This app started out great. You put your credit information in and order. BUT, after a few orders your credit card gets DENIED and your orders CANCELLED? I had to place 3 different credit cards in this app to get just one to work? There reasoning is ridiculous. Card verification? Duhhh, I'm traveling overseas, my cards all have security checks. Why make it difficult for travelers to use with card verification? And, they never sent the verification to my cards so you're stuck?

Tricked me. They canceled my order 3 times, so I just used another app, 40 minutes later, my order ended up still being delivered and I ended up with two orders from two different apps. Why continue to place the order. Just cancel it and leave it canceled. Since I can't reply to their sorry reply, I did just that. 17 hours later, still no reply from their "help chat"

I use rappi when I'm in Colombia, and the service is extremely questionable. I have often been given the wrong order. You can select for the delivery to have change for your order and very often they do not have the correct change for you. If you are in Colombia and use Rappi. Be very very wary. Support is also unhelpful and very slow to respond. The Drivers are crooks the App is slow and unhelpful.

This app used to be my favorite for delivery in colombia, especially when they added turbo services that is super fast. I must say it is a reliable service and much better than what we have in the USA. Unfortunately, their support services has become completely useless as they stopped responding and addressing errors and problems. We keep getting orders with missing items and they completely ignore you for days if not for ever. Their world class resolution center has become extremely careless.

Can't get away from the credit card offer notifications. They don't have notification types and so I turned the notifications off while I was not using the app and then I ordered something and missed the delivery because it also doesn't warn you that they are off (probably justified) But darn, let me just reject the credit card offer for good!! (Update) They responded by saying I should not disable the notifications instead of addressing the bothersome notifications. Gee thanks

It's crazy how many technical issues this app has. From no customer service, charging me double, not being able to see which stores coupons apply, the filters for stores don't work, selection is limited, trying to upgrade plans doesn't work. It's absolutely crazy that an app this important can have these sorts of technical problems. Rappi needs to make improvements and try to manage their company like it was a company from USA or Europe. Please make improvements!

The app makes it impossible for you to tip the delivery driver once the payment is finalized. In all the other apps like door dash or Uber eats it is possible. I wanted to thank the delivery driver for waiting for me for a while but the app simply didn't let me and I spent 20 minutes searching for that option. Also, there's no way for me to contact the delivery driver after the order is finalized either.

Terrible experience. Customer service is nonexistent, so good luck if you have an issue. Food took over one hour longer than the estimated when ordered! No way to contact the restaurant, the driver, or the app. To top it off, the driver didn't deliver to the room, because they couldn't bother to look for the room number that I had written in the address details. Needless to say food was cold, and I didn't get what I ordered or utensils, but I guess that's on the restaurant itself. Disappointed.

As a career software professional this is the worst app I think I've ever used. Half of the time it works, other other half I just get random errors that make no sense. For example hitting the "order" button will often result in a message that my account has been blocked, and then other times it just works. One time I had two different Rappi drivers show up with the same exact order. I paid twice. I don't actually understand how this company manages to stay in business, it's that bad.

I'm an American visiting Playa del Carmen on vacation. Was hoping to get some items delivered to the condo we rented. Orders were cancelled multiple times despite the method of payment (credit card) being confirmed. The Rappi's wasted their time selecting items for orders that were ultimately canceled. I feel badly for them! This isn't their fault. This app and comes recommended-I disagree.

Every order arrived cold and smashed. Restaurants say "preparing order" for over an hour and then cancel or blow past the expected delivery time. Zero customer support. On multiple occasions I was either given the wrong items or the items I ordered were missing all together, and despite providing proof, Rappi refused to refund the missing items. Worst delivery app I've ever used.

I ordered turbo (less than 15 minutes guaranteed) and after an hour my order still had not arrived. Customer support was unhelpful and kept me waiting even longer, and then refused to give me a discount despite the fact that "turbo" mode costs a lot more for quick efficiency. I don't know what to say ... this app is completely unreliable and the business (at least in Mexico) is irresponsible and fails to show customers that they care about the customer experience.

Rappi's policy, for when you order something but you don't receive any of the products you paid for, is to give you 10% of your money back automatically. When you ask for a full reimbursement from the help assistant, they share their policy is that once any amount of money is refunded, they are no longer able to refund any more. This has happened to me at least 3 times now. It seems like a business strategy at this point. They're gonna say use the "help" button to pretend they care 👇

The service is convenient, but their "Help" center is the most frustrating I have ever encountered. I am 52 years old. I have had several simple-fix easy problems, like verify my age. then the chat agent sends 1 generic cut & paste message and then all of them close the case without even a suggestion. Just "customers are important" , "I have analyzed your issue" , but then asks me what my issue is. Then closes the case. "we are working hard" then you start all over.

Tried to deliver my order and the courier tried nothing except messaging in the app. For whatever reason, the app didn't send me notifications during the time he was waiting. The canceled the order, charging me the full amount, but didn't even leave the food at the delivery address. You can't both charge me and keep the order. If you're going to give up, just leave the food at the address for me to find.

App needs improvement for grocery delivery. Each week I order groceries only to have critical items missing as they are "unavailable". Subsequently, I need to reorder another delivery from another store. I'm growing tired of multiple deliveries resulting from an invalid Rappi item list. The list should be up to date and not list items that are unavailable. When items can not be delivered the delivery fee should be recalculated too. I feel I'm being grifted here. Do better Rappi.

The worst app I have ever used. It's very buggy. It keeps sending the same messages many times, at least 2-3 times asking to rate the same delivery. Also I was trying to decrease the tip to the delivery guy because he was so late. But instead of letting me do that, there was only the plus (+) sign available to increase, not the minus(-) sign, so I accidentally increased his tip! Once I did that, there was no way to decrease it again. It's such a garbage app. The worst app in play store.

So bad that it can't tell me what's wrong with my account... my card was charged for the verification process and it was correctly verified after filling in the last 3 numbers..and still got cancelled. I tried to place another order to pay by cash and even that got cancelled. And then I get shown a video of how to verify my card (which I already did) and the terms and conditions. Like 10k pages. UPDATE: I'm able to order again, by paying cash. Changed to 3 stars.

DONT DOWNLOAD Horrible customer service - waste of time asking for help if payment methods dont work. I even upgraded to premium for priority customer service - no difference! No one tries to see what the problem is on their system. They send the same generic message. "Validate your credit card and email". Yeah ok! You seem to have no problem taking money from my credit card when I do validate it and sending me email confirmations but when it comes to paying with that same card, there's issues.

It's convenient, sure but there are other delivery apps. If you ever have a problem with the order or the restaurant, don't expect any attempts by Rappi to resolve the issue in any way or figure out what happened at all. Multiple problems with the order? Too bad, you can only choose one from a specific set of options. If you change an address after putting things in cart, you will have to go and do the search again and add the items again.
