Every time I book via the app I receive a text telling me to download the app.

Can't add card details as the app crashes when you try so paying by card isn't an option

Paid on app then asked to pay in taxi despite proof of payment. Have to take phone into the office.....

It charges you to add your card details then says there is an error and won't let you use card payments.

doesn't let you add a card option. Glitches the app and closes it. Tried deleting the app tried deleting my account still the same issue.

Won't let me upload a card to the wallet, just exits the app. Used to work fine but I lost my cards so needed to update and won't let me now

The app logged me out then when I tried to log back in it said my password was wrong to tried to reset new password, and I waited for code to be emailed to me and nothing came through so now I can't use the app

I have dropped star rating as app has become useless, I have up dated and re-installed but still can't use, it won't send me a new code to reset password, i have tried numerous times.

ordered a taxi for 11.30 pm. ordered at 11.05. didn't turn up till 00.00 and had to ring up the firm for this. been a loyal customer for years but since they joined with zoom it's gone to the dogs
