Way to expensive. You basically pay $1 per 100 coins. 100 coins MAYBE gets you 3 chapters, more like 3 sentences!!! Like 2 seconds of reading. By the end if you do buy the whole book, you would be spending over $20 and thats if it only has 50 chapters. Seriously the chapters are only a couple sentences long, barely a paragraph. Definitely not worth it. I didn't even spend that much on the Harry Potter books when they first came out.

This app is very easy to use and has great stories. The issue is the insane prices. I found a book that I love and check to see how many coins it would take to read it. It was over 18,000 coins. 10,000 coins cost $99.00. One book costs almost $200.00 to read. I am blown away by this. I will never use this app again. I fully believe in supporting the authors. They put a lot of work into these stories, but this is ridiculous. The book would cost about $20.00 anywhere else.

The book started off well. But to finish the book at my pace would have cost $100. Sorry, I will not pay that much for my favorite authors. It's definitely not for a book that seriously needs a proofreader and editor to take care of all the word and grammer issues. I'm done with these read free apps. I'm okay with paying a reasonable amount, but these costs are unbelievable. I haven't found one that has reasonable costs.

I was told I could read for free. False advertisement. The prices are way too high. I guess I gotta just go to the library cause it's free. Too bad these stories are very good, but I'm not working as yet and was just looking for something to read, that I enjoy. I've uninstalled the app. I just wanna read free books as promised. I don't wanna do tasks. If you state that on the app and in the advertisement then, it wouldn't make the consumer feel duped. Cookie cut response is a slap in the face.

Paying sixty dollars for a book that isn't edited and doesn't include a hard copy is a no go for me. I got ten dollars in before I saw how much it would take to complete the book. I can buy multiple ebooks direct from a publicated author at a fraction of the cost it would take to finish one on the app.

I'm changing my review. It's a good app. However, every time when I go to check-in, I have to hit the video 5 or 6 times before it finally loads. The same happens when I go to start trying to get the extra free coins down below the check-in box. It's very frustrating.

Downloaded the app because on Google it said that it had a book I've been dying to read. On the other app that book costed coins so I couldn't finish it. Then I downloaded this one hoping I could finally read it and it said the book wasn't on there. Plus the others I tried to read wouldn't let me finish because I didn't have coins. Can't apps just let you read free chapters as they advertise?! Why do we always have to get coins. At least make us watch ads to unlock chapters.

This app is a scam. You can buy any of the books on amazon kindle for 3-7 dollars or paperback for up to 35$. It takes at least 100$ to not even read ONE book on this app if you pay for chapters. Takes a literal year of constant log in 'bonuses' to unlock a good portion of a book. Chapters are short so they can make you wait longer. Horrible, absolutely horrible.

You end up paying more than you would if you just bought the book outright. Every chapter cost you more coins than the one before, so you go through them fast. I only downloaded the app because it said you can read for free. You only get about 8 chapters free, and then you have to pay. I paid $15 for some coins(about 2200) and didn't even make it to the middle of the book before I ran out. I probably could have bought the book for $7-10.

The stories are decent. There was always an option to get a lot of extra coins by also downloading WhatsApp, but it was completely separate from the regulat bonus coins you get for checking in daily. However, now you HAVE to get whatsapp in order to get your daily bonus coins. I am NOT interested in whatsapp, if I was I would have downloaded it for o e of the big bonuses earlier. What's the deal? Do you guys have a stake in whatsapp or something? It shouldn't be required to get small bonuses.

It's way too expensive to read a book overall. There is a high coin cost per (short) chapter. Additionally, there is no free chapter each day when you log in like other apps. It's just not worth it. I'd rather spend $5-10 and buy a whole e-book. This book I started would have cost over $75 to read. That's ridiculous. Even using the earn coins features, you can earn about 35ish coins per day. Some 8-9 page chapters cost 113 coins. It takes 3 days to earn enough coins for 9 pages. Avoid this app.

I bought originally a membership, cancelled and they charged the following month. Do NOT buy the membership unless you want to fight for money. Stories are good. Too expensive to read a entire book. Paid $34.99 and only read 1/3 of book. For that price could have read two entire books on kindle. Subscriptions was available and tried but still expensive.

It's got good stories, but honestly, it's really expensive. $10 for 1,000 coins. Chapters are 105 coins each, so you get about 9 chapters for $10. The chapter sizes vary, and it's starting to feel like it isn't worth it. I would love to do the subscription, but it's not worth the cost and won't save me any money, really. If it was unlimited reading for a set monthly rate, I would be way more into the app .

No way to read with out paying up after free chapters. I spent more than I should on this app twice. I got interested in a story and read it. Lost my place when I closed the app because I wasn't signed in and the app opens you as a random guest number unless you log in. If you want to get free coins it takes 4 days to unlock a new chapter though adds and rewards.

Basically a scam. You would have to pay so much to read one damn book it's not even funny. Really cool concept but completely overpriced garbage execution. Started one book and it was really good. Paid $10 for a coin collection thinking it would let me read the book. Not even close to a quarter of the book. Each chapter costs more coins too so it adds up.

This app came up in my feed saying I could read this book for free, but that was not true unless you wait forever to earn enough coins. It cost so many coins for each chapter, and the chapters are short. I ended up spending $50 to finish reading the book. The book was good, but I will not spend that again, so I'll be deleting the app. Also, it has a free audio you can listen to, but it's terrible. The narrator was running one sentence into another and used no emotion at all! Disappointed.

I have to spend too much just to read a book I spent over $50US and not completed a book. And after I read that book part of two days I can't log in it anymore if keep closing before you can even get to the check-in page. Kmft. The bugs are not fixed. As for premium quality books there are so much errors in them I just bypass that because the story is still interesting.

I purchased a one time coin pack and made sure to only purchase a one time pack, since I wanted to try the app and didn't want to chase the charges later. The next month they auto-charged me, when I didn't sign up for it. I went to follow the instructions they have in their app and I can't find a "subscription" on Google Pay to cancel or make sure is canceled. (As they suggest on their app to do.) This is dishonest and traps people. Beware!

Costs more than a Hard Back Book, an Audio book or a Kindle book. Spent $29.99 and it was not enough to read one whole book. Crazy! Reply to Developer; Tasks?! I want to relax and read a good book, not complete tasks. And why would I get a membership if I haven't been able to complete one book to see if I like the product? Seems backwards to me.

After deleting my account, serval weeks later, my account was charged for a subscription I never once signed up for. I email customer service and I have been battling back and forth for a refund, after a while I gave up was going to use the coins with that being said my account was already deleted and nothing could be recovered. So, I'm not just out money. I'm out on the rewards as well. This is the most wasteful app ever. Better off buying books in person for a one-time charge. No stars.
