How does it work?
The app can't access messages directly as they are stored encrypted. Thus, Auto RDM reads messages from notifications to create backups. When a message is deleted and a backup of the same message exists, the app sends you a notification with the deleted message's content.

If you have a contact archived and muted it does not work. I wish I could just set it up for one contact (the crazy ex) and not have to get double copies of everything. Also, they try to charge 15 bucks a week, I think they are just hoping people don't read the find print, think they are buying it for 15 bucks only to find out it is a 60 dollars a month subscription, which means the company is just trying to make a quick buck and not thinking long term, this this app will soon stop working

This app is super good . I like the way it works but when u want to see what people deleeted it keep saying how it works but u can get out of it very easily so it not to much of a problem plus its and amazing app and pretty much useful. It's pretty much good work I rlly like I and effort . I am I.pressed with how many apps u can put in it like it allows you to out as much as apps that people deleet meseges in so that you can keep track of them all . All in all I. Rlly very happy with this app:)

It is Very good app ! But, can you please update the app with the feature, where as if the user him/herself delete anything which is not required. That msg,pic, audio or video should not be recovered. It is whste of space and vaste of time to delete again in wamr app. Hope you got the point.

I tried using this app. It seems legit though.then I saw a charge on my account that I wasn't aware of, so what I did was send an email to their customer service and asked for a refund & we didn't argue about the subscription, they processed my request right away. I explained that we are not aware that we would be automatically be charged for this app once the free trial was over. They were very considerate & gave a refund for the 2 charges made on our account. Thank you Auto RDM

I would give this no stars if possible...the app never even worked for me...it says it will remind you before your free trial is up but no they do not and then they will charge your card so many times that I have tons of fees for card declined....$25 for something that I never even got to use because the app does not work as described!!! Don't waste your time or money!!

This App is a SCAM. I accidentally downloaded this app and CANCELED it the same day, still they charged my GCash account without any subscription in my account. And now that I want a refund, I already sent email to Playstore and to the Developers. They said that "we can't provide a refund for this purchase because it doesn't meet with our policy". I was so frustrated because this was the first time that I was charged without permission and knowledge about it. And I need that money!!

Tried free trial for 2 days. Did not do anything i thought it would. Tried to cancel, sent multiple messages/emails to customer support. I can no longer log on, but my account was charged the fee. Not sure how to stop it at this point, with the exception of getting a new debit card.

I tried using Auto RDM to recover deleted messages and pictures, but it didn't work as expected. Despite following all instructions, give permissions, I couldn't retrieve any deleted content.

Working fine. Is there a way to save the images, audio files and videos back onto my mobile? The images have the option to select in the cleaner folder but when i select it only gives me the option to delete. This app has restored images i deleted months ago and i had no idea. Please can you advise how i can save them back into my fone gallery. Also videos and audio files. I dont want to lose them again. Thank you. Jenny x

I downloaded this but it does not do what I had hoped it would do which is fined already deleted texts. I want to unsubscribe and not get charged after the free trial but the app has no way to do this. There's no button or directions on how to unsubscribe from this app. I have sent several emails to the company trying to cancel my account but I get no response. In the settings there's terms and conditions and it just say to email them but there is no setting to turn off auto renew.

I gave a star so that i get a chance to say something, otherwise I wouldn't give even that single star. This App is Overpriced, I suggest to set affordable price for everyone. I couldn't even get a chance to try the trial version coz I didn't want to get used to it. As am writing at the moment already unistall the App. Thumbs down!!!

I was charged without approval! On 11th of Dec, I installed the Auto RDM Premium (Auto RDM: Recover WA Messages). I discovered that I was charged the same day 100 Euros as a recurring monthly subscription. Even after unistalling the app, you still continuously getting debit orders running off your bank account that you put on a free trail mode, which even mentions that you can delete at anytime, and it's freaken expensive to get recovered deleted messages. Hence why I saw no purpose and deleted the app after the first debit order.

Is it the new update? I don't even know what it needs... it says it needs permission for notifications.. did that way back, and today it doesn't work .. I can't even access the deleted messages because it wants me to verify something that was already verified some time ago... and it does even show on my list of permissions... in short, I am unistalling this app

Unusable since latest update. Asks me to allow notification access, but it's not on the list of apps, go into phones settings, and it already has access since I've been using it for years! Won't go past the initial setting up page anymore.

When an app demands payment upfront without allowing you to try it first, it's a red flag. Similarly, some apps claim to recover files but restrict saving or viewing without a subscription. I also noticed excessive ads for TikTok, an app I already have. After several loops of this ad, I uninstalled it. Buyer beware!

I found this app today and tried to retrieve my deleted message. It didn't do anything for me and I'm not being able to cancel the free trial. Ive sent 3 messages to support but the 'cancel subscription' feature is nowhere to be found! I do not agree my card being charged as I do not want to have the subscription. Please get in touch to cancel it

Amazing!!. Deleted everything just to see if it could be recovered, not a good idea to do with important docs, pics, calls, messages, etc. But it worked!!. It recovered everything I deleted. Now u have to have the app downloaded first before u delete anything. It will not recover anything if u do not have the app downloaded of course🙄🙄, but this actually works.
