When I had an app issue, customer service responded very quickly to resolve concerns. I love the big and tall selections in the app. It's hard to find sets in stores. The app offers so many color options and sizes! It's much more convenient than driving to multiple stores!

This app runs very poorly. It's very inconvenient to wait for it to load, and there is input delay when actually using it. The clothes on site look well enough, but the prices seem a little extreme to me (almost $300 USD for a work shirt? Really?) With the prices they charge, I would expect an above average app, but it's par at best.

The Ralph Lauren brand to me represents the quality and ethical structure that will last until the end of time. I've literally been a supporter since polo sport era. Till this day, without a thought of new and upcoming styles will always purchase. The app in my perspective should produce the same quality. Due to the issues of a growing interest in data towards financial gains. Every app has suffered and had to embrace better privacy policies. Which is silly and more costly. So thanks

A bit challenging. The promotion discounts are not updated to reflect the current discount as advertised on the site. A bit tricky to navigate

This app is useless, it lags, it doesn't let you edit or do anything. Basically an app full of picture that does absolutely NOTHING. Support team was utterly useless just like its app, no reason why the app is horrible, the one making it seems like she doesn't care and has an attitude. Delete the app Apple or Playstore

For the last few weeks, nearly each purchase on the app or website results in my credit card being charged, then immediately reversed. I called and placed the order, and there was no issue. Today, I decided to redo all my profile, and each time I select my state for the billing address, it says it's a required field. I even selected other states with the same issue. It won't save. I've used a laptop too and it's the same result. Please help. Thank you, D Jones

The app is fine but there could be other things that can be added to enhance the user's experience. One thing is enabling a zoom feature. When viewing full screen, the option to zoom in closer would be great. Another is to have the Complete The Look with all items that the model is wearing. Or have the model wear what's available for purchase. The shirt/top looks great but the entire outfit caught my attention. Not just the one item.
