support Android (they really are slimeballs), Readly is the best game in town. They have added a lot of titles since I last looked and have 85%0 of what I'm looking for. I wish that there was a way to request (and actually get) added content but it will work for now!

I absolutely love this app!!! I've been a subscriber to Readly for about 9 years, the subscription is wonderful! it has saved me a lot of money and I have no clutter in my house, the digital app make it easy to read as many magazines as you like and you can bookmark all you want for later reference.the price for the monthly subscription it's unbeatable. and you can add other readers to your app, like family and friends. I have added my adult children and nieces to my account and the also can read all the want with my subscription!!! I'm grateful for Readly, I love it!!!!!!!!! Give it a try you'll love it too.

Loved this app until I couldn't sign in. I used Readly to download crochet patterns and other craft stuff. I had a bunch of favorite magazines.. until you took away the sign in from Facebook. I have had this taken out of my account since that change and have tried to reset the password through email but it never shows up. I know the password is right because the receipt are there. Please help!

Great product, amazing value! I have subscribed to Readly for 3-4 years, fad it just gets better and better! New magazines get added frequently, and I'm blown away when I see a magazine get added that I'm paying $80 per year for. The only issue I have is that there is sooooo much to read that it's hard to know where to start sometimes. It's best to use it on a desktop or tablet, but even on a cellphone it's super. And now, they are even adding newspapers, it's really tremendous!

The app is great. Just don't take the first offer that you see. I signed up for a one month free trial from an ad in a game, which said $9.99/month after. When I went to finish the transaction, the price jumped to $11.99/month after. I completed that transaction, looked around the app for a few, and returned to my game - only to be greeted with an ad for TWO MONTHS free and $9.99/month after.

I got the free trial and downloaded a few magazines to read offline while camping. when I tried to open them it said I had been offline "too long and must reconnect to wifi" so I could not read "downloaded" magazines at all. I emailed customer service (which is the only way to contact them) and they did not respond. it did work well with wifi, but will not suit my needs. Still looking for a godd replacement for Next Issue.

EVERY TIME I open the app, it asks me to fill in my profile and select my preferences and favorite magazines and then at the end says "something went wrong!" which I guess means it didn't save because sure enough when I come back into the app later to resume reading I have to do it ALL OVER AGAIN AND CANNOT SKIP IT! this is a terrible experience PLEASE stop it!

Phenomenal idea. I would never flinch at paying $200 for all the magazines I want every month for physical copies. Now for a monthly I get access to digital (light weight, always there, no sticky pages) of 90% of what I would buy anyway. I wish there were some mags that run $25 an issue on the newsstand were available but when I save by not buying a physical of 7 mags, I can afford a physical of the ones they don't have here.
