The application is easy to use. It has a nice interface. Regarding customer service, they respond quickly and follow up if there is a problem. The quality of the products was excellent and very satisfactory❤️❤️

I got a fake notification that says someone sent me something. I didn't get what it wanted so i clicked to check it out. It turned out to be a link to a dating website so its an ad. I don't trust clicking on any thing from the app again since i don't trust these links or ads.

I received an order & it was broken & wasn't working properly. The left airpod was broken & wasn't functioning properly. I called the customer service & they quickly replied, They told me they'll take it back & return my money to my raneen wallet. They took the airpods last Monday. I'm just thankful to the customer service for their support, patience, quick reply, & great effort to solve my problem. Sorry for the prolonged message & for texting you alot🙏🏻

The application is user-friendly, but it does not accept Visa or MasterCard from outside of Egypt. I attempted to purchase items for my family in Egypt, but the payment failed because the app does not accept international bank cards, which is quite surprising given that Egypt is a tourist destination. It should accommodate international payment methods like Visa and MasterCard. I specifically tried using British bank cards.

Very very very bad service ,,, bought me a mug 30 Egyptian pounds length 170 millimeters but received a small 🍸 then refuses to give me my money back. They got 114 Egyptian pounds as return fees but I did not get what I need. What do you call this????

Great experience as first time buying from Raneen, the app ui very easy and fast to find your product, the buying experience almost perfect, the product's package is great not even a scratch, and the delivery man was very polite and professional. Maybe needs some enhancement for the delivery time, other than that the app is incredible.

كان عندي امل انها تكون بديل جيد يساعدنا علي المقاطعة ... لكن للاسف أسوأ خدمة عملاء و نظام عقيم و ادارة غير مستعدة للتطوير و الاهتمام بالعميل. I thought it may be a good choice for boycotting other companies, but unfortunately, it's a very rigid system and the worst customer service ever. It's a very bad experience.
