Will not let me add new card for payment. Keeps flashing red and saying 'Sorry, we couldn't add your card right now. Please check and try again." Have been attempting this for the last few days.

Registering Card Not Working - have tried registering for card payments. Do the online verification with my bank and nothing happens. Frustrating.

I keep ordering taxi hours, even the night before I have to go somewhere and they still manage to be late or cancel on me the last minute 🙃

The new update is slow. Can't track the vehicle well. And just another suggestion, put an option button where we can block drivers we don't want in the future. I have lost count of Rapid Cab drivers i have laid complaints on🤷

Great app, been using it for years. But since the last update I'm getting really bad things. I can order a ride to one destination, and when I want to order it again, app gets me a message that I'm unable to make an order. Happened couple of times where I was stuck and without option to get back, which is making me think of this application very unreliable and have to think on other options. And I would really like you guys to fix that problem.
