The worst app ever to book an Auto or Bike. We will never be able to book any vehicle at an emergency situation. Takes forever to book an auto and gets auto cancelled all the time. Should improve the quality of driver's for enrollment, driver's either take longer routes to make more money when booking is accepted. Allow booking acceptance when people are in need to travel.

Lately I am not able to bid a price on the ride. The bidding option appears and flashes away in less than a second, so I'm stuck with the default price, and hence no ride. Edit: I am aware of how the rate is calculated. In times of high demand, I would like to bid more. The app is not allowing me to do that.

Very bad service. Asking too much of extra amount. Picking the booking is too late. Very very bad service 😔...don't book this app. The payment for the ride is 150 but a rider asking 200+. It's give too irritating moment for me. We choose rapido because of low cost and immediate ride. But they provide very poor service continuously....change this kind of service

very reasonable prices and great service.but a huge issue I have faced is when the captain is a little far from pickup, the ETA shown by the app is wildly inaccurate more often than not.during this time the ETA doesnt change to reflect any delay.in these cases, sometimes after a while, the route to pickup also suddenly becomes much lenghtier. when I call the captain he says he is not able to see where destination is.then when i cancel, it takes much longer to find another captain, making me late

Very worst Captains ever only available in rapido. Cheap mentality to accept the rides and cancel it after accepting. Worthless service from rapido. From morning I've tried to book many cabs, autos, bikes, pink bikes for various locations. None accepted by rides. I need to talk with the customer service. But I couldn't contact them. Very worst. Worthless service.

Earlier this application was useful, but recently it is very worst... No wallet payment mode available for cab and auto but refunding of the extra payment gets deposited to Wallet 😁 lots of complaints on drivers (such as rude behaviour, taking long routes just to get extra amount, demanding extra cash for all the rides, not moving towards to pickup location untill I call the driver so that he can demand extra cash if not asking me to cancel the ride) 🤬🤬

This is a review of the app not the service provided. This app has glitches. The map does not function properly it shows the wrong position of the car and the cost of the fare was increased at the end of the journey. I don't think it is the driver's fault because in his phone the increase price was reported, not the expected price reported on my phone.

Worst experience ever. The destination kept changing and the driver took us to the wrong place multiple times. They charged us more than what was shown on the app. Because of this stupid app we almost missed our train. Please download and use Uber instead of rapido.I'm giving it 1 star because I can't post this without giving any stars.

Terrible customer service. I booked a cab using rapido. The primary reason to book the cab was for AC. But the driver said it's not working. When I raised the issue with the customer service, they failed to understand the concern and didn't provide any refund as well.

Not recommended. Used second time only. Despite non peak hour it took around 5 mins to book and after waiting for almost10 minutess fo a cab, it got canceled and loop of waiting continues for another 10 mins. Wasted my 30mins. I booked Uber instantly, though pricier because of surge by then but reliable. Good bye from this app.

Veri bad experience with the app. We can see the sll rides around us in the map but nobody is ready to accept the ride as a result it takes too long to and i had to cancel my ride every time when i need it. Rapido has to resolve the issue with the captains it is really frustrating.

I was charged more than that was shown earlier. There was no extra distance, even I walked 100 meters to get to cab. When I searched for reason they said it is due to extra distance travelled by driver. PS- I travelled for same pickup and drop with no extra charge and more time duration.

I have just used it twice for cab. But my experience so far is mixed. 1st ride was smooth, and today while booking I faced multiple issues. Firstly, your map is not accurate. The location of driver was incorrect as well as time to reach destination. Second and most important feedback is the contact option, the driver was not picking the call even after multiple attempts, either his number on app was not correct or he is not educated to pick up the calls. Please improve these 2 crucial feedbacks.

I use this app for commute and the experience is difficult at times. Everytime I book an auto in the evening, they are doing another drop and the drivers ask me not to cancel. But after they finish their drop, they refuse to come to my location and they cancel the ride. This is very annoying. Moreover, many of the drivers are reckless and harsh. Also the tip rate is much higher in the morning and in the evening nobody wants to come. And the 'your next 5 min guarantee' is extremely false.

Captains never accept the cab request on normal fare. They are becoming greedy day by day. You have to select tip amount mandatory, to make them come for the pick up. Otherwise they won't pick up calls, they won't move from their location and the rides will keep on getting cancelled. It's difficult to use this app if you are in urgency. Choose Uber or Ola. If you can start searching for cab atleast 2 hours before your journey you might get Lucky otherwise don't use this app

For some time i had a good experience with the app but from past 1 month its very difficulty to find an auto which results in wasting more than an hour 😑 and even after that i dont get ride. Might be helpful if future ride booking is available. Edit: the only solution you could come up with in past 2 years is to pay more to drivers. Refund is added in wallet but adding wallet as payment method is disabled. My money is stuck there from past 10 months. Worst app!

The driver accepted my ride even before he could finish his previous ride and I had to wait a good 15 minutes. The destination on his app ended 5 minutes before the actual destination on my app and i was charged more. I tried complaining on the rapido app but I got no solution for my problem. This is the second time I'm facing this issue. Very bad customer service.

The best automobile hire service available. But, recently, I have observed that the service is charging fluctuating prices. At the time of boarding, there is one price. While at the time of getting down, there is a different price that is showing. A hike in price. I experienced this twice today and customer care is denying it clearly. I would like to know the solution to the process as app control is at your end and not mine.

I regret to share my experience with Rapido's cab service, which has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite their prices being lower than competitors like OLA and UBER, I have booked cabs twice through Rapido, and on both occasions, the cabs never arrived. This service has proven to be a complete waste of time and has caused unnecessary panic. While the app is excellent for auto and bike services.

I booked a cab on rapido earlier today, the driver accepted, and since the driver was not moving from the location so I texted him and asked if he is coming or not, he then said no sorry cancel on your end, I argued and told him that I wont be cancelleing as the charges would be on me. But little did I know they had an option to cancel by giving the option: customer requested to cancel. Later on the next trip the amount was adjusted and I had to pay extra amount. Brilliant idea of making profit
