IW9 with Pixel 7a and iPhone 14. Pairs slightly easier with the iphone and I wish it worked with Google fit as well as it does it with Apple Health. Overall, a very good piece of software considering the price of the watch. Not completely polished in terms of localization, but functions better than my moto360 ever did (at 10% the cost).

I'm afraid developers don't care anyway but: 1. the sleep measure seems to be only available between 21:00 and 9:00. I sleep from 6:00 to 14:00 so it only records a couple of hours (not sure if it's the watch or the app, I've got a GT4 knock off) xD the custom watch faces options are too basic. the optional reasy made ones are too "cheesy" and there's no way of creating something simple and classic on your own within the app.

The app automatically forgot my IW9mini watch. When I reconnected, it couldn't connect anymore! It said "operation time out" and then said "connection failed". Although I have reset the watch and cleared the app data but it still doesn't solve the problem! I think it's time for me to change the watch and also the app! Bad app! Bad watch!

Overall the app is good. One feature that could be improved is that only the first part of messages are shown terminated with ... if that do not fit on a single screen. It would be vastly more useful if the rest of message could be viewed by scrolling via button press or twist. Sleep results seem to be recorded incorrectly. Each Graph shows 21.00 previous day to 9.00 current day. But data before 3am gets recorded 24 hours too early to earlier days graph

The app is good. To link a connection from my mobile to RDFit app has never been any issues before. It was always succrssful on my first attempt. The only downside that I am currently still.experiencing is, I am unable to buy a spare charging cable for my Smart watch GT 4 Pro. Based on the multiple merchants' platforms, all of them do not have the cable that is compatible to my watch. "Disappoint".

Good points, bad points, but mostly good. Shame the extra dials aren't updated, largely unimaginative and any custom dials muted in options for customisation, but at least you have options. Mainly i like that i can turn app functions on and off without crippling the watch functionality, it CAN be just a watch, or it can do everything smart and intrusive, it's up to you. It doesn't do much with the data you allow it to have, but that's ok. Asides from some connection issues, it's mostly good.

Overall it's ok... A huge failure is that it can't zync with other apps to track activity, such as Google Fit. How's that possible these days? All data should be able to be exported or even shared with other apps. Update on Sept 2023: Constantly disconnectes from phone app and does not accurately resync when manually reconected. Reconnection do not last.

Problem now is notification from specifically SYSTEM APPS won't push (i.e. YouTube, Gmail, Google Meet etc.), and they don't show up in the app list so no option to add them. Not recording my sleep as well as I work overnight shift. Also one helpful feature would be to be able to save multiple watch faces at once. As of this time of writing only one face can be loaded into the watch.

It disconnects all the time . And when I scan and search device it never works. Everything else is fine it's just the connection I've tried it many times and it always fails 🥺 My watch works perfectly it's just the app. I like personalizing and now I'm not able to do that . I've tried sooo many times connecting I updated the app and it's still not working i can't connect it 😔

Interesting,but need improvement, disconnect easy, please, also need lettering and graphics more bold, hard to read... After a week, sleep work better, but no instant, Bluetooth on and off, do the job. Weather is the problem, never accurate, sometime going outside then it give the right temperature, my watch for my wife is the 9 mini, well made and bright, she love it. But her Honor bracelet is super accurate and my Honor 42 mm never fail a second, software is accurate, but you pay a bit more!

Samsung S21 phone with a WS3-Pro watch. After configuring all App to send notification, the watch doesn't receive/display any email notifications. I confirmed that the email app is selected and I've rebooted both the phone and the watch. There seems to be an issue with the App providing the phone all notifications. Overall, this App seems to be somewhat limited over the DaFit application that is used for another smart watch. The watch has nice features; app needs improvements.

Got the phone charged, and now the app won't bind to my watch. Every time I've tried to scan for device, I don't receive amy results. When I open the 'connect to phone option' through my watch, the apps camera won't properly capture the QR code. After it captures, it will try to load from the QR code, but will then give the message: connection timeout. I've restored watch to factory settings twice. I've also undownloaded/re-downloaded app twice with same results. Anyone else having this problem?

My BT on phone shows connected to my IW9 smartwatch. It sometimes will be okay, but lately, it says the device is not connected. I unpaired it, repaired. Shows connected..still won't. Turned off phone, back on..still won't. I am within 1 foot of my phone. All updates on watch, phone, etc. I'd there a Connect button in the app I can not find? Updated 9/14: still won't connect to App!! BT shows connected, bt on watch is on. App tries to search..pair, but 20 tries..not working like it did

It doesn't push any of my texts in normal mode. You have to disable RCS, for messaging to work, very sad. I like all of the watch faces but most of them are similar and very basic and childish. I'd love to see more quality business looking digital and analog watch faces added. I would pay for some quality faces! I like all of the various apps able to be used, but this could use an update making using the watch more enjoyable.

I finally found a replacement that blows all my broken fitbits away. All was great for a week & now the app won't connect. My bright idea was to reinstall the app after many other failed attempts to connect. That was dumb cause now my app is wiped out, and I can't receive notifications. That is one of the biggest reasons for a watch. I am peeved cause I've already ordered a 2nd & the app won't even work for this one. We should also be able to save over watch faces/dials. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!!

The interface is set and cannot be customized to display exactly what I would like. Viewing my cycling data is confusing and appears incomplete, not tracking my full route, and there appears to be two different categories of data, one for my track and another section of biometrics. I would like to be able to see my biometrics while I was cycling! I would not recommend this app, but as far as I know devices are not comparable with other apps, which is disappointing, I love my device!

Love everything with the phone the only thing that I can't seem to do is connect to my phone for calls, but I receive messages and can control my music and all the data collected is transferred to my phone so they're linked up and at the same time not. I can't seem to get the call feature to work for some reason and don't know what step I'm missing.
