The App is Really Bad. It's literally impossible for me to enter my correct address because they only accept the automatically generated suggestions which ARE NOT MY CORRECT ADDRESS. What's worse is that when it claims to send an email to my friend ao they can verify my I9 ID (which is silly anyway) then the email never actually gets sent to the person. No, not even in their spam folder.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had. They wasted two weeks of my time with never ending loops during calls, constant disconnects when holding...no one actually ever called me so i uninstalled. Witness verification is how you get potentially screwed over by someone you "Think" you can trust. Stupid app. 0 stars is what it deserves.

Update: I wish they had day by day work you can work in your free time. Like if I'm on a long term assignment I can pick up extra work on my off days. Once you are on an assignment the app doesn't allow you to end the assignment on your own which is a bummer. There are not a lot of job choices. Just manual labor jobs. If you want something different you have to download their other app. Crazy you need two apps for more choices but o well. It is what it is.

After speaking to the representatives over the phone, they took thing to the next level with me. They were professional, patient, and able to place with a job. The team allowed me to choose where I thought I would be a good fit after explaining the company's expectations. The atmosphere was awesome. If you need a job, go to Randstad. They are awesome.

Won't let me past demanding I choose a location to look for work. It doesn't ask for my employee number so it can't even verify that I work for randstad. No option to say I already am on assignment. Also, nothing I've read suggests I can look at my tax documents on it. So basically this app is useless for me and shouldn't be taking up space on my phone.

Just another disappointing app nothing but lies and of course customer service is non-existent it's disheartening it's hard to believe there's so many elder platforms and apps how do you get away with it how do you sleep at night and I just found out another platform did I downloaded at the same time and I'm also having problems with is affiliated with you.lol unbelievable

This app is stupid and they rush to make it it doesn't ask you what shift you want to work and that's holding me up on a good job Randstad get it together are go back to the old way it was simple

Not ready for prime-time, release it anyway. Why is there a "remember me" button? The app obviously doesn't leverage the well known API to securely store creds. It chronicly forgets ph#/password. Seriously? Storing creds in cache so a reboot deletes them? Or is this a new method pretending to be 2-factor? Pressure users to change passwords daily cuz the app doesn't know how to store creds. I expect better at this point in time. 28Mar24 Help? Doesn't save creds. No help possible. Pass mgr ftw

I started work on the 5th of April. Today is April 8th. The App doesn't show my schedule. I have worked 3 days so far and the app doesn't show any of the hours I worked. My background check is cleared via email but still showing pending in the app. I had to sign all their legal documents in the app 3 times with the threat of my pay being delayed if they are not signed. This app is sooo behind! I hope I'm not going to work everyday for nothing.

It's not allowing me to sign in. It is still buffering to validate my pin...don't know what us the problem here..I have a deadline to submitt my paytimesheet in.

Got an immediate job, then got told I wasn't allowed to work it because I was there 3-4 years ago. I got something else and I've been waiting 3 weeks for a background check. I've tried contacting them several times. Don't even bother wasting your time with this useless app and customer support

Not liking the new app, it asks for phone number when signing in when I registered with the old app with my email address. I had to sign in to the old app because I had a new number. And so far the app is the same as the old app so what changed??? What's the point of having this app when I can just go online? Just more things to clutter my phone with.
